I was a bit disappointed with this. The first time I used it the results were great - really soft, silky hair. However, it seemed to lose it's effectiveness after that and left me with heavy hair and greasy roots (which is odd as I have really dry coloured hair and never get greasy hair). Not as effective as Kerastase Masqueintense.

I was not overly impressed with this product. I have long straight very healthy brown hair but i just didnt think this felt heavy enough. Sephora.com says this is, "Fresh Meadowfoam cream conditioner is an ultra-rich treatment that restores radiance and manageability to extra dry, over-processed, or disobedient thick hair. Resilient meadowfoam seed oil delivers remarkable moisturizing and nourishing properties, even if hair is seriously damaged. This concentrated nourishing complex coats every strand to repair damage, tame frizz, and deliver shine." retails for $32 for a 5.1 oz tube. It has a nice fresh clean scent but I prefer the FF Protein RX mask to this product. I wanted it to feel heavier. It did detangle and make my hair soft but not in any different way from the other hair products i use. I would not repurchase.

Ok this is a great, unbelievable conditioner WHEN USED with Redken All Soft Addictive Hair Transformer...Spray in the All Soft, rinse out and then use the meadowfoam conditioner..the results are spectacular but only when i use these two products in conjunction. My hair has never looked better and I have chemically lightened blonde hair which is naturally a dark brown!

This once again, smells great, not like your typical shampoo/conditioner scent! It was nice and creamy and worked really nicely for my hair without weighing it down at all! I use this instad of conditioner now, wish it were a bit cheaper for the amount I get though, and with long hair, the tube goes fast!

This conditioner is my absolute favorite; it's specatular (and so is the price)! I have long blond, highlighted hair, and I have a ton of it. I have severely damaged my hair by chemical straightening (4 times, then stopped) and years of highligting. The bleach strips the hair and makes it very porous. I had oily hair until I began the straightening process. Now my hair is so dry that shampoo (even those with a really low pH) means tons of tangles. You are all really bored by now, but I needed to stress just how desperate I'd grown. Terax Crema, Masque Intense, Bumble & Bumble Deep Conditioning, Kerasilk, Redken, - salon and drugstore brands- I have tried most of them. Meadowfoam is the first conditioner that really softens and detangles my hair. No more breakage when I use a wide-tooth comb or my Mason-Pearson detangler brush. Meadowfoam Cream also has a lovely fresh fragrance, and I should hope so at this price ($32 for a 5.1 ounce tube)! I would only recommend this to someone who has very dry, damaged and overprocessed hair, as the price is prohibitive. After highlights, I apply this treatment, put my hair in a Scrunchi, don one of those beautiful plastic shower caps and use the blow dryer on a very low setting for 10 minutes. I may break the bank, but I don't break my hair anymore!

I received a sample of this (enough for two uses), along with a sample of the Soda shampoo. Although I was not impressed with the shampoo (too harsh and drying), I did like the Meadowfoam treatment as a deep conditioner. The scent is to die for and if I could afford it (!) I would probably buy it. But I don't think it's any better than some cheaper salon deep conditioners like All Soft Heavy Cream.

I was really hoping this would be my HG conditioner, but, unfortunately, it wasn't.
I have long, fine, colored and highlighted hair, which was prone to snarling even before I colored it. In an attempt to keep the hair I knew would be prone to disaster, I stopped blowdrying my hair as soon as I started coloring, comb instead of brush my hair (and from the ends up). I also comb conditioner through while I am in the shower.
Despite all my efforts, my hair is still breaking, and I've been at the point where I feel I may have to chop it, so I've been ready to try anything!
At $38 for a small tube, this is an expensive conditioner, but it would have been worth every penny had it lived up to it's (and the 20 year old sales girl on Newberry St's) claims, but alas, my hair comes out conditioned, but not restored to life, as Fresh claims.

This is one of the best hair conditioners I've ever used and I must have tried almost every single one available. It is as good as my Kerastase masquintense, the bonus with this Fresh product being a fragnance which I absolutely adore. I just wish it was not so expensive here in Europe, for that reason alone I am sticking to masquintense.

The best treatment conditioner yet. I used to have very damaged hair due to highlights and blow-dry. Although my hair has grown out it still feels that this conditioner had a lot to do with my hair's remarkable recovery. The conditioner is thick hence very reasuring. You need a small amount to cover your ends. Leave for few minutes and wash off and your hair will feel silky and shiny like mine. I use this about 3 times a week and I can definitely feel the differnce on the days I have used this. Also the treatment actually improves the quality of the hair so you hair gets softer and softer after every use. A great conditioner and tretment cream. The price can be a little steep but if you buy in duty free it is very reasonable. The packaging is handy and the fragrance great. I have seen some salons actually use this product for customers so that must say something!

I love it. I love it. I love it.I hate the price. Im not one to care how much I spend on this kinda stuff, but 32 dollars for six ounces...yikes. Still....I find myself buying this over and over again. I have long, thick, highlighted hair, and it makes my hair like glass. You heard me. Glass! ;

I use this as a weekly treatment because it weighs down my fine hair just a little bit. :-) It does moisturize pretty well (though not an extreme lot) and makes my hair smooth and frizz-free. Not the greatest ever but pretty damn good! If $32 is a bit much for your budget you could find a salon product that's just as good for half the price.

The scent is citrus and herbs, very clean and fresh. Lingers well into the next day.

Thumbs up! :-)

I received this product on a swap. I believe this product is going to be my staple for deep conditioning. I think it will replace my terax creme conditioner. I love this stuff! I have overly highlighted/damaged from flat ironing hair and this made it so soft, like butta! It is a great conditioner.. it makes your hair soft and managable, but not too soft to the point it is frizzy. Some deep conditioners do that to my hair. But this one didn't, I didn't have any frizzies at all! The only bad thing about this product is that it is very expensive...$32!!! I guess that is the price you pay for beauty.

I too got this conditioner through the Allure giveaway. I only use it as a deep-conditioner as opposed to a daily one, but it's great stuff. My hair feels really smooth and soft after I use it,and it smells good too. I don't know how keen I'll be to buy it again at its retail price since I imagine it would be pretty costly (around 25 USD?) but I'm thoroughly enjoying my tube so we'll see what happens when it finishes.

OK...I received this from a giveaway and just used it today. This stuff is fabulous!! It made my hair super shiny and *so* soft. I flat iron my hair and it layed perfectly and didn't frizz up. Smells good too...I think it's the avocado oil in it. Will definitely repurchase when I run out....stop reading and go buy this now!! :)

This is a great conditioner. It smells amazing and the consistancy is that of cake frosting. I recieved it from the Allure giveaway and, upon using it, think I would probably buy it again. My hair is very thick, long, and dry. This conditioner made it incredibly soft and completely free of tangles (an amazing thing for me!). I didn't notice any amazing shine from this, but the softness is wonderful. Altogether, a great conditioner for those with dry hair.
