This shampoo (with the conditioner) does great things for my hair. My hair is fine and has a tendency to look dull and flat sometimes, but when I use this shampoo, it looks thick, healthy, and lustrous on my colored hair. It has a nice, mild smell to it, too. I bought both liters on impulse at Ulta (I think they were both ten dollars each--how could I resist?). Overall, using this shampoo makes my hair look and feel great, and it's great for my colored hair!

Not bad a bad shampoo at all but it didn't do much for me and I couldn't get past the scent.I used it along with the conditioner and it made my hair feel weird and frizzy=(

I reallyyyyy like this shampoo! When I first washed my hair with it, when rinsing my hair felt like crap, very rough and tangled so conditioner or mask after this is imperative for me, but when I blow dried my hair, wow, it is sooooo shiny, soft, bouncy and healthy looking. I feel even my highlights were enhanced. Really amazing. I did not expect it! (I use various conditioners/masks with it) Will definitely re-purchase. My only gripe is the price, it is ridiculously overpriced in Greece, about 16 euros (21.5 US$) and the conditioner about 17 euros (23 US$). I would have bought from strawberrynet but it was unavailable for quite a while, otherwise it is about 9euros!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS!
Agree with the positives here. I was in TJMaxx yesterday and used my new iphone to check reviews before buying it. I'm heading back tonight to buy backup!!!!
My hair is thick, wavy, color treated, a bit dry due to flat iron and blow drying. I used just the conditioner last night and it was GREAT. Today, after the gym, I used both shampoo and conditioner...HG (I hope). WOW My hair is soooooo soft. :)

I am thankful for the review by SugarDanish saying, "This is for DAMAGED hair, to make it healthy again. If you have virgin hair the proteins going into your hair is too much, and too much protein can do just the opposite as claimed on packaging: it will make your hair dry. too much protein isn't good for your hair." My daughter is 10 with virgin hair...so I'll keep her away from this. :)


Edit: Sigh. :( My hair isn't loving this anymore. I tried to alternate with others. Hmmm. I'm not sure what happened. :( Taking off one lippie because the magic is gone.

Believe it or not I got two liters of this at TJ maxx. After reading about it on mua I was excited that I managed to find such huge sizes for so cheap seeing as how college textbooks are sucking the life outta me. Anyways my hair is VERY difficult is naturally curly (shirley temple style curly) and frizzy. It tends to look dull and stripped and my color never lasts just fries my hair.

After trying every shampoo out there I have found my HG. I LOVE it. It made my hair so insanely healthy that the girl who cuts it was amazed at the difference. My boyfriend noticed the change too. I left it at home accidently on a trip and severely suffered without it. I'm stocking up on this stuff it's completely amazing.

The smell is nice but I will say this. Those of you who use a lot of drugstore shampoos with the cones in them and are used to feeling the silky soft hair they leave behind in the shower...this shampoo and conditioner doesnt do that and leaves your hair feeling almost a little clumpy (sounds weird but its not i promise) but when you style it the softness shows up. It just doesn't leave that plasticy film on your head that cheap brands do

THIS IS THE ONLY SHAMPPO I WILL USE! I buy the liter size two times a year at Ulta when they have their half-off liter sale. I love this because it is safe on color-treated hair and it very gentle, but cleans your hair well. LOVE IT! This is definitley a staple of mine!

Excellent Excellent Shampoo! This was my HG until i found Nexxus (Therappe Shampoo w/ Humectress Conditioner) but i would definitely love to use this again especially because i miss the smell :] Along with the conditioner this will do wonders for your damaged hair. Also Try the Soy Tri-Wheat Leave-In Conditioning spray; i'd recommend that as well if your going to use this line.

I just purchased this product after being terribly disappointed with the Smooth Sexy shampoo/conditioner. My expectations were low, but went ahead with the purchase b/c it was a great deal & I was in a rush. Wow - pleasantly surprised. Only complaint is that it doesn't lather quite as well as Redken's All Soft, but the results are amazing nonetheless. I have fine, wavy, fly-away hair. This product gives me a great healthy texture without weighing my hair down. LOVE IT.

I have finally found my HG shampoo and conditioner!

I have done a lot of dye damage to my hair over the years, and although it wasn't extremely damaged, this shampoo has brought my hair back to life! My hair is SO soft and shiny! It feels clean and smooth, I just love it!

I bought the 33oz. bottles, because they were on sale. It was $24.95 for the shampoo, conditioner, as well as a small bottle of the Big Sexy Hair Spray and Play hairspray. I was excited to find the big bottles, as most places only carry the small ones around here!

I would recommend this line to anyone, and will definitely buy over and over again!

Amazing!!!! I am very picky about shampoos especially when they are costing me an arm and a leg. This stuff is worth every penny. Makes my hair so soft and shiny that I receive compliments all the time and I am not the type that was born with perfect hair. I used this stuff when my hair was at it's worst after numerous dye jobs and it still made it look good.

Smells like grapefruit and laundry detergent which surprisingly enough gets compliments from strangers telling me my hair smells good. LOL Cleans amazingly, doesn't weigh down my long, fine hair, moisturizes. My favorite thing about this shampoo though is that I can skip a day washing my hair and it will still look great. <3

Ok, so after using this for the past few months, it has reparied my fried hair. My hair isn't nearly as dry anymore, so now this shampoo just weighs it down. Also, my hair is greasy by the end of the day and starts smelling really dirty. I still like this beause of how much healthier my hair is now, but if your hair isn't very damaged, it would probably be too much. I'm only taking one off though because if your hair IS damaged, this will do wonders. I still use this to keep my hair in good condition, but I only use it 2-3 times a week now.

My hair is very thick, wavy, and frizzy. I just got highlights not long ago and I wanted something that would help to keep my color. I am reviewing the Chocolate Sulfate Free Shampoo. It smells Excellent, and makes my hair shine like crazy. I would buy this over and over.

An absolute godsend! I too hesitated to buy this at first because it's very expensive. But then I kept going back to the salon and smelling this shampoo every time, debating and debating, and then I finally gave in. I love the chocolate scent, it's amazing! And the fact that it's free of sulfates means that it doesn't strip the color out of my hair at all. My scalp is very sensitive and the sulfates in the other shampoos were causing it to break out all the time, but now it's doing much better because of this shampoo. This is a definite HG product for me. I wish they would do a whole soymilk sulfate-free line! This is really worth the money, so don't hesitate trying it. Oh, and it foams up pretty nicely despite the lack of the SLS. Love it!

This is for the sulfate-free chocolate---I am madly in love with this shampoo. Just to get this out of the way, yes, it smells like heaven. This stuff gives me fluffy, shimmery hair. I can honestly say it is the first salon shampoo I've ever felt was truly worth the money...and I buy all this stuff at cost. I would actually buy this retail. I use it with Abba Moisture Scentsation conditioner (I don't remember what they changed the name to) and I get more compliments on my shiny, healthy (oh so bleached and colored) hair. I just love it.

I really like the smell of this shampoo! I also like the fact that it is Sulfate Free. The shampoo along with the conditioner makes my hair soft. I have the Chocolate scent and who doesn't love chocolate! I will buy this again!! UPDATE: I went on the hunt for a HG shampoo & conditioner. After trying tons of them I am finally ready to declare this my HG!! I am currently waiting for my stylist to get back to me on buying a gallon of it!! I really like this and it is the only one I will ever use now. Hope they never stop making it!!

I'm a hairstylist and we carry this in the salon. I'm also a hair extension specialist, I mostly do the fusion bonds. With those, you have to use a Sulfate free shampoo or the bonds will fall out much easier. This is an honest review. I really liked it. It smells great, feels nice on my hair...for those who have a problem with frizziness: This is for DAMAGED hair, to make it healthy again. So girls with damaged hair like me, will benefit... if your hair is in alright condition, go for the sexy silky kind. I will continue to buy this, because it smells amazing, makes my hair soo smooth, I will never be without it.
