I LOVE this stuff... it's the only thing I have ever found that DOES diminish the dark circles and the rings under my eyes!!!!!! I need to stock up on it just in case they do stop making it!!!!

This made my eyes break out in a scaly red rash... it was so awful I ca't believe it! I couldn't even conceal the mess it had made ... took about 4 days for the rash to dissapear, Would NEVER purchase this again!

This is the only thing that has worked for my dark circles-- even after just one application, there was a noticeable change in the blue shadows under my eyes. Be sure to use the the formulation with the Vit K (not the retinol-based one). It is a good deal and I will stock up on this product in case they discontinue making this. A little goes a long way.

My eyes, my eyes!! Oh my God, this stung! I used it for two days with the lovely result of scaly, red, oozing dark circles. What is WRONG with these companies?? What part of "sensitive eye area" don't they understand?! And I don't even have sensitive skin! Argh!

The only thing this lightened was my pocket-book. I tried it when it first came out, full of hope and promise. When it didn't work, I thought "I must be doing something wrong...it CAN'T be the product." ha. My persistence only resulted in one thing...MILIA. Don't waste your money or time, kids. It's not worth it.

Oooooh, my eyes! Ouch. I used it only twice and it burned my skin so bad I had to go around with greasy Vaseline around my eyes for two days.

I did not like this product. I used it for about 8 weeks with very very slight results. Also the product stung a bit and left the area under my outer eyes really sensitive. It might work for some but not for me! I should have read the reviews first!

I think I may know the reason for the mixed reviews on this one: there are TWO formulations of this product, one with retinol and one with vitamin K. I used the vitamin K formula, and it worked great! Hope this clears things up a little.

I keep using it but I don't see much of an improvement. Some of it has disappeared but it's still there and it's very noticeable. I notice that when I stop using it, the purple comes right back. Don't waste your 10 bucks on this.

It did nothing for me, but I didn't give it a 1, because it did - NOTHING. Nothing good, nothing bad. Just felt like a lightweight eye cream, but certainly not moisturizing enough to use on its own, so I had to use it either over or under my regular eye cream. That may have been the problem, but what can you do. That said, a male friend of mine tried mine, to get rid of his circles for working on night shift, and it worked wonders on him, so I guess this is very hit-and-miss.

HORRIBLE product. Not only did it NOT lighten my undereye circles...it burned, did not moisturize and left my delicate undereye skin scaly, tender and peeling off.

Like many of the previous reviewers, i also experienced a lot of pain and stinging with this product. My skin isn't super-sensitive but this caused major irritation to the general eye area, so much that it even hurt to put regular moisturizer on my face the morning after. it My undereye circles weren't too dark to begin with and after about a week of use, i didn't notice enough change to make the pain worth the while. So, i'll be sticking with a good concealer instead.

I guess I am also in the minority... This stuff is amazing. Yes, at the beginning it burns a little. I don't know why I didn't stop using it, but only a few days later, my undereye area started to change. My eyes are less puffy, and the darkness (the inner area towards the nose) is completely gone. I think it might be the vitamin k in this product, whatever it is, I am really happy. Now the downside, it seems as though it's not a good seller, and I am having a hard time finding it in the store these days.

I feel like I'm in the minority here but I like this product. I wasn't expecting miracles so I have been pleasantly surprised that after using this for 2 months every night I am using less and less concealer in the morning.
I experienced no irritation, and I am extremely careful not to get this too close to the tear duct area.
And the tube looks like it will last a long time as you only use a very little bit each night.

I have one word "Ouch"!!!! This stuff is horrible! It stung my eyes and made the undereye area look very pink and the skin started to peel. Awful!

This product gives me and my sister serious irritation. It took us a month to fully recover. I don't know if there is any one suffer. But I truly won't recommend to those who have sensitive skin.

HATED this. I am always desperate for something that will help with dark circles, so, like a sucker, I forked out for this. I used it for a week, and a YEAR later, I still have an area under my left eye that peels and has flaky skin. I actually wrote to St Ives about this product, I was that p*ssed off!
