I have very sensitive skin and I thought this mask would 'soothe' it, as the name suggests. Unfortunately, I repeatedly come out with red, itchy rashes minutes after I wipe it off! What a disappointment! Worst mask ever for me!

I use this after a mud mask when I'm doing my "at home" facial. Very cooling. Makes my very dry skin feel great!

This is an excellent mask if you need some extra moisture. Great to combat the dry wintertime air. I also plan on keeping this in the fridge and using this in the summertime if I get a little bit too much sun on my face. The cooling effect would be amazing. This mask is slightly sticky, but once tissued off, it leaves your skin with a layer of moisture that lasts all day.

I received a sample of this mask and, although this mask left my skin smoother, I do not plan on purchasing it. It burned a little for the first minute or two after I applied it. I didn't notice any change in the appearance of my skin either.

Try a sample of this mask before buying the full size product! My skin is sensitive, but I have never had a reaction to a skin care product like I had with this mask. I tried my sample on Friday night, after wiping off with a damp cloth, as instructed I didn't really notice any difference with my skin, it was as if I had just cleansed. The next morning I woke up with little red dots all over my face......they persisted and my skin felt irritated until Monday. Yuk! I was probably allergic to something in the mask....so my advice is to definately try a sample first.

At first, I was attracted by Kiehl's idea of using natural extract to produce skincare stuffs and the concept of 'Try before you buy'.

However, after the first Keihl's counter is established in Hong Kong Seibu, I was so disappointed.
The MUA are not professional at all. Like I have normal to dry skin (Tested in other counters), they always give me products for oily skin!

The only right thing they gave me is this gel mask. I think it is okay. However, the bad impression made me give it two lipsticks!
And I hate the yellowish colour of it, kinda like some mud with just okay result.

I'm not impressed. This product helped right away, but the next day my face was dry and flaky again. The expensive jar didn't last very long either.

A nice gel mask for tired and sensitive skin, I did find it soothing and I liked the gel texture.

A reasonably priced mask with no surprises. Just deliver what it promises on the package: " provide a soothing and refreshing feeling to the skin.....hydrates and softens the skin.... not clog the pores". The herbal extract and jelly nature may render it easy to perish . It may be better to keep it in the fridge.

This is a nice, soothing mask, but it's not as soothing as the Clinique cream for stressed out skin.

For all skin types.
Hydrating treatment that' designed for soothingkin and softening it by way of herbal extracts and
non-comedogenic moisturizing ingredients. Enriched with Green Tea so is a great anti-oxidant product. I love it. Barely there herbal scent in a gel based formula that's almost colorless and totally transparent upon application. 10-15 minutes on skin, some of the mask will be absorbed and the rest you just rinse or wipe off. No allergic reactions, no irritations, no breakouts. Lovely.
