I bought this is the UK where it was a drugstore brand. But over here in Canada, I would never pay that much for this eyeliner. I know there are better ones out there.
My qualms about this liquid eyeliner are that it's too watery and the brush is too long for a precise application.
My rave about this liner is that it does last all day.EDIT: Y'remember how I said there are better liners out there? I found it. It's called Fluidline. Try that instead. Same long lasting results. Much cleaner application.

I think this is a great product. It applies very easily, and has strong staying power. Out of all the liners I have tried (Lancome, Shiseido, Estee Lauder), I like this the best.

This is my HG. Lasts all day, I live in humid Austin, TX. Comes off easily and the brush is thin and precise. It does take about 15-20 seconds to dry, but the final effect is worth the wait. Natural finish, I will always buy again. The only thing that ticks me off is that in Europe it's cheaper, whereas here it's about double the price.

I originally discovered this product in France several years ago, where it was very inexpensive and considered somewhat of a drugstore brand, I believe. The brush and handle of this product seems to be more user-friendly that that of other liquid liners. Product is long-lasting and color range is good, although more additions would be greatly appreciated. I use the green and plum/purple shades very often.

My HG is L'Oreal Lineur Intense - however, for pretty colours - Bourjois' good & the product's decent. Brush not as fine & short as L'Oreal (which is perfection) but it is a bristle brush & user-friendly. Level of pigment isn't bad - could be boosted. Doesn't transfer or rub off, doesn't irritate. Lovely product.

I bought this in brown as a replacement after my UD liner in Roach went kabloey in my suitcase. The color isn't quite as nice as the UD Roach, the liner is a teensy bit more globby, and the applicator isn't quite as precise - BUT - if you are buying these in Europe, Bourjois is a cheapo drugstore brand, and it's an awfully solid liquid liner at the price. If Sephora jacks the price up on this product line any more than they already have, however, I would recommend not buying it in the states. $14 is already a hefty kind of a markup from something that retails in France for seven Euros fifty. Bourjois is a very solid makeup, but it's just not top quality - or even midrange.

I guess the court is generally still out on this one, but I love it personally. I tried the black color finally today at Sephora and couldn't help but buy it. It is extremely easy to use, true color (unlike watery streaky Maybelline). It has been about 5 hours and the e/l is still in perfect condition. My lids don't burn/hurt like some of the other reviewers'. It also dried fairly fast on me-15-20 seconds. I didn't have to keep my eyes closed during those seocnds, just had to not open them too wide because the liner did feel pretty wet for that time. I will be trying more of these, and will say no to spending $28 on the Chanel liquid eyeliner. This is also very reasonably priced-I think I paid $14.So bottomline, if nothing suddenly goes terribly awry, I will continue loving this.

A so-so liquid eyeliner; bit watery and the brush is possibly a bit too long, but not bad for the price. I like the cute packaging, though.

I like this product. It has been over three years since I used liquid eyeliner so I was extremely scared using it again. Amazingly I have had no problems. I always used pen brushed liners like Lancome Artliner, however this is a breeze in comparison. I like the consistency of the product because I can fix any mistakes I make with a Q-Tip and water. All in all this is a good liquid liner for price and quality, though I cannot call myself an expert quite yet. This product stings if it gets in the eyes.

I'm the queen of trying all kinds of liners and this one beats them all. I purchased it in black and I love the brush that comes with it. I like the fact that the brush itself comes with a short handle which makes it much easier to control. When I apply to my eye the color dries to a dark matte black and doesn't smear. I wash my face with Olay facial wash and it comes right off. It costs only $14- Highly recommend. Edit: 12/30/03 - Still using and loving it.

I have the same color as Istella and the color is really intense! It's a pretty, saturated lavendar -- and it stings my eyes... Dunno why but the skin on my lids hurts whenever I use this liner. But it is a pretty color and the liner quality is quite good.

I really like this liner. I'm used to the cheap ones similar to Revlon and Almay that have stiff brushes that can be somewhat uncomfortable on the eyelid. This liner is a real brush that is long and slender, and super easy to apply. It feels very soft on the lid and gives me crease-less color even after several hours.

I love this eyeliner. My friend swears by Chanel, but I find it to be comparable. I like the brush and I like the ease of application. I bought it in black and it looks great on.

I bought the color "Prune". This is a lovely color and the container and applicator are nice but, unfortunately, those are the only good things I can say about this product. It claims to be a "long-lasting liner", but that was not the case with me. Within a couple of hours of wearing, it starts flaking off in little bits! I reapplied it twice in one day, and it still continued to flake off. I don't have this problem with other liners I use such as MAC or BB Gel Liner.

I love this liner. I have it in black, and also a shimmery pale green that I got last summer, although I don't know if that one is still available or if it was a seasonal thing. The packaging is great, as you can see exactly what colour is inside by the colour of the tube, and the little brush makes application very simple. The brush is short, so the liner goes only where you want it to go, and it's easy to make the line thicker or thinner by varying the pressure. The colour lasts well, and is easy to remove.
