I'm not qualified to comment at such things as the stability of this sunscreen, but I can tell you I'm very happy with it. It's not too greasy, hasn't broken me out (unbelievable for a sunscreen in my own experience), it doesn't look white or strange and it's got a nice high SPF and PA thingy. It's expensive for the tiny tube, but you don't need that much so I don't mind. Can't imagine leaving this product for quite some time. But could someone tell me why this is supposedly suitable only for use in town??

This is a non-greasy sunscreen with PA++. PA++ of this product means medium protection against UVA which is not to be confuse with SPF(UVB). PA+(Light protection), PA++(Med protection), or PA+++(Max protection), the more + sign means the more it would filter off UVA.
Sunscreen with PA will prevent UVA:
Ultra-Violet A rays penetrate down to the deepest layer of skin to damage collagen and elastin. This affects skin tautness and tension.
As a result, blotches and wrinkles can appear and damaged skin will start to sag. PA+ system is a Japansese measuring system for sunsrceen.
Sunscreen with SPF will prevent UVB:
Ultra-Violet B rays penetrate the upper layers of the skin, causing inflammation and damaging DNA. As a result, there is excessive production of melanin, causing blotches and spots, freckles and dryness.

Anessa is a branch of Shiseido. This should be under Shiseido.
Anyway, it is non-greesy. It's PA++. Though, it's faily expensive thinkin of the amount I get for the money.
