I got this thinking it would taste as good a whipped cream..I was wrong It tastes gross.Kinda like plastic.Maybe my tube was bad? I will not get this flavor of lip frosting again.

What can I saw, the packaging is adorable and it tastes sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good, just like BIRTHDAY CAKE. I have almost finished a tube and only had it for 2 weeks, this is a really fun product, will definitely repurchase.
Oh, I forgot to add, it has a cool tip where you can add it to your keychain.

I liked this lip gloss, but I did notice that it was a bit numbing when first applied. It tastes good, but not as good as whipped cream! Try that one instead :)

I really like it, as it stays on pretty well for what it is (though the ultimate gloss is Quo)and I find that even when the wetness goes away, my lips stay supple and shiny. If you want the extremely wet look all day, you will have to put some more on during the day, as others said, but isn't that the case for every lip product? Or maybe I drink too much tea ; )
Now I wish I could find the same thing in chocolate flavor, because cake is so-so. I bought Buttercream too and can't wait to try it on!

This is my favorite lip gloss of all time! The packaging is cute and easy to use, it smells and tastes just like cake and looks so good on! It's a very sheer pink, with small sparkles that aren't very noticable unless your really close. It's super smooth, too. I want to try other flavours. These are just the best! They have everything I want in a lip gloss : )

ALWAYS is making my lips numb. Disgusting taste and I have absolutely no feeling in my lips after using it, plus the smell isn't as good as the other lip frostings. What crap!

I love this gloss! It smells, tastes, and looks so good. It's one of those glosses for you and your honey! It tastes exactly like cake frosting. This gloss is soo slippery and long lasting. I am surprised that this gloss doesn't chap. It is very shimmery. Birthday cake is a shade you can use to pair with smokey eyes.

First off, the smell and taste is awesome. It's like they made a lipgloss inspired by Betty Crocker's vanilla icing. I often take it out of my bag just to get a whiff, or put it on my lips just to lick it off. However, it's not very moisturizing as compared to their Lip Sparklers, which is still my fave lipgloss. It's still a very cute product.

Bonne Bell has always been one of my favorite brands, and after reading wonderful reviews about the Lip Frosting I had to have one. This was the only one left in Wal-Mart and I grabbed it. I really like the smell...it's a little artificial but reminds me of a very sugary scent mixed with lemon. It's good, though, I like it!
This Lip Frosting is a clearish gloss that is not too thick, not too thin and leaves a beautiful shimmery and glossy finish. Looks beautiful alone and over another color. I can't wait to collect more!

Love it but not my fave of these. The only one where I've experienced that "numbing" feeling a lot of you talk about....still very yummy and pretty and a good deal. It really does smell like birthday cake....doesn't have as nice of a taste though =) Still worth every penny!

This is pretty yummy. It tastes quite a bit like actual birthday cake, esp. the frosting. There is a slightly false note to this one compared to the buttercream one, but it's nothing major. I like that it gives an ever-so-slightly shimmery wet and almost clear look rather than a straight-up glassy gloss (since I have tons of that kind). I can't tell you how happy I am to have found something dessert-flavored rather than those cloying, overpowering fruit things damn near every company uses. My slight beef is that since it is so wet, I can feel it evaporating along with some of the natural moisture in my lips, which makes them feel irritated. I expect I'll have to wear a Chapstick at night to compensate for this stuff. The packaging is totally cheesy and totally cute.

Many people will pass this in Target or Savon and write it off as a childish white color, but I was one of the few who was intrigued by the bright wrapping and the scent "birthday cake"- that was enough to pull me in. Well, the color isn't as ghoulish as one would imagine, much more shine and shimmer than whiteness. The scent? Divine. And I don't even LIKE birthday cake! The packagings adorable and highly portable. I'll admit I don't really like most drugstore brands, but this gloss is actually quite adorable!

The good: I notice the coloring of this product has been changed slightly since I first purchased it over a year ago: it's less a white shimmer and more of a golden-ivory shimmer. That's good news for warm-complexioned people like me. Put on thinly, it's a nice neutral shimmer. The Sugar Mint Enticemint does the job better because it's not quite so pale, but this is superior in several other ways. Like most people who love it, I love it for the taste and smell- birthday cake is something I crave year-round, and this smells strongly of both the cake and the frosting. The bad: I don't care for how this gloss burns my lips, because it tends to dry them out somewhat. The fragrance seems a bit more plastic-y than the original, which is really unfortunate- it was perfect before! I also seem to have gotten a faulty package, because I have trouble screwing the cap back on properly.

I wanted to love this flavor like I did all the rest of the frosting glosses. I couldn't love it b/c It stung my lips and made them feel NUMB! It scared me! Pretty color. Maybe I just got a bad batch or something...I don't get it...

m! m! m! i loved this. this was possibly one of my favorites of the lip frosting series next to "berry surprise"! like a lot of the bonnebell lipglosses, it stung my lips a bit but went away in seconds.
