this is so far my best mattifer for my face! it instantly mattify my entire face, skin feel smooth & silky. i re apply this product every 2 hrs. if you have very oily skin like me, there is no such product that can mattify yr face for hrs & hrs or even half the day, so this product is considered good enough for doing the work. cons is the price, $19.90 for just 15ml. but as the size is small, it is good to carry it around for re-touching.

Didn't really find that it did much for my T-zone, but helped me in the lips department. Made my lipstick/gloss glide on smoother & had staying power. The tube is not very user-friendly, but you only need a little bit each time to cover face & lips. Might try it on my oily eyelids perhaps.

Pros:
Easily available at the mall
Doesn't clump up in the tube

Cons:
Feels greasy going on, hence...
Makeup tends to slide more on top of this than on better mattifiers
Costly for what you get
Causes slight increase in forehead whiteheads :/

Save your money and try the cheaper and infinitely better Touche Lissant Smoothing Makeup Perfector by Agnes B on the CCB Paris website. A MUCH better mattifier - longer lasting, silky rather than slick-feeling, and the tube is easier to use! I'll never buy this one again!

This was fairly cheap, but I wasn't impressed with the quality of the product. It didn't matte my tzone well and disappeared in about 2 hours. THe bottle also tends to gunk up near the tip and doesn't look as sleek or nice as other mattifiers out there.

This is a slick-feeling silicone gel, similar in concept to Lancome T Controle. You apply under makeup for oil absorption and mattifying. This applies easily with the fingers, and sinks in without trace to make a smooth base for foundation. Wearing this and pressed powder, my makeup lasted several hours without oily show-through. It can also be applied over lipsticks for a matte effect without dryness - especially useful with stains. I like the clear squeezy tube, which allows you to dispense product accurately and also see exactly how much is left. Some people don't like the smooth feel of this kind of product, but this particular one is very reasonably priced for what it does, and is no less effective than its more expensive competitors.
