This eyeliner just goes on ever so smoothly! Just two strokes of it on your waterline and top lid does the trick! Definitely should buy this product for it's only $3.99 in USD :)

This was the first eyeliner I ever bought. It goes on very smoothly. It fades slightly near the end of the day, but I still love it. There might be a tad bit of smudging, but a quick swipe with your finger will do the trick. I have tried the revlon colorstay and I couldn't even get it on! The prestige eyeliner is much better. I recommened to anyone who needs a consistent eyeliner. Don't buy the .99 cents eyeliner, trust me. Go and splurg on the 3-5 bucks ones. You won't regret it in the long run. BUY NOW :D

This is a review for the mechanical eyeliner pencil. I like this more than the automatic pencil version. It is great for the price. I bought this on sale at Walgreens for about $1.50. It's pretty creamy..but it does not go on as smooth as Urban Decay Zero. I've used it on my upper lashline with no creasing or smearing. I've also used it on my waterline and it's not bad compared to most products I've tried. With eyeshadow patted on top, it lasts pretty long on the waterline. FYI, my eyes are watery, I wear contacts and I have serious problems with anything staying on my waterline. My only beef is that it is not as dark as I would like. It's more of a light black on me instead of a true, intense black.

I really like this eyeliner. It's funny because I mostly use it for my waterline and most reviewers don't find it suitable for that. It's simple to use and good for any style you're trying to accomplish.

Ive been using this in the color black for about 6 years and love it!!! =)
(If used in the waterline - there will be slight smudging but for me thats no big deal, a slightly wet tissue takes care of that)
Ive tried every type of eyeliner out there: gel, cream..ect..
And i always come back to this liner. Its very affordable with great staying power.
Highly recommend!

the only thing i like about this eyeliner is that it will work well on top of the eye but for the waterline it sucks!!! when i put it on and then closed my eye it would go into my eye and i would see blurry. i will never buy it again!!!

i have this in brown and black. based on previous reviews here and recommendation from my friends, it was the first eyeliner that i ever bought (heh). it goes on smoothly has a very creamy texture, although it does rub off after a long day but you can always buy the waterproof version of this eyeliner, which doesn't apply as smoothly in my opinion but is just as good. it comes off ridiculously easily! very nice for a eyeliner newbie like i was.

Not quite my HG but pretty close! Much better than most of the other drugstore liners I've tried--this one goes on very smooth and creamy. The color is rich too. The pencil can be sharpened to a fine point, so the line is usually medium to thin. The price is great and it lasts me forever. My only complaint is that it does smudge easily and doesn't last along the waterline (but what does, really). I almost shelled out a bunch for the UD liner in Zero, but read the reviews and this seems about the same. Might as well save some money!

i bought like 5 of these one day when i went to rite aid with my mom. i had been looking for a new eyeliner, and was like whatever, just buy this one. the color is pretty nice; a rich black. what i dont like is that it lacks staying power. it doesnt give the dramatic look, so if thats what your looking for, DONT BUY THIS. it glides well, and is smooth, but i dont think its for me. i will not be repurchasing. i plan on trying cliniques quickliner or MACs kohls.

This glides on so smooth and it's a very deep black but the main reason I bought this was for my waterline. It fades pretty quickly and I have to reapply considerably often and I find that annoying. So the search for a better water liner continues.

Love this eyeliner.
I bought it on a whim at a B1G1F sale at Ulta, so the price ended up being a little less than 2 bucks.
First of all, in comparison to my lancome kohl liner, it is shorter but the color payoff is sooooo much darker.
The application feels exactly the same as my MAC eye pencils, but definitely smudges less.
With UDPP under this, and a thin layer of black powder eyeshadow over it, I don't have any smudging or smearing for at least 12 hours.
Best pencil eyeliner ever.

I got this impression that liquid eyeliner is very hard to apply (this was my first liquid eyeliner), but with this one, I was surprised that it was really easy! It creates a nice fine line and has a nice bold color. I really like the application brush/felt tip thing. It does tend to smudge and lose its color a bit after a couple of hours (i have oily lids), but not enough to bother me too much.

i was very pleased when i first put on this product, it glided on easily and showed up truly black. however it really irritated my eyes! my eyesight was very blurry and i couldn't focus on anything i was doing, so i had to wash it off. i tried it three times and this happened. this hasn't happened before with any mascaras or eyeliners that i've used. i'm very disappointed! waste of money!

Love the pigment, i have it in currant and in black, but it really smudges and disappears on me.

i liked this pencil a lot when i first put on. it was very smooth and the line was thin. however it does smudge a lot on me. not as bad as the mac kohls but the smudging is definitely there. also i get a black line often on my crease because the pencil rubs off on there. i think i'll try the waterproof version next because i did like how smooth and nice this went on.

This is the BEST eyeliner I've ever used--and I've used quite a few. I can put it on my top and bottom lids and you can get a very thin line if so desired. The color is great, and I personally haven't had any smudging. I don't have oily skin at all, but my mom does and although this gives her a sexy smokey-eye look and doesn't run, it does smudge and she hates it, so if you have oily skin the choice is up to you.
It does fade out a little bit on my wetline, but it holds better than any other I've used and I don't expect anything to hold perfectly, especially since I wear contacts and where I live, it's easy to get things in my eyes to make them water.
All in all, this product is defidently worth it, and the price is nothing to complain about.
Also, if you're having a hard time getting eyecolors to stay, I actually use Prestige's lip liner in Baby above this (I like my eyes to look real intense with a black liner, and the pink with some light shadow over it softens the look while making my eyes pop) as an eyeshadow. Whatever eyecolor is your favorite you can probaly use. I haven't tried any other eyeliner colors except black, however. But it's just a tip in case you're interested. :)
