Most expensive tube o' grease ever purchased, but it performs like a champ. Just gazing at the Wedgwood-inspired (white print on celestial blue) squeeze tube fills me with joy...reminds me of Granny's house.

Put succintly, celestial blue packaging to match its heavenly performance and sky-high price.

I got this lip balm at Marshalls for five bucks. So I got it for a steal. This balm is rich in its moisturizing ingridients. Since it is a more expensive product I only use it as a night treatment or if my lips are really chapped and dry. When I apply it at night, its still on in the morning but my lips are dramatically softer. I feel like this product is a good splurge if you really want to treat yourself. But it's moisturizing aspects aren't mind blowing. It's a nice luxury, but not a necessity. Personally, the price is too much for me. If I had the chance to get it at a cheaper price, maybe. This will be ideal for me in the winter months coming ahead. Plus I do believe you do need one really good lip care product to invest in. So if you're a lip care junkie, go for this cause it won't disappoint.

very expensive for my liking but it is the best lip balm i've ever had (or spent), but seems like a little goes a long way, in that sense, I think it's worth it.

This is definitely my HG. So much so that I'm writing my very first review here about a lip balm of all things!

I first got it years ago at a NYC Sephora after my lips suddenly ended up as a painful mess, for no known reason. They were extremely dry, peeling, even painful...It was terrible. A Sephora SA recommended it to me right away and it became my first Clarins product (I'm also loyal to their moisturizer now - on my third container).

This lip balm comes in a tube and has such a healthy texture to it...When I put it on my lips, it really saved them. Performed a miracle. It's intense in its moisturizing abilities and is a definitely fav. That said, I think it's pricey and I alternate it with other balm when I don't need quite as much help.

Also, my review is for the white tube, old formulation. They might have changed it.

This is a great product. I can apply this at night before I go to bed, and my lips are still moist in the morning. It's thick, it smells a little bit like medicine, but it's very effective at preventing chapped lips.

It's not holy grail but it is a very good product, albeit very very expensive. I've tried everything for my dry cracked lips and while this makes them feel more comfortable, it doesn't seem to prevent my lips from getting dry and cracked. That would be the holy grail product! I like that it's thick enough to stay on the lips for a reasonable amount of time. It feels like a luxury product.

My mom turned me onto this and she loves this stuff. Has used it for a very long time. I must admit this stuff is great and when I do have extra money I buy it and treat myself.

This is a review for the Moisture Replenishing Lip Balm with Rose Wax (the blue tube). I really like this one, it's full of emollients and works even in hardcore winter conditions (-20°C, wind, heating), so it makes this one a HG. I do like the slight rose tint it gives to lips and the line filling effect is nice to, tho only temporal. I'm not sure about the long therm collagen boosting benefits, I've been using it since August/September, but I can't really say that there is any change. The only things I dislike are: it tends to bleed over lip line sometimes and the smell is grossly chemical flowery. Otherwise it works just as well as Sisley Lip Balm, but this one is cheaper (although I have reapply the Clarins one more often).
I just wish it had a SFP/PA.

Again , Clarins makes another perfect product! I have tried every lip balm for my dry, peeling lips. I use this at night and Iwake up with soft, smooth lips. I will never buy anything else. Look for it in the blue tube with Rose extract. You will not be disappointed!

I got this from TJ Maxx for only $14 (with a hand cream in the hand and lip kit) because of all the fabulous reviews here and it didn't disappoint! I live in New Mexico so it's incredibly dry and I'm always looking for a good nighttime lip treatment. I've been using this for a week and I think it has HG potential, so far it's been amazing. I was looking for a product that would work throughout the night without just settling as a film on my lips. The smallest amount of this feels wonderful and lasts for hours and hours. By the time I wake up my lips are incredibly soft and easily exfoliated (if needed).

Note: I think I'm using the older formula. The tube isn't blue, it has the normal red and white Clarins packaging look.

Love it love it love it.

Actually I bought this upon reading review from MUA. Previously some of my lip balms did not even last me through the night when I applied before going to bed. I woke up with dry lips. But I just got hold of this Clarins lip balm last night and I tried. It stayed with me until I woke up in the morning, and I don't have to reapply it every now and then. Not sure why some of the reviewers below said otherwise. Anyway this works best for me, for now. And I gave that blistex to my boyfriend. HAH...

this has to be the best lip balm ive tried. i used to like the softlips lip balm because that was really really good but i had to reapply all the time.
but for this, you only need the tiniest bit and go for a longlong time without feeling the need to reapply. i really like this and it would last for a long time so i guess that defeats the negatives about the price.

This stuff is amazing. I have super dry lips, nothing really keeps them moisturized but this stuff seems to do the trick. Because it is so expensive I don't use this all day long just once a day or twice if my lips are really dry. I'll put on some Blistex throughout the day just to maintain moisture. But it works really well at balancing moisture in your lips. It smells good kind of a light rose smell. It is a really thick consistency with a light pink tint. It is really expensive, but it works so well it really is worth it.

I got a sample of this at Clarins counter. I am really impressed. I have been trying all the cheaper brands of chapsticks and they only give me the feeling that my lips are even drier than before. This was different. It made my lips feel relieved and comfortable for once! And you need to use so little. I love this rosy floral scent as well.

I still have no idea what this costs - I am still using the sample. If I don't repurchase that would only be because of the price.

This is the best lip balm, especially the new formula. (the blue tube) The new formula has shea butter, and makes my lips so soft. It's supposedly colorless, but if you squirt some on your hand, you will see that there is a slight hint of pink. Even though it's quite expensive, it's definitely worth it.

I've already left a reviw for this procuts but I don't mind leaving another one, again. I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT (my favorite lip balm everrr) for $9.99 @ TJMAXX, I actually got the 3 of them that they had at t he store. I won't go anywhere without this product, it just keeps my lips so smooth, soft and healthy looking. So if you live close to a TJMAXX go and check if they have any left :)

This product really hydrates and moisturizes your lips instead of sitting on top like so many other lip products do. The tube lasts forever, and I love the slight tint - really compliments my natural lip color. This isn't too shiny or sticky. One of my top three lip balmy products!!! Others are Aquaphor (multifunctional) and EA Eight Hour Cream stick w/ spf15 (for use during the day or when not indoors).

Clarins Moisture Replenishing Lip Balm must be the best lip balm in the universe! I don't quite know how to describe the wow-effect, but this lip balm is actually very, very addictive! It may be a bit on the expensive side but it's worth every penny, and the tube will last for a small eternity...

Got this as a sample at Shoppers and even though I never tried the Clarins line before, I was very impressed. My poor winter chapped lips never felt so relieved. The only thing thwarting me was the price when I checked it out for future purchase.

I was at shoppers buying some regular chapstick (my life is over without chapstick) but then the lady at the beauty counter told me to give this one a try. she said it was so much better and that it was a lot longer lasting. Being easily convinced, I spent 5x the amount i would've spent on the other chapstick but it was definitely worth it.
---
At first, I thought it was just like a lipgloss and didn't even notice what effects it did. I went back to using regular chapstick at times when i really didn't feel like putting anything thick on (eg. when i kiss my bf lol). But as winter came around, and days got dryer, my lips were dry and started peeling, i felt that chapstick did not help and it did not last long at all. so then one day, i put some of the clarins balm on and i noticed it was different. My lips were no longer cracking and dry, and it seemed to help with the peeling. It definitely replenishes moisture and it's definitely worth it the money. It also smells reallly good :)
