As many people say the package is great. It keeps the foundation fresh and messy free. I am no so crazy about the smell. I am 24, and did not purchase it hoping for the firming effect. I personally can't feel any lifting affects. But it has enough coverage I need to hide my acne marks with still keeping the natural look. More than anything, it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin.

Just average product with a good smell sensation, medium coverage and it is suitable for winter season only.

This is a great foundation. It is my staple during the winter when my skin is dry and scaly. It can be a bit too heavy for the summer. The pump is great and the foundation goes on light and smooth and is quite sheer when used sparingly. This MUST be blended well and works well with a foundation brush or your fingers but not really a sponge. It essentially just feels like moisturizer on the skin. This is not really firming. It is more of a hydrating formula despite the name.

I was pleasantly surprised by this foundation. I'm a bit of a foundation junkie and tend to splurge then not use if I don't like but I have ended up using this lots. Its a small bottle but it doesnt take much to cover and the pump dispenser is good. I got this in the shell shade and its a really good match for my slightly pale yellow toned skin. It goes on very smoothly, blends well and give a dewy medium coverage which can be blended out to be more sheer if needed. Doesn't firm a damn but still a good foundation. Will repurchase.;

This is the ONLY liquid foundation that I have ever finished and repurchased (several times!). I have used it off and on for years. It works well with my dry skin and the color selection suits my coloring. I use Shell in the summer and Soft Ivory in the winter, both are yellow based and they give my skin a nice glow. I only use it with a wedge sponge, not my fingers as they suggest in the package. Applied with my fingers it's too heavy and cakey! With a sponge it goes on smoothly and thinly, yet covering anything you might want to cover without looking too made up. This is a staple product in my makeup bag for days when I want to take a break from powder foundation.

Love the pump packaging and love the colour selection. I have a perfect match using 08.
This covers really well without being streaky or overly moisturizing on my misbehaving combo skin. Use with a light hand and it's heaven! All I can say is that because of this I'm giving Clarins in general a second look.

Didn't like it at all. Just made me look like my Mom..cakey and streaky. I gave it to my 73 (at the time) year old Mom and she loved it.

I am 43 and wanted something to tone my aging skin. Not to make my aging skin look like an old ladies mask. Yuck this stuff sucks! it looks dry and cakey. I hated it and threw it out even though I paid a pretty penny for it. I usually love Clarins. Sure wish I had asked for a sample first of this product.

Over 50 here: (Update: decided the shades don't work for me, too pink, and that's too bad. After road testing a fortune's worth of foundations in the last 6 months in my own personal makeover, this is a winner. Altho Paula dismisses it as "only...for very dry skin," the fact is I've found it extremely difficult to find good foundations for very dry skin. This foundation provides great coverage, yet goes on light. Repeat: feels light, veil-like, not heavy at all, but has great coverage. And although the fragrance does dissipate quickly, I agree that the product can do without it. Update: decided the shades don't work for me, too pink, and that's too bad.

This didn't do much for me.. it didn't look as natural and glowy as I prefer my foundations to be.
