Previously I used neutrogena, clean & clear, ponds, etc.. makeup remover wipes. So, in my local Walmart, I was debating whether to get 60 of these or 30 of my usual for the same price.I decided to get double. These work great! When I go out at night, I wear A Lot of makeup, primer, foundation, concealer, blush shadow, liner, mascara, lip gloss etc.. & This removes it all! It usually takes 2, sometimes 3 to remove all my makeup. I hold the flat wipe on my eye for about 20 seconds to allow it to break down my eye makeup, then gently wipe. It clears everything off. after I apply eye cream, moisturizer & lip balm & my skin feels great. The texture of the cloth feels like it slightly exfoliates too. so I would imagine that the exfoliating one would be too rough, idk? maybe? But this one exfoliates too. I was getting low on them, so I decided to write this review about them, since I will be repurchasing soon.

I bough the 15-wipes just to carry in my purse incase I do sleepover somewhere. Does not take off waterproof mascara and dries skin out So I have to moisturize right away. They are convenient but I don't rely on the wipes to completely take off all my makeup.

I cant say enough about these! ive been using them for a few years now and have tried many different brands, but ialways come back to these. i want to try the exfoliating ones in the green pack, but idk if i want to mess with a good thing. walmart carries these for about 5.99 for 120 wipes. suchhh a good deal. the only problem i have with these are that they dry out quickly in the pop up plastic bin. i usually have to tip it upside down to get some liquid into the top cloths. overall, i would definately repurchase.

These are very convenient, but they stung my eyes pretty badly when I remove my eye makeup. They remove everything except my waterproof mascara.

I wear mineral make-up and waterproof mascara and these towelettes aren't strong enough to remove them, doesn't even budge them. I'll use these on Chapstick and pressed powder days. I'll go back to the Costco Kirkland towelettes, they power through every type of long-wear make-up and smell great.
Overall not a bad product, just doesn't suit my needs.

I decided to buy these since my usual MAC wipes became too pricey for me.. and I noticed that they weren't as soft and felt more scratchy on my skin :( why must ppl change a good thing???
Anyways, onto this review :) I wanted to try these out since I heard so much rave via youtube. I bought the 2 refill pack for just under $10CDN (60sheets/pack for total of 120sheets). The clothes are super soft and strong. I use a separate product to remove my eye makeup and these sheets do a very good job removing the residual eye makeup I have left. I don't wear foundation and just concealer where I need, so 1 sheet is usually enough for my entire face. I find that these are pretty moist. I store them opening side down. This helps the top sheets stay nice and moist. These wipes trump the MAC ones big time in terms of quality and price!!! I also like the pleasant (subtle) smell.
Even though it says "no rinsing" necessary, I still wash my face after I use these.
Bonus points for it being alcohol and oil free!!

Nothing super special with these. They take my makeup off, although I still wash my face after to get any leftover residue, which usually their is, but for the 5 or 6 bucks its not too bad.

I bought these last week when I was at walmart.I usually buy the target up&up brand for about 3 dollars for 25.But I saw these for about 6 dollars for 120 and I love them they take my makeup off better then the target brand ones and you can't beat the price :)

I recently purchased this at Wal-Mart for about $5. It comes with 60 towelettes, so you get a lot for what you pay. Usually, I buy Target's Up & Up makeup remover towelettes, but I wanted to give these a try. I felt like it did a good job removing my makeup. I just didn't feel like my face was super clean afterwards, because the towelette was a bit dry. I'm used to Target's towelettes, which have a lot of moisture. Although these are really cheap, I don't think I'll be repurchasing again.

I've bought these repeatedly because I'm stupidly cheap when it comes to some things. Sure, I'll spend $25 on mascara, but I guess I don't want to spend $25 to take it off. These are great for in a pinch when you don't have time to wash your face, or you made a mistake. But using them on a regular basis? I wouldn't recommend it. They're a bit on the dry side, so instead of getting an "exfoliated" feel like they advertise, it feels like they're kind of scraping your skin. They don't take off makeup very easily, it requires much rubbing and re-rubbing of areas. To me, an efficient makeup wipe this does not make. Most of the time I just make sure I take the time to wash my face to avoid the experience of these. I've learned my lesson. I'll fork out a little more cash and spring for the Biore or Clean & Clear or Neutrogena versions. I don't like the way this makes my already-oily skin feel, like it's got a residue on it. I've repurchased these in the past, but I've decided it's time to upgrade. I'll try something different in the future.

I agree with the previous review. These are too dry to remove makeup and eye makeup. I use them on days where I don't wear any, or in the morning before my toner and I add a few drops of water to them. Good thing they where inexpensive. I will not repurshase.

I bought his based on the great reviews but to be honest, its not very good. It's not very wet and not great at removing makeup. It can't even get off my gel liner or darker eyeshadow w/o serious rubbing and tugging. Removing waterproof mascara is impossible, but I really didn't expect it to anyway. The only use I have for it currently is to clean up residues after I've already removed the bulk of my eye makeup w/ oil. It's pretty useless since I can just clean everything up w/ oil and then cleanse. I've tried several others (Garnier, Walgreens brand and Mac). Both Garnier and Walgreens are more moist and better at removing makeup. Mac is best, extremely moist and just cuts through the makeup. The one I bought actually says Exfoliating Cleansing Towelettes. It has a bumpy texture on one side for exfoliation. I compared the ingredients just to make sure but it has the same ingredients as the one in this listing.

I saw that these wipes got good reviews on here so I bought them. It was $6 for a twin pack with 60 wipes each. Good deal? Seemed like it.
But I was disappointed when I tried it. I have tried the Almay ones while staying over at a friend's house and they wiped my tinted moisturizer, eyeshadow, mascara, and everything else with little effort. And leave my skin feeling clean.
These Equate wipes leave a strange residue on my skin, kind of oily. They also don't seem very efficient at removing makeup. I think it might be that the wipes are relatively dry. They're not wet enough to really remove everything. I feel like I have to really scrub and go over spots again and again to get everything off. Even then, when I use toner later on, I still get traces of makeup on the cotton ball. Eye makeup takes considerable effort to take off. And the last thing I want to do is to be rubbing at my eye area.

I have a love/hate relationship with cleansing and make-up removing towelettes. I love the convenience, but they never remove all of my eye make-up and I always wake up with dark residue around that area. That said, I have been using them in lieu of a traditional cleansing routine for years and probably will continue to for a long time. I have used various Pond's and Aveeno towelettes in the past, and I think the Wal-mart brand towelettes perform comparably well and since they're obviously much cheaper, I'll be sticking with them for the foreseeable future.
EDIT: just opened a new pack and they feel rougher on my skin than I remembered. In general, they don't seem very "wet" and I was worried they would irritate the delicate skin around my eyes, which is the place where I need them the most. I no longer think I would buy this product again, and have downgraded them from a 4 to a 3.

I've been using these for a few years now and they are very effective for removing my makeup. I usually just need one sheet at the end of the day to wipe it all off. My skin feels clean but sometimes a little dry, so I immediately moisturize right after. They don't tug at my skin or feel rough or anything like that. Also, they do not irritate my contacts the way makeup removers have done in the past. The one observation I have made though is that the top few sheets are drier than the ones in the middle and the bottom of the stack. Nonetheless, I will continue to buy again and again.

I'm the person that grabs the cheapest or the most bang for your buck when it comes to makeup remover wipes. I came across these recently and decided that 2 packs for $5 or $6 for 120 wipes is def a good deal. I think these work just as well as any other brand I've ever purchased. I do have to say, they aren't the most moist ones but they do the job. They don't cause my skin to break out, they don't sting and they get all my makeup off. In my opinion they really don't have much of an scent which is nice. I'll def keep repurchasing

Im searching for a makeup removing wipe that doesnt leave an oily residue but takes off as much makeup as possible.
this is not it. I decided to buy these insead of my regular nutrogena all-in-one wipes because of the bundle and the price. worth a try right?
this is a case of you get what you paid for. they dont leave a residue like most wipes, but I found them a bit dry (not enough product in them?) and they only did a so-so job of removing my makeup.
good bang for your buck, but definately not the best wipes out there.

i read somewhere that when you wash your face at night, you usually need to wash it twice (first to take the makeup off, second so it can penetrate the skin). so based on the reviews here on MUA, i decided to buy this at walmart to help with taking my makeup off. i had to buy the travel pack because it was all out a stock!!! and now i know why. HOLY COW. i was pretty surprised. I only use one towelette to clean my whole face. I can use this around my eyes as well without causing any irritation problems. i did not leave my skin dry nor oily or with a greasy film. on those lazy nights, i can just use this and wake up without any break outs at all. i don't even have to use a moisturizer afterwards because this already has a moisturizer built in, which was absorbed by my skin so quickly. all that was left was a smooth even finish. i was happily surprised. also, if you ever make a mistake with your makeup, just use this to wipe it off and start over. no fuss =)
this is also a lot cheaper compared to the kirkland one when you buy it in a bundle of 2 (it costs about $6 for 120 towelettes I believe). i highly recommend and will continue to buy! (hopefully, my walmart won't keep running out).

I hate shopping at walmart but I have to go there to buy these make up remover wipes. for about $6 you get two blue packs which have about 60 wipes in each pack. I use one every night to remove my make up. 60 X 2= 120! I hate shopping at walmart but I will keep buying these and hope target creates a 120 make up remover wipes vaule pack!
I always buy the blue color pack and the only thing that I don't like about the wipes is when you first open a new pack the first few are really dry and the last few in the pack are always really wet. sooo maybe thats why they give you 120? lol

Ok so as a wipe it's a relatively good buy for the price, I mean at walmart it's somewhere around 5.99 CAD, so I think its pretty good. It does its job in removing makeup, but for mascara you definitely need to use an actual makeup up remover of some sort. Honestly this is really for those "just back home from a night out, and way to drunk to muster the effort to thoroughly cleanse my face" nights. Or after a workout at the gym, great for that!
Now honestly I don't know why I never thought of this, as i've been using these for a while, but when you finish the wipes, KEEP the container. Why, well use it as a garbage for like cotton balls and bads, as well as q-tips and kleenex. I don't know about you guys but I always just end up trowing the cotton balls on stuff on my counter because i'm in a hurry and can't be bothered to go to my actual trash can. BEST THING EVER.
