I don't get all of the glowing reviews for this which is why I bought this. I bought
light/medium which should have been perfect for my LLL skintone, MAC NC25, C2-3 depending on the season, but it was verging on too light and pinkish
1. This doesn't cover my very dark allergic circles yet seems to enhance the undereye area spotlighting that I'm covering something!
2. It is very emollient and pasty, which would be fine if it covered well.
3. It stays tacky to the touch.
4. It's hard to spread. I tried brush, fingers, sponge, etc. You have to use some kind of brush to lay it down, then tap with your fingers but texture sticks to whatever you use. It's a challenge.
5. For the price you don't get a lot of product since tube is filled with a lot of air, which also makes it hard to get stuff out of the tube.
6. Colors to choose from are so limited.
7. Definitely creases.
8. Disappears after several hours so must be reapplied which is another challenge in itself if you are on the go.
Another one for the discard pile.

Pretty good stuff! I'm very oily, fair with pink undertones and bluish dark circles that I'm always trying to cover. This concealer is called "creaseless," which may be stretching the truth a bit, but it certainly creases much less than just about anything else I've tried! Thick/creamy texture and very highly pigmented, this concealer in "fair" is a great color match and covers my circles well without oxidizing to orange later in the day.
I feel like I need to touch up a little under my eyes with a brightener by late afternoon, but honestly it's probably due more to my eye m/u smudging than tarte's concealer... Def has great staying power though, which has always been a struggle for me and my oily skin! If your uber pale like me and BB concealer is too yellow for u, give this tarte a try!

I have tried many concealers and this one is good. I wouldn't say that it provides full coverage of my dark circles, but it masks them pretty well. I'm an NC25/NC30 and use 'medium' in this concealer, which is a good match. What I love about this product is that it leaves my under eye area hydrated. Only a small amount of product should be used, so it looks lightweight and natural. If it would set on it's own, I might love this product.... but it doesn't. This concealer remains wet and shiny and will move around, crease, and fade if it isn't set with powder. In order to keep it in place, I have to pat powder over it (a dusting of powder isn't enough to keep it in place). This gives a heavier more made-up look which looks dry by the late afternoon. This concealer is still a good product and I use it on days when my skin needs hydration, but I prefer a more natural look and a concealer that let's me keep powder away from my under eye area.

Amazing concealer it looks like skin on me. I got it in Fair and all you need is the size of a pin to get all the coverage I need. I can do under my eyes and it did not crease for me which made me happy. It brightened my under eye area perfectly. Any spots I had to colour needed the smallest dab. I got a set that came with a Bamboo brush which I really like. I apply with the brush then pat pat pat. I used some Mac studio fix over it and some blush and my skin looked so natural. My skin only better. I thought the concealer came off when I went to remove my makeup but it was there it's just such an excellent colour match. Very satisfied it lasts a long time and it doesn't look like makeup Plus this tube will last forever with the fact that you need barely any to do the job..Highly recommended!

I've used this for about 2 weeks and I'm really impressed with the product! I love the MAC studio fix concelear however, I have dark undereye circles (genetics) and it creases and dries out the under eye. This product is remarkable moisturizing and long wearing!
My only beef is that I found that only half the container was filled! Still amazing under the eye and I will repurchase!

I have been using this concealer for a few weeks and I absolutely love it! I have some fine lines under and around my eyes and I was having major creasing with other concealers, mainly MAC studio tech. I wasn't sure about the sticky consistency of this product but it works great. I put it on in the morning and by night still no creases! You do need to be careful about how you apply it, dab a tiny dot only, and layer as needed. Of course the less product you use, the better. I have really dark circles and I found the coverage to be good enough. I use about two layers.
May only concern is how it will hold up in the summer in heat, but until then this is my new go to concealer!

this product is so creamy that a little bit of this goes a long way, its actually a bit hard to get out of the tube because it is pretty thick! but it doesn't feel thick when you apply it and it doesn't look cakey, it just looks really natural. i was surprised by how well this covers dark circles, its really pigmented. it also can be used to cover spots and blemishes and it works pretty well.

Love it. If I had to compare this to something, I'd compare the consistency to Benefit's Erase Paste. However, this is 10 times better! It's the closest thing to a creaseless concealer that I could find, and the finish is wonderful. I actually mix this with another concealer I have by Cle De Peau and it covers my hideous dark circles like nothing else I've tried. Looks great, feels great.. what more could a girl ask for?

I can't stress enough that a little goes a long way with this product. The consistency is so thick and creamy, but once you begin to pat it under your eyes it spreads and covers so beautifully. It hides dark shadows under the eyes, and covers broken capillaries wonderfully. It is extremely hydrating which is great news for those with dry, crepe-y skin under their eyes. The "light" shade is perfect for those with a lot of pink in their skin. Previously I was using Josie Maran's "Sand" concealer. The consistency was perfect for my dry skin, but I new I needed something a little more pink, and Tarte's Maracuja concealer fits the bill without sacrificing the hydration I need.
Though I wouldn't exactly call this "creaseless", it's certainly damn near close. On the rare occasions that it settles into one of my pesky line, I just press my finger against it and it looks good as new. This is a must-have in my kit for a bright-eyed and rested look.

Just received a sample in medium from sephora. I was using NARS stick concealer but lately it would just come off. I only used this once, so far and it seems to have very good coverage. Over all, I have nothing really bad to say about it. Also, there's a good selection of shades from warm to cool tones. Worth giving a shot.

Please remember... A LITTLE BIT GOES A LONG WAY. No joke. You need a snail trail to conceal the dark circle and to brighten up the eye area. No goopy-ness. I told the girl who worked at sephora that I use Benefit erase paste but realized I got major creases. She showed me the tarte and I've been in love ever since. It's all about blending and spreading the product. You don't need that much. Love this to conceal my pimples too.

This is a great concealer and a little goes a long way! I have oily/acne prone skin and am very pleased that this has not caused or worsened breakouts! This offers great coverage with a nice matte finish without looking cakey. I find that I am using less and less foundation since this works well to cover hyperpigmentation. This concealer paired with Tarte's smooth operator tinted moisturizer and a sheer setting powder gives a natural clean look.

I like this concealer very much. I am using Medium (They were out of Tan) I have been using the Tarte line on my face for awhile now, and can say I really like this brand. It's been covering well, and the price is fairly reasonable. I use the MCC around my nose, acne scars, and under my eyes. I squeeze a tiny dot on my glass slab and use a concealer brush to lightly dab it on. It matches great and covers well on my medium olive toned skin. I am using it in conjunction with the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hr Foundation in Tan. They look great together. The package is a squeeze tube, and I like how I don't waste product. A little goes a long way. The only complaint is that when the temperature is cold outside, its harder to squeeze out. Well, thats winter for you! If you're already a Tarte fan, this is just another great product from the line. I'm very happy with it, and will be buying this one again.

I typically don't wear concealer for day-to-day school/life, but when I go out I like my eyes to pop. Now I actually saw this in my sisters drawer and she raves about how it doesn't crease. I thought her shade was going to be to light for me as she is probably 3 shades lighter than me, but it wasn't. I can't stress this enough that a little goes a long way. I'm trying to think of something that small, but basically half of a pea would be too much! A quarter is enough for 2 eyes. It's simple to put on...no brushes are needed, just put it on your ring finger as it's the softest on your skin and dab away! My sister who has mild wrinkling underneath the eye finds that it doesn't sink into them either. However I only use this for my eyes...I tried putting a little around my nose, on the corners of my lips to brighten them up and on my pimple and it horribly dried it out to the point of flaking! I think this is because it's super thick, but not creamy is that makes sense so it doesn't blend well. Also you can cut this tube right open for additional use!

I don't know why so many people like this and I don't know why it's considered creaseless. It creases like crazy! And it's a sticky, goopy mess that you can't even tone down with setting powder, I don't know if I'm using too much or what but it's so hard to work with. Really disappointed as I really wanted to like this.

I love this product. It gives me really nice coverage and matches my winter skintone perfectly. I consider this to be a medium to full coverage. I have pretty dry skin and especially during the winter time, I need a hydrating concealer that doesn't travel down my face and this is the one. I use my Urban Decay setting spray after concealing and it lasts very long! I wish they had a little bit more product inside the packaging for the price that it is, but overall, a great concealer.

PRO:
Great formula and coverage. THE ONLY under-eye concealer that sets much less into the lines and actually smooths it out.
CON:
Poor color selection. Probably have to buy 2 different colors to mix it and get the right tone.

I have had dark undereye circles since I was 17 and have a hard time finding something that will properly cover them. I like the coverage of creamy concealers but they fade too fast, get in my eye creases, and look fake or cakey. This concealer looks a lot like Amazing cosmetics concealer (high coverage, glowy skin-like finish), but has way better staying power. I pair it with a luminizing foundation (Shu Uemura face architect) and it makes my skin look fantastic and healthy.
This is good for someone who likes heavy concealers (EL doublewear, for example) but wants them to look skin-like. Here's why I give it five stars:
Tarte concealer (high coverage, natural, long lasting) >
EL Doublewear (high coverage, long lasting, a little cakey), Cinema Secrets (med coverage, natural and don't need to use much) >
Amazing concealer, Bobbi Brown corrector (need to be paired with something else to cover everything and last all day) >
other concealers

TIP: for those with very dark circles, the lady at Sephora applied some orange lipstick on her hand (must be a true orange color), dabbed some of this on, mixed the 2 together and used it on my friend's dark under eye circles. I couldn't believe how well that covered everything up! You can try it with another concealer too.
Now more about this:
Until recently, I've been using bare minerals so my concealer was always in powder form. I recently switched to liquid foundation and went on a search for the perfect concealer. I tried a few at Sephora on multiple occasions, and this is the one I liked the best.
I don't have extremely dark under eye circles... but they're definitely there, along with a few very fine lines. I start out with eye cream, let it absorb, then I apply some cover girl and olay corrector, and finish off with a TINY amount of this! For those who say it creases... you are using too much.
It's sticky but very highly pigmented. I squeeze out a tiny bit on the tip of my middle finger, dab it on my other middle finger a few times and then I dab it on under my eyes. Notice I said DAB... do not drag this across, it will not budge. Start in the very inner corner of each eye (most important part), and work your way out and down. Lastly, I set everything with a tiny bit of MUFE HD powder.
It's a bit shiny looking at first, but I personally like that. I feel like it highlights and brightens the area and keeps it moisturized throughout the day. Try it! Just don't forget to dab it on rather than trying to smear it, and remember a little goes a long way!
