Impressive is a moisturizing lipstick (not overly so) that applies very smoothly. It's a light pink, light brown shade. I am using Soar l/l with this l/s. It's a very versatile shade that will work on most. This lipstick does not have much staying power, so touch ups are a must.

Love the color and the creaminess. The salesgirl said this lipstick had more staying power than the other MAC lipsticks. But honestly, I don't see it. I re-apply lipstick all the time, though. It fades after one hour. I like the consistency and the color, which is why I would repurchase.

I have a tendency to wear tinted lip balms because lipsticks & glosses tend to dry out my lips, so I was super excited to try this. I also lean towards pinky-brown colors for daytime wear and for the longest time, I have been trying to find that go-to shade. Unfortunately this wasn't it.
For me, I found that the moisturization will last about 2 hours which is decent, but the color faded rather quickly without any cause (ie: eating, drinking). This color was practically un-noticeable on my lips and I do NOT have highly pigmented lips. For reference, I am an NC-27. If this shade were three shades darker, I'm sure I'd love it.
I do plan on trying a "bolder" color in this line.

I'm in love. I have crazy dry skin, which applies to my lips as well. Even so-called "moisturizing" lipsticks and colored balms always eventually dry up and flake off, a phenomenon I refer to as "zombie lips". Not cute.
But this stuff...there are no words, really. Beautiful color (I think it would be flattering on most anyone), it feels so good going on, and I wore it for over five hours today with absolutely no zombie lips. Amazing!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! This is a my lip, but better color! It has the same smell as the regular lippies (vanilla) and that doesn't bother me at all, in fact I like it! It is quite silky feeling on my lips, which I love! Soooo glad that this is a permanent color or I would have to buy quite a few of them and stock up!

This is my favorite color out of the bunch. It's my HG and I love the texture and glossiness of it. I'm glad MAC finally launched with permanent collection and I hope it doesnt disappear like their Slimshines. Oh, and it really doesnt smell bad at all. Same vanilla smell like all MAC lip products.

A balm-lipstick, that lays on a bit shinier, and thicker than some of the other Sheen Supremes, this is a lovely hydrating lipstick.
This is a deeper brown-pink shade, and definitely has a sheen.
The wearing power is not as long as less sheeny lipsticks, however that's the sacrifice you get with lipstick textures such as this.
If you do not want a shiny finish, but want a matte/satin texture, Twig from MAC's permanent line is practically a dupe color-wise.
This lipstick has a horrifying stench, for the scent-sensitive nosebugs (like me!) It's the brown pigment, that you may smell in some other MAC products such as MAC revealing lipglass. It doesn't mean it's rancid!
One lippie off for the stench though.
Edit: Lower one lippie because the lasting power is about 30 minutes for this.
I'm not rebuying, since I would repurchase twig for more color.

I was super impressed by MAC's Sheen Supreme lipsticks, any lip product that's as moisturizing as these are gets two thumbs up from me, especially if you can apply them with no lip balm underneath. The staying power is pretty good too, especially if you blot and reapply. I tried all of them but my favorite was this one, Impressive. It's a beautiful rosy brown color that's almost EXACTLY like MAC's Cremesheen lipstick in Creme in Your Coffee (on my lips and swiped on my hand), just not quite as pigmented. Impressive is also almost the same as MAC's Lustre lipstick in Hug Me on my lips only not as sheer, so it's basically a color layered between these two. I'll be buying this again because both of those lippies are HG colors for me and I love the texture of these Sheen Supreme lippies.
Please Note: The SA did mention to me NOT to leave these in a warmer area...they are much softer in texture than a lipstick. I can see I'll have to be careful where I store these!!!!
