Iv'e tryed the high-end mascaras and iv'e tryed the cheap drugstore mascaras but this by far is the best mascara that iv'e tryed!! I use the collosal volume the original one with it and my lashes are crazy long! This mascara is mostly used for volume i think because when you first put it on its more of making your lashes thicker! Then them actually being long! This goes on very thick & heavy so if you are looking for the thin natural look! Then don't buy this because the NAME definitley explains what type mascara this is! It's a very ( dramatic ) and ( full ) look this is from now on gonna be my everyday for the rest of my life mascara! Its the best that the drug-store has! It's a good price & perfect ! :)

This is my go to mascara for dramatic lashes! It's buildable and a little goes a long way.

What a clumpy mess!!! I have fairly long nice lashes but this mascara does nothing for them. It gives a bit of volume, but very clumpy, and not really any length.
I didn't like the curved brush either, I found it difficult to use and it smudged mascara in places I didn't want it.
If it does this when I use it, I can only imagine what a mess it would be for someone with shorter lashes!

I like the Falsies Flared formula, and have repurchased that one a couple times. Because my drugstore was out of that formula, I picked up the Falsies Black Drama instead. I HATED this mascara. It clumped horribly on me, and left tiny black flakes of product on my cheeks. I ended up throwing this mascara away.

I have this in waterproof and I must say I really like this mascara I did expect it to be a bit more black though and it does tend to dry up rather quickly but other than that great mascara ,

My favorite mascara! I use 2 coats to achieve the best effect. Isn't clumpy, separates, adds volume and length. I get comments on my lashes all the time! People ask me if I have extensions!
When you get a new tube, the first 5 times or so that you use it, it's a bit too watery and doesn't give you the oompf you're looking for, it needs to "dry out" a tad. Then it turns into the most awesome mascara ever. I don't know what i'll do if this ever gets discontinued!!!

I really liked this product when I used it. It definitely doesn't give a false eyelash effect, but it was a solid mascara that created volume. I liked the formula and I really liked the curved brush. However, it is a bit clumpy, it dries out quicker than some other mascaras I've tried, and I like Falsies Flared better, so I won't be buying this one again. It's definitely a pretty good mascara, but I find the Flared spinoff better!

This is my favorite mascara ever! I already have pretty long lashes but they lack any sort of volume. This product is perfect for people that need that extra volume in their lashes. I don't understand why more people don't use this. It is great also because it washes off really easily with warm water. The only con about this mascara is the fact that it flakes a lot when it starts to dry out! Other than that it is great. I went through about 6 tubes of these, and I will continue to repurchase.

This product did make your lashes look more voluminous but I found after a couple of hours it smears under your eye and I get some black smeary lines on my brow bone. There are plenty of other mascaras that look the exact same on that don't smear.

Compared to the regular version Black Drama is too dry and a little difficult to apply, especially after some time.
Good results just like the regular one (and "Flared") but won't be repurchasing this version again.

This product definitely lengethened my lashes and gave me the look of 'falsies'...but with a bit of clumping...For me, the Mega Plush is great as I find it doesnt clump as much, but at the price of no length...so if they could make a formula between the Mega Plush and the Falsies, it would probably be a great product! I think I'll splurge a bit on my next mascara and try Benefit's They're Real...still searching for a great mascara...I would repurchase this one again because I do like that it lengthened my lashes, but maybe only apply one coat as I find it clumps on the second coat...

This is a strange product..
It's clumpy, has some type of short tiny hairs stuck to the wand? Like what? They can't be my lashes because mine are long and thick and are still on my eyes....
The mascara gave me long lashes... But no volume whatsoever.
I will say that it's a few months old, and it's the waterproof version.
Maybe I got a 'bad one'?
Let me rephrase that.
' Horrible one.'

I meant to buy the water-soluble version, but mistakenly picked up the waterproof one.
The waterproof version of this product had an oily consistency which I didn't much care for. I also did not like the brush either, but then I have never found a curved brush that I did like. I will not buy this again, nor would I recommend it to a friend.

I bought this to compare to the Blackest Black shade of Falsies -- both in the waterproof version. The Black Drama Falsies is exactly the same, from what I can tell, but it seems to have solved the smudging issue I have with the regular Falsies waterproof (partway through the day, if I've applied a very dramatic amount, it will leave an imprint on my browbone and below my eyes! Ugh). Black Drama does this MUCH less -- almost not at all, and especially if I only apply one or two coats, it doesn't smudge at all. And one or two coats is enough for day to day -- much more dramatic than most mascaras. It's very waterproof, doesn't flake, and gives a wonderful look of many curled lashes. Great product.

This mascara is AMAZING. I use it everyday on my thin, short eyelashes. After curling my eyelashes, I apply this. My eyelashes have so much volume, while it adds length. It doesn't clump, or make your eyelashes look like spider legs.
The Falsies is close to being my HG mascara, but I usually use this with One by One by Maybelline. They are a good combination.

I love this mascara, definitely one of my favorites. It makes my lashes look fuller and longer without having to use false lashes. It also really makes my lashes stand out. I also like the brush and the way it is curved to coat my lashes evenly. I don't use more than one or two coats because it will begin to clump. Also, too many coats will give you the look of spider lashes. But I will buy this again.

This was recommended by a friend and is the best mascara I have ever come across! Used in conjunction with curlers, it gives you amazing lashes that still manage to look very natural. One thing to be mindful of is that you should not put this on too thick. I tend to apply two smaller layers (the second layer goes on whilst the first layer is still wet), and focus on adding length/height to the ends, rather than at the base of the lashes (which creates a 'clumpy' effect others have mentioned). Overall, I personally wouldn't purchase any other mascara. It takes a little bit of practice to get the application right, but once you do, it looks fantastic!

The only wonderful thing I have to say about this product is that it gave my lashes that volume that I have always wanted. I loved how this mascara gave my lashes a dramatic black color. Sadly, this product flakes. During the day, I noticed black specks on my under eyes. I've even tried mascara primer and it still does nothing to prevent the flaking. I won't buy this product again until they create a formula that's non-flaky.

Did they change the formula on this mascara? I swear it used to smell different, almost like nothing and now the one I recently purchased has this gross floral scent to it, like the stiletto one.
Whatever they did to it, its horrible for me now. I recently started using it a few weeks ago and my eyes are constantly irritated, red and feel like there is something in them and I have never had this problem with mascara before!
Definitely will be throwing it out and never repurchasing.

I usually switch between all Maybelline mascaras to try them out. I've recently been using the OnebyOne even though my favorite has been the original falsies mascara. When I saw the new black drama falsies I had to buy it. I have been using this for about 2 weeks now and do not ever want to use another mascara! This is very easy to work with and lengthens and thickens better than the original falsies, it comes out very black and lasts so long without flaking off even if I touch my eyes often(Allergies). Some down sides are it drys quickly on the lashes so I recommend working quickly with it. It is hard to get off the lashes with makeup remover, but I found that using coconut oil then splashing with water takes it off easily with no loss of lashes. Overall I love this product and will continue to use this for a long time. :)
