I used this for a birthday treat and it didn't disappoint! All I'll say is that it's AMAZING. Don't pass this bath ballistic up! I was transfixed on this fizzing ball of joy for ages. :D

I bought Dragon's Egg on a recommendation from one of the sales associates at Lush. I am so glad I bought it! It didn't really fizz like crazy until it got to the inner layers, and it was so cool to see the bomb go through different stages! It left my bathwater a pretty glittery gold, and it made my skin feel so soft. I'm also really loving the way my skin smells after using it. I will definitely purchase this again! I loved the experience!

First of all the smell is amazing and intensive, lasts longer than bath in bathroom! I was kinda surprised because I didnt expect that glittery-orange water :)) It sparkles really lovely and doesnt leave skin dry. Really great one!

I thought this bath bomb was pretty to look at! you've got a milky base at first, then your water turns orange, and then you've got gold glitter! I also loved the citrus smell it gives, and cleaning out the glitter after your bath isn't that hard to clean. I'd repurchase again.

Oh my word this is the prettiest bath bomb I think I will ever see! It smells amazing, citrusy, and it is visually stunning. Try it out. Seriously.

I bought this bathbomb looking for something really exciting and crazy, and I LOVE it! This is probably one of my favorite bath bombs ever! It's packed with cool things inside (I dont want to spoil it...haha) and it's just so thrilling to see the different layers of stuff inside (kind of like a jawbreaker with all the layers of different colours) this has a lemony scent to it which surprisingly dosent manage to smell like lemon pledge (which most lemon scents do) I love the gold shimmer that this product puts on your skin, and It actually stays on until you wash it off again. I will be re purchasing :)

Smells amazing, leaves my skin super soft and overall really relaxes me.
I can't stand the gold glitter though - thought I had it off of me, but got it all over my bathroom and my bed sheets - lol. I could do without the glitter but everything else about it is amazing. =)

I bought this bath bomb because the smell is amazing. I loved how it turned the water a orangey color and the smell in the tub was just as good as it was in the store. I really liked this bath bomb overall, but the glitter really made it less enjoyable. It was everywhere! I had glitter in places that glitter just should not be. It was also very difficult to get the tub clean after this bath. If they could have this same one minus the glitter, I think this would be one of my favorites.

Lovvvvvvvvve this product!!! I just had an uber long day and decided to pop this into my tub, and when it was first in the tub I just really enjoyed the smell, its very happy, pick me uppy. The thing that I loved about this bath bomb was the glitter in the end and how it was just kind of subtle in the beginning and then hello glitter in the end! Overall very awesome pick me up bath bomb!

I bought this after seeing a video about it on the Lush site. When I first dropped it in the bath it started producing this lovely white, milky froth. It took a little while for the magic to happen. The ballistic started to turn in the water and multi-colored confetti started to come out as well as ribbons of orange followed by gold glitter. Now this ballistic turned the bath water the most gorgeous iridescent orange color, it looked almost luminescent. The Lush site says it smells like orange sherbet, but the one I received smelled more like bergamot and lemon. The glitter does stick to you once you exit the bath but it's nothing a qiuck rinse off can't take care of.

To be completely honest... I only bought is because another customer told me how it looked in the bad and it would twist and turn and 'spit fire'. I like the smell; it's fresh but not overwhelming and after I took a bath with the Dragon's Egg I indeed felt refreshed. Back to the beginning:
It took a while before the action took off. Closer to the end, the ball started twisting and turning, spreading orange through the water and gold glitter. It also has some colored pieces in it, I don't know what it is, but it looks a bit like big confetti chunks that melt when you rub them between your hands. Having glitter in my bath is not exactly my thing, I could've done without, but it's no reason for me to not buy again. It didn't do very much for my skin; didn't dry out but I neither noticed any change, except for the fact that I was covered in glitter when I got out off the bath. When you go out, maybe you can leave it on, but when you're not planning on going anywhere it's probably better to take a shower to rinse it off. As I emptied the bath, the tub was covered in glitters but as someone said before, it's nothing you can't rinse away with the shower.
My final conclusion: it does as it says. Nothing more, nothing less.
A bit too glittery for me, I could do with less glitter and more scent.

PRO: Dragon's Egg is another addition to LUSH bath bombs that is reasonally priced and happens to be one of the large bath bombs ($4.95 CAN). Personally, Dragon's Egg has a weaker smell to it. However, I did feel like I was refreshed after using it. As far as aesthetics go, Dragon's egg is beautiful in the water. The bomb changes the water to a tangerine orange (I have a jet tub and it was quite dark) and the water glitters like an iridescent sunshine of sorts. The bomb also has these little colour bursts in the form of papers that mix and disolve with the white outer layer. The egg lasted very long, so it is very much for a longer bath. I didn't leave the bath with glitter all over me, it seemed to really stay in the water.
CONS: The glitter did leave a ring around the tub but it was nothing a shower head couldn't rinse off. If you don't have a shower with a head perhaps a face cloth (you could also rub it on your body if your feeling the glitter).

This is really nice! Beautiful presentation, nice smell. Not particularly softening, but still makes for a great bath.

This bomb is by far my fave. I picked this out at the store and thought it would just be a boring old bomb with confetti...boy was I wrong. The thing takes like 20 mins to fizz...which is awesome because I stay in the tub for days. Also it starts off as white then foams orange and then comes the gold glitter. It is a party in the tub! Be warned...it is a pain in the butt to clean your tub after...but it is worth it!!

Life saver.
I woke up at 7 o'clock this morning, on a weekend!
I was feeling sick, congested, tired and just plain gross.
I decided that it would be a good time to use this.
I was right! It really lifted my mood!
There are 3 layers: a layer of plain white with little colored spongy circles, an orange layer, and a gold ball of glitter.
The glitter was so beautiful and left me shimmery.
The bath was a gorgeous glittery orange color.
It smells like a fabulous citrus, with lots of grapefruit and lemon notes.
Overall, I absolutely adore this!
:)

I just tried Dragon's Egg and was kinda sorta underwhelmed... the people in the lush video raved and raved so much but it was pretty meh.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ryzQT21EdTQ
Pros:
Smells like citrus - which I love but not quite snow showers/xmas party
Took ages to fizz and the bubble bar foam is very pretty bobbing along the water
The three layers - the outside is white and filled with confetti, then there's the orange layer, then the centre is all glitter (literally)
Cons:
Made the water a funny orangey, yellow colour which I wasn't thrilled about.
The confetti did the same thing as supernova, it sat on the water and went squidgy and then sunk to the bottom
THE GLITTER - I wouldn't recommend this to any male of any age unless they love glitter, it got all over me, the bath, the towels, the floor, my face ... and I'm not talking a little bit here and there... I mean the same effect you think you would get from sunnyside. Mental.
Great for little girlies maybe and anyone loving glitter

dragon's egg smells fantastic -- the LUSH website says that it smells of sherbet, bergamot and lemon, but to my less experienced nose it just smelled of a warm, sparkly citrus. the bath water foamed for a long while, turned orange, and when the gold glitter bit in the middle finally came out, the entire tub looked like it was full of sunshine; so very, very pretty to look at! i thoroughly enjoyed this bath ballistic, but the reason i dropped it to 4 lippies is that i didn't find it quite as moisturizing as some of LUSH's other bath ballistics. my skin didn't feel dry after my bath, just a bit less silky than it does after a bath with, say, butterball or honey bee. however, i would definitely buy this again because it is so much fun!

This is one of the new ballistics out in the UK. Appearance wise, it is a white ballistic with flecks of confetti in it, doesn't sound really that special, does it?
When you put it in the bath though, it is fabulous!
The white outside layer turns into foam across the surface of the water as it dissolves. Then below this we have an orange layer, which is the layer that colours the bath water.
In the middle, after all this, you have a ball of gold glitter, that really just makes the water gorgeous. If you look at the water, you can see streams of fine glitter moving in it and it is just gorgeous.
It's a lemony/citrus scent, which I love
Highly recommend this :)
