Definitely one of my staples. I have been trying a lot of eye makeup removers, (I mean the bi-phase removers, oil in water stuff that takes off even waterproof mascaras etc.).
They are all good (Lancome, Helena Rubinstein Erno Laszlo just to name a few) but they are expensive, considering that I use a LOT of makeup remover (just because I do not use it only on eyes, but also on the rest of the face, just to take off decently all make up before passing to the washing-scrubbing phase!!)…and honesty I cannot spend the expensive 20 or more Euros for a small bottle, that last me 3 weeks only. So I found in Yves Rocher one of my HG makeup removers! It is as effective as its high-end brother products but cost 1/5 of their price! And it's often on sale! I use to pile stock it as I cannot live without this remover. And the quality is excellent, very gentle to sensitive eyes…a great, great product! Highly recommend!

I've used this for years. Never took the time to look for a better eye make up remover. Now I found it, it think this is crap. (I now use L'Oreal, much much much better). Have to be honest, it does it's job okay, but doesn't take all of the eye make up away, especially the mascara. Gave it 2 lippies because of the fact that it is very gentle to my eyes. Don't use it anymore though

Fabulous! This is so silky feeling when you put it on, and it takes everything off! I was wearing Revlon 3-D mascara (not anymore!) and that stuff is REALLY HARD to get off. This blue miracle potion swiped it right off! Yes! Smells nice, too.

Although I usually love dual-phase eye makeup removers,I can't say this one does the job too well. It's not good enough to remove mascara (and I don't even wear waterproof) and eye liner (especially on bottom line). Each time,I had to rub hard to cleanse my eye m/u completely with this product. After I wipe off my eye m/u,I always wash my face with a gel.And every time I look in the mirror and notice that I got racoon eyes because this didn't cleanse well, some mascara, eyeliner or shadow left and smeared/smudged under my eyes with water.I got this free from the store, that's the only reason I used it up. I love L'oreal Eye&Lip M/U remover (great alternative for a tight budget) and Helena Rubinstein's remover (great high end/expensive alternative) WAY better than this.Absolutely not recommended!

This is my HG makeup remover! It does an excellent job of removing eye makeup, including Revlon colorstay eyeliner (which lasts forever). Leaves my eyes feeling moisturized, not dry or irritated. Plus you can pick this up for a great price as Yves Rocher is always having 50% off sales.

I just finished a bottle of Yves Rocher Express Cleanser for Sensitive Eyes with Cornflower. It was my first Yves Rocher purchase ever. The company’s numerous catalogues and magazine ads for mail order beauty never tempted me enough, but as I walked by their newly opened shop in our local mall, I became curious. All the bright colors got the child in me to wander in. But the adult never let go and decided that a reasonable purchase would be that of a daily use product at a reasonable price so that if I happened to dislike it, it wouldn’t be so terrible. So I bought a dual-phase eye makeup remover. The price was ridiculously low; I could not lose. When I grasped the simple 4 fl. oz./118 ml clear plastic bottle, the beautiful blue liquid moving inside reminded me of the ocean. The tiny little opening under the convenient white plastic flip-top cap allows one to easily control the flow of liquid and prevents spills. Shake-shake-shake, squirt-squirt, dab-dab-dab and my eye makeup is all gone: waterproof mascara, long-lasting eyeliner and all. And it doesn’t sting my eyes. IMHO this fragrance-free cleanser is as gentle and effective as the very expensive Bi-Facil Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover by LANCÔME and my trusted and affordable Gentle Make-up Remover for Sensitive Eyes by MARCELLE; it is also definitely gentler than ALMAY’s Dual Phase eye makeup remover which stings my eyes. I am hoping that the next time I walk by the Yves Rocher shop there will be another special offer on this beautiful blue eye makeup remover so that I can stock up on it.

I love this stuff. To me this is the very best eye makeupremover ever.
It never irritated my eyes and I wear contacts and sometimes even if by mistake some get into my eyes it doesn,t irritate the as other removers have ,just get a little blurry vision.
I´ve even made the test to use other removers gel or liquid kind (other brands)and after using this stuff and I could see make up on the cotton pad meaning that others did not remove mascara very well .I also like that ever thought feels a little oily ,It doesn feel gross ,but more like moisturizing.
I don,t know what I would do if YR discontinues this I think I would cry and stock up like crazy. This is HG for me.I love most YR products.

THis is a great product and removes even the most stubborn waterproof mascara.
Highly recomended for heavy eyemakeup users and YR products fans.

Great two-phased eyemakeup remover. Leaves eyes fresh, and does not do any damage. In fact, it really conditions both eyes and lashes. Works super easy and effective + it's cheap too. Definite repurchase.

This is a very nice bi-phase cleanser for stubborn/waterproof eye makeup. It mixes well, is easy to use and does the job effectively (on a par with the more expensive Chanel and Lancome's Bi-Facil). It's slightly greasy, but very soothing (I keep mine in the fridge and it feels great taking of mascara at the end of the day!). Lash loss is virtually nil - you don't have to scrub about for ages - in fact, my lashes feel very conditioned after using this (I'm onto my second bottle). My HG is Floracil eyemakeup remover by Gatineau, but this is a good substitute when you destitute (like me at the minute!).

This is about the only eye cleanser that doesn't irritate my eyes. I keep purchasing this time after time. A definite keeper.

I think this is the only one of YR's products that I have purchased that I would not buy again (and I own a lot of their products). It is not that it did not work well, but I found it very oily.

Amazing. Got this on sale for $5.00 and I'm not kidding- it's just as good as Lancome's Bi-facil remover. Enough said! UPDATE: OK, after using this for a little while, seems like I was wrong. It's good, it's still awesome to remove regular eye makeup, but this does NOT remove more stubborn waterproof mascara as Bi-facil does. Definitely need two tries at getting rid of it all.

I have spent a lot of money on many high end mascara removers. Until I found this one! It takes all my eye makeup away in two or three sweeps and doesn't sting at all. Often I can get this remover at real bargain prices and stock up. If my supply is getting scarce, I take Johnson
&Johnson Baby Oil (in my country Natusan, mixed with a little tepid water.

An excellent eye makeup remover. I dip a cotto swab into it and my eye makeup comes off in one easy swipe. If you have another favorite eye makeup remover, add a touch of the YR cornflower --it may look a bit "cloudy" but it can enhance the effect of the other removers.

the oiliness isn't a big deal cos you can just use some cotton wool to blot it off, plus i use it night normally, so it is actually nice and moisturising. it does work well and doesn't sting at all.

edit: got a bit more than usual into my eyes and it started stinging
