This product was a pleasant surprise. The holiday weather has rendered my skin dry and itchy so I had to find a more moisturizing body wash. While I'm not too fond of the scent, its effect on my skin has been great! Very moisturizing with great lather, too. Value for my money. I'm buying again.

This is a nice, basic, no-nonsense body wash. It has a mild fragrance that doesn't linger after I shower, and it rinses clean, leaving my skin feeling soft and smooth. I haven't encountered any problems with it making my bathtub/shower too slick. Overall, it's a good basic product, especially for people who like to keep it simple.

Used a whole bottle of this during school. Made my skin feel almost slimy in the shower, like I wasn't entirely clean, but I think this translated into not having to use as much moisturizer afterwards. Not bad, and it did do the job, but I couldn't deal with feeling like I was covered in pond scum for the payoff of skipping lotion once in a while.

I also noticed that it made the shower slick.

Smells nice, lathered well, rinsed clean and didn't leave me dry.
However, it made the bathtub unexpectedly slick, so I won't be repurchasing.

I really wanted to like this (St Ives Apricot Foaming Facial Cleanser was my HG for SIX years), and the bottle said "extra moisturizing," but it left my body really dry after a few week's use.

Great price, but in this case, I got what I paid for.

I love this body wash, it smells much like the light, but pleasant scented Collagen-Elastin Moisturizer for the face. REally cleans well and softens and you get a lot in the big bottle for less than $4, always a bargain with St. Ives. This is just one of the best drug store body washes out there!

I have very sensitive and dry skin so finding a body wash that will not irritate my skin has always been a challenge. I have used Aveeno which works fine but the oatmeal scent was just not cutting it. Finally one day I found this- it's got a very soft scent, not too strong or perfumey. And it moisturizes and lathers very well. I'm a big fan!

Horrible Horrible smell! Like old lady stuff! I bought it for me and my boyfriend to use and after trying it once we immediately ran out to the store to buy a different one and took another shower! No kidding! We got the apricot shower gel instead which rocks!

Nice scent, and it keeps skin soft. It's a nice inexpensive buy, and you don't need a whole lot to get a good lather. Worth checking out!

I have very sensitive skin and so was attracted to this bodywash that is simple and has no added coloring. I'm impressed with how well is suds up and the scent is not bad at all. The moisterization is fine (I don't worry too much about it since I always use lotion after). And you can't beat the price $3.79 and size of container. Will purchase again.

For a drugstore body wash, this is the best. I like St. Ives products because they are very moisturzing. It lathers very nicely and feels good. I wish there were a better scent on this product, but it's not a big deal since it doesn't last anyway. This is my favorite drugstore body wash and nothing beats the price of St. Ives' products!

leaves my skin clean and soft and mousturized. i like that it doesnt really have strong scent and the fact that it fades, because then i don't have to worry about it clashing with the scent of my lotion =] oh yeah it lathers nice too.

LOVE this shower gel! It keeps my skin very moisturized and smells really nice .... nothing that would clash with any of my fragrances. If I had one complaint it would be that the bottle is too tall and doesn't fit on my shower caddy. But that's splitting hairs ... I do adore this product! And it's dirt cheap too!

VERY inexpensive, effective, and gentle to my sensitive skin. I will definitely repurchase, but I think I'm the lone dissenter about the scent (does that make me a "disscenter?"). I find it rather strong in my small shower, very "this is a cleansing product" in nature. I'm not crazy about it. The smell does go away immediately upon completion of the bath so, you know, no biggie.

This is probably the best body wash I have used. The lather goes on for a long time,which is the best part b/c it saves me time from constantly using more, so I always use it when I am in a hurry. Im not crazy about the smell but i can live with it.I will definately repurchase.
UPDATE: I've found other cream body washes I like much better. I took off 2 lippies.

This body wash is great. I thought it may have the same scent as the lotion- which is strong and not pleasing.It didn't.
It smells very light. I also noticed is moisturized me better than most other body washes. I didn't even have to use lotion afterwards. Saves me a step, and time in the morning.

I am somewhat of a compulsive body wash buyer--I love pleasantly scented shower experiences--and this is surprisingly one of my favorites. It's very moisturizing and comforting, both in texture and scent--very clean. Love it, and you sure can't beat the price!
