Wow! I really like the texture of this product - no greasy feeling at all! I also really love its fruity smell - really awesome product in my opinion!

Wow, what an incredible, basic moisturizer. I got some deluxe sample tubes from a dear swapper. Props to Chanel, this leaves skin silky and perfectly hydrated. I like it because it leaves your skin feeling smooth, as opposed to greasy, or tacky. Great for daytime, I do wish it had SPF though (I have yet to find a good moisturizer with spf, I always hate the way they make my skin feel). It smells so nice and I love the way my cheeks feel after putting this on, they are so soft!

This is my summertime moisturizer and I love it. It's a nice light gel consistency which moisturizes my combination skin well enough without making it too greasy or oily. Good on Chanel for putting this in a bottle instead of a jar! My only complaint is that they didnt bother putting a sunscreen into it =( If this had at least an SPF15 along with adequate UVA and UVB protection, this would be a 5.. but until then.. I will only give it a rating of 4.

This gives just adequate hydration to combi/normal skin. It won't leave any greasy sticky feel on the skin. I like the fragrance, very uplifting especially when I apply this in the morning. And I'm fortunate not to break out from any of Chanel pdts so far though I've always been breakout prone when trying new stuff.

Not a fan of Chanel skincare but this is my favourite base for makeup when I have a long night out ahead.Keeps dry cheeks hydrated without melting makeup and won't increase t-zone shine. One major caveat. If you apply even slightly too much the product will form little bits or flakes over the skin.Unusual but not offensive fruity fresh smell.

My girlfriend raves about this, but I am not so convinced. Nevertheless, I bought some Chanel skincare over the holidays, and need to use it up. :P

I like to use this over my T-Zone, and the creamier Hydramax moisturiser over my drier cheeks. The oil-free version is just hopeless- only good for the very oiliest of people, which is not me. This, like other Chanel skincare, is heavily fragranced. Quite a nice moisturiser, but I can't help but feel that one is paying for the name alone, and that Chanel should really stick to cosmetics and fragrances.

This product is ok, but I tend to have drier skin that breaks out occasionally, so I didn't want to go with a heavy cream for that reason. I must say the smell kind of bothers me. It's nice at first, but I get sick of it after a while. I like fresh smells and this one is sort of fruity. The moisturizing factor---OK...nothing special.

nicely moisturizing, however this caused slight breakouts for me. I alsodidn't notice much of a difference between thios and the oil-free version---so I would go with the oil-free as the moisturization factor is the same.

At one time, I spent plenty on higher-end skin care products, but over the last five or so years, I have re-appropriated much of that money to cosmetics and fragrance...not the greatest strategy, since my skin's getting older, not younger; but I have found that many drugstore products (and even some health food store lines) have become so advanced that the need for more expensive products had diminished for me. (I have occasionally experimented with some pricier stuff and found it not nearly worth the money -- Caudalie and Dr. Hauschka are two that immediately come to mind.) However, after using part of a sample tube of this product, I am beginning to toy with the idea of buying into the Chanel Precision Skincare regimen -- that's how impressed I am with this gel. I have oily skin, and this was the regular (not oil-free) version that I tried, but no matter -- my skin stayed almost totally shine-free for an entire day AND night (since I was up until the wee hours working!) and yet was also hydrated enough so that my makeup didn't look all cakey and gross. I am going to finish up this sample and if I get the same results...well, I'll be heading off to the nearest Chanel counter for sure!
