Perfect as a highlighter on the tops of your cheekbones, or as subtle blush color. Shimmer is not chunky at all, and leaves you with a perfect sheen without looking glittery. I used it daily as my highlighter, but recently acquired Dior Amber Diamond Skinshimmer, and switch off uses between the two. The Hard Candy blush/highlighter actually has the same great quality shimmer that Dior has, not too glittery, just a perfect sheen!

After much hunting I finally found this at a random walmart. I do not use it as a blush, but rather a highlighter on my medium/tan skin. it gives a nice glow and not much color at all. it's not too shimmery on my skin either. since it meshes so well it requires little blending. it's products like this that will always hold me back from purchasing mac msfs. this is one of those d/s baked makeup products that is worth it.

I'm not normally one for blush, but I bought this based on the reviews here -- I wanted something that wouldn't be too noticeable but would give me a healthy glow, and this certainly does that. I use it as both a blush and a highlighter, applying it with a brush for highlighting and with my fingers for blush, since using a brush doesn't give much colour. All in all, I really like it, and it was definitely worth the $6.

Wow! I own and love Honeymoon but I think that Pin Up might be even better! I can use this as a bronzer really, right now it's the absolute perfect shade to warm up my complexion. No glitter bomb here, just a nice glow. I think it's pretty safe to put the rest of my blushes up for swap, in the mornings all I find myself reaching for are my HC baked blushes!

I loooove this color, but it breaks me out quite a bit.
And I find that just using just a brush doesn't work very well, so I actually rub it on my cheek :$ Probably not the best thing to do, but it gets the color on there :) I would consider buying this again, but probably only if it was on sale, or something.

AMAZING BLUSH! Need I say more? It will brighten up any look without looking to pink (i'm not a fan of really pink blushes) I sometimes layer this over my NARS Orgasm for just a little extra POP. Its very affordable and will buy again when I start to run low. I have used it almost daily for 3 months and its not even halfway gone.

As with most HC products, the packaging is fantastic. I love the designs and how cute they make everything look. And their products are generally pretty decent. Pin Up swatches beautifully and on my skin it is more of a very pale, iridescent berry color. It's like the shimmery sister to Rimmel Lasting Finish blush in Berry. I have oily skin, though, so the finish of the Pin Up blush can really make my pores stand out. But I find that applying it lightly with a fan brush and then blending with a blush brush really gives me a nice, light application without the overpowering shimmer finish. I really love this and I've been reaching for it almost daily.

This product is marketed as a blush, but I think it is more like a highhlighter unless you use it wet. Gives me a beautiful sheen on the cheekbones. Will def buy other shades as well to try! A steal at $6!

Lovely color, but mine doesnt appear to be as pigmented as I would like it to be. I find that i need to "dig" with my brush to get any color. Takes alot of work to get it on, and then it fades on me within an hour or so. Not worth the time.

I was lucky enough to score this in a swap and I love it! It is very natural looking, just gives me some peachy color to my cheeks. I was initially looking at Honeymoon instead, but I think it is more of a highlighter, and this is more of a blush. I am very pale and just a light stroke of this is all I need (will last me forever). Thanks for the recommnedations on this!

I saw a tutorial with this blush and I was like...I didnt want to pay for this. I was trying to find someone to swap with me. But no luck there. So I gave in and bought it and I love it. Its a peachy pink and it looks so natural on me. It kind of gives me a glow. This is great alone at least on me. The packaging is very cute and the texture is very smooth. This was well worth my visit to wally's world for $7. Can't believe I bs to buy this. It is a great addition to a blush collection. I def see myself grabing for this often and I will def repurchase.

Waste of my $8....... most of the reviews here on Makeupalley were positive for this product and I was so excited to try it! I am a pretty fair-skinned person and this blush just didn't show up on me at all!! what the heck!!! I should've trusted my instinct.... all the Hard Candy blushes are so sheer when you swatch them but they look sooo pretty in the pan :( I initially passed it up but got home and read all the good reviews here so I caved in and went back to Walmart lol. sigh. So disappointing :( I guess I can use this as a highlighter or something. blaahhh!

I love love love this! At first I thought it would be too pink and too shimmery for my fair skin but it's perfect. Alone it gives me a suble pinky peachy glow and as a highlight it brightens up any blush. I prefer wearing it alone, since I dont like too much color on my face but it's really beautiful. I also like the packaging. These are definetly comparable to MAC mineralize blushes.

This is one of my favorite things I bought this year. I use it almost every day over whatever blush I'm wearing to perk it up. It gives a really beautiful glowy effect, and I find there's almost nothing it doesn't look good over. Will repurchase again and again.

This was my first 'baked' blush and it did not disappoint. I would describe this shade as a peachy-pink with subtle bronze sheen. It is not glittery, but there is a fine shimmer. I don't normally wear blush with any sheen or iridescence for the sake that I already have oily skin and anything with light-reflecting particles just emphasizes that. However, this blush appears very natural looking and gives me that hint of glow that I need to acheive a healthy look.
The packaging is nice for DS as the compact has some good weight to it, and it snaps shut tightly. This retails for $6.98 CDN at Walmart Canada.

I live for baked makeup products and this one does not cease to amaze me. Pin Up is the perfect color that makes you look like you just came back from vacation! Its a nice rich rosy color with black veining, the picture doesn't do it justice! Theres NO SPARKLE but rather a HEALTHY GLOW! Literally, a glow LOVEEEEEEEE THIS PRODUCT!

My fave for the most soft and yet still gives color blush. This is my fave of the HC blushes. For a bold look i layer over a cream blush in copper.
