Hate the packaging because having to screw the cap on and off is a total annoyance..would've preferred a pump model. The coverage is okay. I like that it's very easy to blend and feels very light..and it gives me this healthy, dewy look. Price is a bit high though.

Description :
A light liquid-type makeup base that is quickly absorbed, and covers the skin finely and evenly to create soft smooth skin. This foundation is applies evenly and provides a fresh, natural, long-lasting finish. For all skin types.

Price: $65 from Isetan Scotts Singapore

Review: I got a sample of this liquid foundation, together with the makeup base , from a magazine I bought last month. Finally got down to trying it a couple of days ago.

RMK’s liquid foundation, though light on the skin, helps to cover imperfections! I was wowed by how light the foundation felt on my skin. I didn’t even have to use a powder after it to keep my face matte. The liquid foundation dries to a powder finish and stays that way! A little is enough to go around the whole face. Coupled with RMK’s makeup base, my face was fresh and dewy from 12pm to 9pm. I didn’t even have to blot!

Should I ever finish my Too Faced liquid foundation (colour’s a little too dark for me now, might have to swap it. Let me know if anyone of you is interested in it!), Canmake powder foundation and loads of mineral makeup, I’ll be sure to get this liquid foundation!

I have shade #201, which is the lightest shade with pink undertone. I can only use this during the summer months as this gets too dry during winter months. I use a wet sponge to apply this product and straight up seems to dry on contact too fast. The thing I like about this is that it doesn't feel like I have something plastered on my face. Although coverage is light, it's great for the no makeup look.

I like the colour match, if you are of Asian skin you will definitely find a colour for you. It is defnitely not a matte kind of foundation, and I was dubious as I have the most oily skin in the world. However, using this foundation (together with the SPF 31 Face Protector and Make Up Base Mat), it gives a dewy, non-oily look, it also looks great with loose powder. I do need to blot my face in the middle of the day, but the foundation still holds itself well till late in the day. Pores are covered satisfactorily. Have not had any major breakouts yet. Does not oxidise and thus no funny change in colour after application.
I hate the container, product gets on the top of the inside of the cap, and it looks messy.

This has to be one of the best liquid foundations I have tried. It is very light, non oily and provides a very natural coverage. I can even go without my undereye concealer! My only gripe is having to pour it out from the bottle. I still like SK 2's spray foundation since you don't need to wash your hands after. Very glad RMK is back in my country!

This is a liquid foundation that comes in a glass jar with a screw-on silver cap. It has a slightly runny texture which makes it easy to blend. The light consistency is easy on the skin. I didn't expect much in terms of coverage because of this, but was surprised to see that it covers imperfections (redness, blotchiness, veins) pretty well. RMK Liquid Foundation is easily buildable, and never feels heavy at all. Perfect for don't-feel-like-powder or light makeup days. The finish is soft and smooth. No greasiness or heavy feeling! I find it blends best using fingertips. As long as you are careful with application, there is absolutely no caking. It performs very well on top of RMK's regular Makeup Base. A bottle is 30ml; a small amount suffices to cover the entire face. Comes in many shades ranging from yellow tones to pink tones. Love it.

RMK's liquid foundation is awesome. It's not greasy or too heavy, glides on effortlessly over the skin. gives nice coverage without caking. i hate having a thick layer of foundation on my face and this pretty much melts into the skin.

only thing is the cap i feel is a little flimsy. i bought this in 102 and it matches my skin tone very well. Gives a natural finish. nearly impossible to find in the states, I got mine in Japan.

I bought RMK's foundation because I've several asian magazines that this was voted the most popular brand for foundation and base. I spent more than I'd like on something that really didnt work on me. The first couple times I was fine, the color the MA had matched for me seemed fine at the dept store under good light. But when I applied at home later on, it just didnt seem to match well- it was too yellow. THe foundation made my skin oily just after an hour, and I started breaking out a week after I started using it. I would recommend this foundation for ppl with oily/combination skin.

*UPDATE 30/01/2008* Unfortunately I had to take one lippie off because it's definitely caused me breakout =((( I still love the finish and esp. the colour but anything that breaks me out has to go =((( ***Since I really liked RMK's creamy foundation but the shade 102 has got too light for me after the summer, I decided to try their liquid foundation in one shade down. Literally all the models in my favourite Japanese magazine swear by this foundation so I decided to give it a shot. 103 is a dead-on match and when the SA applied it to my face, I really liked the look of it. However, when I tried this at home, I found it slightly greasy and this foundation has the tendency to seperate into two layers in the bottle which I find strange and kinda gross. It also contains alcohol so I bet this wouldn't suit sensitive skin. Coverage is light-medium but can be built up to full without looking cakey. Finish is natural, leaning towards dewy. It's very liquidy so it spreads and blends quite well. All in all a good foundation, with a great range of very realistic shades and Asian girls would have no problem finding the perfect colour. However I don't think I'll repurchase =)

RMK liquid foundation is quite famous in Japan so I grabbed one to try. The shade I have is 102 which suits my NC20 skintone perfectly well. The foundation is very watery so it's easy to apply. The coverage is low but gives natural look. What I don't like about this foundation is that it's greasy and not suitable for combination skin at all (don't need to say for oily one). After a while, you face will be super oily. Also, it contains tremendous alcohol in it which will not be good for your skin in the long term. Finally, its bottle doesn't have pump and the foundation will be seperated into two layers after letting it sits still for a while. Very weird.

Love this liquid foundation. This is my second bottle. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who has sensitive skin because of alcohol. Another downside is that there aren't many shading. This RMK foundation is especially suited for yellow skin tone.

This is a great foundation! I'm a AAB and it's hard to find to find a tone to match. rmk's got a good selection. THe foundation is really easy to apply and the finish is amazing. It covers most imperfections and gives skin a natural glow - it's perfect believable skin! And it's pretty longlasting. When my skin was oily it lasted pretty well into the afternoon with some light blotting. Since I've been on accutane my skin has been so dry it can last the whole day!! Only downside is no spf.

This is a GREAT liquid foundation. I am using 103 yellow undertone since I am an asian, I mixed it with color control #2 (I believe it's coral). It's really match with my skintone perfectly. I also use creme foundation by La Mer, I give this RMK and La Mer almost the same result. Once you put it on it gave velvety and smooth look. Also, the price much cheaper than La Mer foundation too. I hope they'll improve the packaging by adding pumping bottle or something cus when i pour it out it's a little messy. By the way, I don't get any blemish from RMK foundation at all.

I really love it. I used to own the creamy one for winter season in Japan but when I came back to my tropical climate and the summer season in Japan was just too heavy for my skin. The liquid one is very light and appears very natural. The rmk countergirl in Japan is excellent. She removed my make up and did a full RMK foundation with cleansing, moisturizing, base, highlighter, foundation and cheek colour. I love her. I bought all the base, highlighter and foundation and I think I will top up more RMK products by asking my friend to buy for me. I have no problems with this despite my acne-prone skin and it stays on throughout the day. Its so natural and yet it covers so well on my enlarged pores that it made my pores smaller and at the same time my pores can breathe. Although the packaging does get messy, but all my friends told me the packaging looks classy. I like its clean touch but I must admit, its expensive for a young brand.

Well I really like this product. Despite of its light weight, it actually gives quite good coverage and it gives a really beautiful glowy finish. I heard that it would turn dark/dull on some people, but i have no problem with it.

Great stuff, works well especially since I spend half the year in a very hot and humid climate and the other half in a cold and harsher one. This foundation works in both, gives a sufficient, but sheer coverage and doesn't dry my face. Also does not smear off easily.

102 was a pretty good colour match for my NC25/Chanel20 skin. but this is not reallly that great for oily skin. It did not control oil well at all...well then again, most foundations do not control oil well for me but this foundation goes all uneven and cakey around my nose throughout the day...so disappointing. Thats why i couldnt give it a very high rating...but i still give it the thumbs up because it evens out my skintone well and blends beautifully.

I hate to give a good product a bad review but it really is not great for combo/oily skin.

This foundation was pretty good but a bit on the dry side so gotta moisturize very well. I got the color 102 which was a good match for my skin, I've never been able to find a good match with other foundations. I found that it was better applied with a foundation brush as it gives more coverage, otherwise, with the fingers, it was too sheer and did not cover well. Nevertheless, it is still probably the best foundation I used so far. I'm looking forward to trying the new creamy foundation. Edit: took off 2 lippies, I think this foundation causes me break outs and that is a big nono!
