This sunscreeen made me break out into a pizza face like no other product has before. I don't have sensitive skin by any means and hardly ever get pimples, but I saw large, prominent red pimples on my forehead within days of using this (I have combination skin). I have, however, used the SPF 55 version for years with no problems. Sure, the SPF 100 version gives great sun protection for the price, but nothing is worth the ogre zits.
SUMMARY:
Skip this and opt for the SPF 55.
PROS:
Price/value
Sanitary packaging
CONS:
Pizza face breakouts
Large, prominent red pimples where you've never seen them before

THIS goes on thicker than the spf70, but I like it that way. It doesnt feel greasy on my face and the creamy consistency is really nice. You dont need a lot for this at all.

=Best BODY sunscreen ever. I've been using this since I started with my sunscreen religiously. It's not thick and it keeps me from getting a tan. I always buy it at CVS and recently my local one has been out of stock so I purchased the SPF 85 version and I didn't like it at all. Surprisingly, the SPF 85 one was thicker than the 100. Anywho, I LOVE this sunscreen. I wouldn't use it on the face, it may be too heavy and won't absorb all the way.

Not for me. It made my makeup slide off my face and made me oily =I wanted it for the high SPF, oh well.
EDIT:
I brought it out again so I could wear it to a theme park since I would be outside all day and wanted high SPF. I just wanted to add that it ALSO made me break out
...quite badly.

I think this is a very good sunscreen. I purchased this because i wanted to try a mattifying sun protection that doesn't feel so greasy like the most sunscreens i tried. You know, i am always on the hunt for my HG face sunscreen!
It has a very thick and whitish texture but blends in easily.
If feels somehow dewily on your face but not greasy. For my taste I could appreciate a more mattifying finish but i am okay with that. For that price i will definately repurchasing it. With the high SPF it is perfectly for hot days at the beach or for swimming because its really water resistant.

Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock spf 100+ ( 3 fl oz/88 ml and $10.00 usd) is a lightweight, fast absorbing and water-proof sun block. The application is smooth and applies easily. The product is thin and lightweight. The scent is fresh and clean with no annoying sweet or perfumed smells. The product last about 4-5 months by a daily usage on the neck, chest and arms. The higher the spf such as this of 100+ does not mean we are protected from the harsh sun ray since spf 30 or more should be as equal as this one. But I like to look at the higher number of the spf just to feel more protected from the ray, weather it does work or not. Overall, I recommend Neutrogena Ultra Sheer spf 100+ sunblock because it is very lightweight, sheer and sweat-proof.

This product is a winner. The name says it all, ultra sheer, dry-touch. I apply my eye serum, my moisturizer, and then the Neutrogena sunblock. I have also read that SPF of 100+ are not needed but what harm could it do? (better safe than sorry) I then dry my hair to give it a chance to sink in. After my hair is dry I apply primer and make-up. I'm have a fair complexion and have had discolorations on my face, faithful application of this product has made my discolorations disappear !! My Dad had melonoma on his face in the same spot where my discoloration was so I am a more wary of sun exposure. This ultra sheer formula doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy if I let it sit while my hair is drying. I have forgot to apply before and did feel like my skin was more oily than normal. Maybe the key to this is to let it sit on your skin, it's at least worth a try. I also did not experience a white film after using. Hopefully this will save me from melanoma and severely wrinkled skin.

I bought this product because I had heard the glowing reviews missglamorazzi had given it on Youtube and I figured that if it would work on her oily skin, then it would work for my combination skin. I hate to be a nay-sayer, but this product (for me) was terrible. I used it over my face one day, and although it says it's non-greasy, my face (and the clean hands I used to apply it with) immediately turned oily. In addition to that, it feels extremely heavy on your face and made me breakout. I'm sorry to say I'll only be using this on my body (just to use it up because it's too late to return it) from now on. However, it does do what it claims to do - I did not burn within the three hours that I used this in the sun.
The price was pretty decent (~ $10 CAN on sale @ SDM) and the smell wasn't TOO offensive though it WAS noticeable. It eventually faded, however. The packaging was pretty standard - a normal squeeze tube with a screw-on lid.
I will not be repurchasing this.

I love this stuff. I live in Florida, the Sunshine State, and spent my youth baking in the sun without a care in the world. Then I started getting wrinkles in my mid-twenties in addition to the fact that I immediately notice cellulite on my legs after too much sun exposure. Anyway, now I am obsessed with trying to fix the damage I caused and prevent as much future damage as I can.
I have sensitive skin and I actually used this brand's spray spf85 and just sprayed that into my hands and then dabbed it on my face. That stung. This stuff does not at all. It didn't take a lot. It also wasn't so thick that I felt like I was pulling my skin just to smear it on. Also, like another reviewer described, it is really drier or creamier than many sunblocks with half the spf opposed to oily. My skin didn't feel sticky after I put it on. I put on my moisturizer, waited a few minutes and then put this on and then waited about 5 minutes and then put on primer and foundation. I've also heard that sunblock above spf30 is essentially b.s. but I rather be safe than sorry and this sunscreen doesn't make me feel like I'm sacrificing beauty or comfort for protection. And it's VERY affordable. LOVE this stuff!
UPDATE: So, apparently higher SPFs can be useful if used long-term and especially since people typically don't put as much on as they're supposed to, meaning they get less protection than the SPF indicates. Anyway, this stuff does not get absorbed as much as I would like; it does leave me shiny and if I am in a hurry and running somewhere it makes my upper lip sweat (hot!). But that doesn't really bother me that much. I still reapply religiously throughout the day, even if I'm inside. The only thing is that I recently started on Retin-A which is probably making my skin more sensitive (it already is pretty sensitive) and this sunscreen makes my cheeks sting/tingle a bit. It is not enough to stop me from using it (at least not for now) but it seems silly to try to do everything to make my skin look good if I'm going to wear sunscreen every day that irritates it and possibly makes it look irritated too.
If anyone knows of a high SPF that is really gentle, please send me a private message. Would love suggestions!

This is a hard to come across product in drugstores. I mean SPF 100, wow. It really does the trick for those who don't want to get burned or get too tanned.
This was my summer face sunscreen and it worked well. This worked really well on my face. It did not break me out and provided amazing protection. The thing about it is when I sweat, I still fear that it will wear off because I believe no sunscreen is ever water or sweat proof so make sure to reapply as needed. I think the key to every sunscreen no matter the SPF is to reapply!

I've been using this product for a week, and apply it each morning in conjunction with my daily moisturizer before applying makeup. It does seem to absorb into the skin quite nicely, although I would suggest waiting about 10 minutes before applying makeup. I live in Texas where UVA/UVB is always high, and have been searching for the perfect facial sunscreen for about a year. This stuff doesn't make my skin look oily or leave a white cast like many other sunscreens, and so far it hasn't given me any major breakouts either - which is great since I have oily/acne prone skin. I'll be sure to update if things go sour, but based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend this product to others.

This sunscreen is so amazing...When I put it on it slightly evens out my skin tone. I always make sure to apply enough because a lot of people don't and they wonder why they end up with sunburn at the end of the day. To take care of the slight shine I just set it with a loose powder and it looks great. I was out in the direct sunlight for several hours and I didn't get tan or burned at all.

This sunscreen is awesome! I apply it every morning year round and my face doesn't feel sticky or oily at all! Also, I don't like getting tan, so I was pleased when I didn't get much darker when I was out all day in the sun for a concert.

At first I loved this...and if I didn't polish my nails or get regular mani/pedis, I'd probably still love this. WARNING: This will ruin your manicure/pedicure...I think it might be all of the spray sunscreens that do this.
Other than that, this sunblock is very effective. Not sure how safe it is regarding chemicals and ozone, etc. I have been using a biodegradeable sunblock more recently...

I've used this product faithfully for over a year now, and I've never once looked back – it has eliminated my search for a perfect facial sunscreen. I can't sing the praises of this stuff enough, it really is so fantastic. I apply it religiously every single morning (year-round) after cleansing, atop my usual AHA moisturizer. Makeup application afterwards is a dream. This sunscreen has such a nice velvety smooth consistency that it could nearly replace a primer (which I have never even bothered /thought of using, simply because I don't need one w/this). Sunscreen is SO important for everyone, every day, no exceptions! I just read an article that pointed out that, while SPF 100+ is not going to provide any 'extra special' protective benefits compared to, say, an SPF of 30 or 45, applying the 100+ consistently over a LIFETIME does appear to yield superior anti-aging benefits to the individual. (Good news!) This particular Neutrogena sunscreen will always be the one I recommend to people, because it's very effective, widely available, and affordable (~ $10 for 3 oz). Two thumbs way up.

I REALLY love this product. I used to use Shiseido's sunscreen which was tiny and cost over $30 but it really isn't worth it for the money. It was only Spf 60 while this is 100 and 1/3 of the cost! The very first thing I noticed about this product is that it wasn't oily like other sunscreens. It's a drier type of sunscreen, which is great because you don't feel it once you apply it on, unlike greasy sunscreens. Also, it feels quite nice on. I get burned pretty easily (within minutes, its insane!) and I did feel a difference with this sunscreen. Sun exposure usually hurts my skin, especially my arms but the pain ceased immediately with this sunscreen? I was pretty surprised.
The best thing about it is that you can get this on sale 2 for $11 so be on the look out!

I love this stuff, I am very pale and would like to stay this way, this products helps me to achieve this. it smells much better than any other sunscreen I've ever tried. This is a bit hard to spread if you dot on but i have tried warming it a bit between my hands then applying and I find this aids in applying it more smoothly. Usually you can get coupons online or in Sunday papers so its really not expensive at all. I have even tried this on my face and if applied thinly its not got a very heavy feeling to it.

OUTRAGEOUS!!!! JUST FOUND OUT THAT THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN ADVERTISED AND SOLD AS CONTAINING HELIOPLEX BUT NONE OF IT WAS IN IT- this not me saying it- it s a court of law- Neutrogena was sued and as a result , it has now put the helioplex in the product but this happened in april 2010- since launched it was fakely advertised- shoking!!!
