This concealer works very well for me under the eyes to hide darkness.I had the second shade, Light neutral, but found it was too pale and did nothing but lighten under the eyes (which isn't a bad thing, if you are looking for that). I opted for "Tan" which isn't as dark as you would think and that has enough peachyiness in it to cancel out discolouration under the eyes.
It's very hydrating and stays moist under the eyes, so not for those who have oily skin, unless you powder it down.

My favorite concealer for my under eye darkness. I haven't found any other concealer that compares!

I ordered this as part of a kit. The price was good for the kit, but I would consider it high for the concealer individually. It is a HUGE tube that will last a long time. Also, a little of this goes a very long way. It wears better than any other full coverage concealer I've used. One thing I've realized is that my undereye needs to be well moisturized or I blend with something thinner lime the lumi wand in radiance.
I loved everything else in the kit from QVC. It was my first time ordering with them and my first experience with IT Cosmetics. I'll certainly try more of their products.

I usually spend a lot of time pouring over reviews of products before I buy them and this product was no different. Sadly, I let some of the bad reviews postpone my purchase for over a year before I decided to take the plunge. Fortunately, Dermstore had a sale to entice me. This is a great product, but I do see why it doesn't work for everyone. The color selection is pretty poor. I bought the 2 lightest shades (Light and Neutral Medium) and blend them together to get the perfect shade. To me this is no big deal because it is what I have to do with my foundation (I always seem to be in between colors), but I can see why some people would find that a pain (not to mention twice as expensive). I also agree that the finish is quite luminous (aka "shiny") which if your skin or foundation is matte might look a little less than natural. However, if you are like me and like a glowy look and/or have oily skin, it is perfect. It leaves the under eye looking moist and the shiny finish reflects more light so it not only covers darkness but brightens as well. I don't find that this product settles into fine lines or creases...it is better at NOT doing that than the Bobbi Brown color corrector and concealer that I was using before. Also, it has the best coverage of anything I have found and the tiniest dot covers both under eyes and any other little spots of redness on my face I need to conceal...now I don't have to use 2 separate concealers for eyes and face! So, take all the good and bad reviews with a grain of salt because it all depends on what look you are going for as to whether you will like it but I personally wish I had tried it a long time ago.

I was given this from another MUA'r as an extra. It stayed in a drawer forever. Then I decided to try it. It took some time working with it and how to make it look natural. It is quite thick. I use it in neutral Medium. I apply it over GA #1 corrector very heavy with a brush. Then go back with a slightly damp sponge and press it in. Then apply LM eye powder. It looks great all day and it brightens at the same time.
I do have pretty bad circles and puffiness that I fight constantly. The same tube has lasted forever. This also has taken over my Amazing concealer.
This is a great concealer. Just take time to play with it.

I am really impressed with this product. I just need a dot to cover my circles. Didn't settle into my lines and the dual ended brush it came with was nice too. I use the fluffy end to buff it in and it just disappears.... less is better with this.

I'm still in the hunt for the perfect concealer, and Bye Bye Under Eye comes close to perfect. I use the medium shade, and find that it works well on my NC30 skin. I think the concealer is decent, the price and packing is good as well. I love that a tiny pin drop is all that it takes to cover my circles, and because of that I can never finish the huge tube and move on to trying other concealers!

I got sucked into buying this concealer because of all the good reviews on YouTube. While it does a very good job covering dark circles, it settled on/highlighted my fine lines even more and it had a shiny finish to it which I tried to tone down using a translucent powder but the result is still very disappointing. I got this in two shades - Neutral Medium, which was too light for my skin tone, and Tan, which, in turn, was too dark. I tried to mix them up hoping to get that perfect, in between shade but sadly, it turned into some sort of a really light peachy color. I guess my quest to find my HG concealer isn't over yet.

The color range with this line is AWFUL. Honestly, they're products would be a lot better if I could find a color that matched me. Anyway, I never ended up pitching this because it's great for me in the summer or when I use self tanner, then it's a perfect match in the Neutral Medium. Even in the winter I can not use the lightest shade. It is way too pale with pink undertones. It basically looks like funeral parlor makeup on me. Of course the Neutral Medium is much too dark on me in the winter time. The formula can look a bit shiny under the eyes, but it doesn't crease on me. It's very highly pigmented. I only use about the size of a pinhead in my entire under eye area & two of the same for my entire face. I also have teh double ended concealer/foundation brush to apply it with, so that could make it go on much nicer, but it goes on well with my Real Techniques brushes, so Idk.

I bought this hoping that it would work as promised. It is quite heavy, but you just need to use the smallest amount. It hangs into your every eye crease, which is not what anyone wants. I am using the product to lighten up other areas of my face. This product cannot be used in the under-eye area unless you want to really highlight all your creases and lines.
