Out of all the under eye products I have tried for covering my dark circles, this one is the best for working on its own. I love that it gives a boost of moisture as well.
For those gals that really want to cover up those under eye circles. Use an Orange color corrector. A cheap one is ben nye. I know bobbi Brown has one too but I don't have that kind of money. I use the orange corrector first and then I put this on top. It adds moisture and coverage on top of the orange corrector.
Dark circles have a strong blue pigment. It is hard to cover those bad boys up with just a skin colored concealer. I highly recommend trying a orange color corrector by the brand of your choice first and then putting something like this product on top that will conceal more and will be good for that thin skin under the eyes

I bought this in a kit also - from the Canadian Shopping Channel. And, to be honest, I was also disappointed initially. I got the 2nd lightest shade and thought it looked too dark, even though it "should" have worked going by all the blather on tv about what shade to choose. I was also quite put off by how thick and "gluey" this concealer was....as I tapped it on with a finger or patted it on with a brush, it seemed to pull away the skin under my eyes as I lifted my finger or the brush. The texture reminded me of Benefit's Erase Paste, in that it was so thick and pastey. I see others have compared it to Erase Paste also. Anyway, I set it aside for a few weeks and then came back to it and I think I've found the trick to using this successfully and that is to warm the product slightly on the back of my hand or between my fingers before applying it. I apply with my middle finger (that always seems to work better for me than my ring finger) and then blend it out with a brush. As Jamie Kern said, you can use this as foundation in a pinch and while I don't do that, I do bring it down onto my cheeks, where I have some redness and broken capillaries and I find I can pretty much not bother with foundation after that if I am in a hurry. I set the concealer under my eyes with Bare Escentuals Well-Rested and the results are actually pretty good. I find this doesn't accentuate under-eye fine lines nearly as much as some other concealers and it works well for areas that aren't "under-eye" (maybe they should consider renaming this product). So, all in all, it's much better than I thought initially and is "repurchase worthy", but I'm not entirely sure I would repurchase as I'm always on the lookout for "something better" when it comes to concealers.

I purchased this in a kit as a today's special value on QVC - it also came with a double ended brush for concealer/foundation, bye bye pores powder, and the heavenly brush for the powder. I had been eyeing the bye bye pores for some time so I jumped on the chance to buy the kit at the price (around $60 for all 4 products). I am disappointed in this concealer and honestly have no idea how this covered that model's tattoo on the QVC presentation. I got it in the tan and it may be a bit too dark for me. Since I got this on auto-delivery from QVC, I changed the next cycle for the medium shade in hopes that it will do a better job. To be honest the only reason I don’t cancel the auto-delivery is because the brushes are so amazing (the bye bye pores powder is good too). I agree with other reviewers that this is extremely thick and shiny, it was hard to use and would probably benefit from a layer of primer before application. This may work on someone with lighter under eye circles, but if you have very dark circles like me, I’m not sure it’s worth the money.

Overall, this reminds me a great deal of Benefit Erase Paste, only it's in a tube.
On air (I saw a TV presentation of this) they said the shades run very light, so even if you're very pale to go with Neutral Medium because 80% of women are that shade. I'm always the palest shade in foundation, and many brands don't make shades light enough for me. Stupid me, I went with Neutral Medium. It's a tad orange on my skin and I should have gone with the lighter shade, although it may have been too light.
Anyways, as far as actual product performance goes: this is a very thick consistency and you need a tiny amount smaller than the size of a sesame seed for each under eye area. It will last forever.
It covers fairly well, about as well as Benefit's Erase Paste, and like that product, it is also very shiny. You will need to set it with a powder. This product has an upper hand on Benefit's because this product does not settle into small creases nearly as much as Erase Paste.
This is best used under the eyes. It can be used to hide discoloration elsewhere, but it's a little heavy and doesn't spread very well on larger areas. I wouldn't put this over blemishes because I feel like it would make them worse because it's so thick and heavy.
Overall, it does what I bought it to do: cover my extremely dark purple under eye circles. My only problem is that I wish it weren't so shiny.

This Does work really well. The key is only applying the most tiny bit and pressing it in gently whilst warming and working it into the skin. If you use too much it will settle into fine lines and look cakey. If extra coverage is required allow the first coat to settle and put a second very light coat over the first. It's a bit pricey but it last ages!

I have been searching for a good undereye concealer and after reading about this one, thought I would give it a try. I bought the lightest shade, which I think is "light". I was hoping for a concealer that was not drying or cakey and didnt settle into the few little fine lines I have. Pros: This isnt drying. The texture is almost sticky. A little definitely goes a long way! I only use a tiny amount so the tube will last a long time. Cons: It can settle into lines a little. It doesnt provide as much coverage as I would like. It is so sticky that if I wear mascara, I have to set it with powder, which can contributes to the dry, cakey effect I am trying to avoid. Overall I think its okay, but I am still searching for the perfect concealer, and I dont think this one is it for me.

This is one of the few concealers that actually works for me on the under-eye area. Other formulas I've tried just seem to call attention to the under-eye, but this one goes on very smooth and has a lot of pigment to diminish dark circles. You just need a tiny amount so the tube lasts for a long time. It also blends really well with my concealer. I love it! I live in Toronto and the only place I've been able to find it is ebeauty.ca for $29. It's a few dollars more than on amazon but with free shipping it works out a bit better. Definitely recommended!

This concealer claims it doesn't settle into fine lines. If I use just a teeny tiny bit, it doesn't really settle in the lines, but it doesn't cover very well, either. If I use a little more to cover the circles, then it does settle into the lines. I tried many different techniques with it, with or without a brush, with or without moisturizer, with or without primer, with or without a finishing powder... still the same effect. I don't care for the thick, (not creamy) consistency, so it takes a while to apply. The best thing about it, though, is that the tan (slightly orange-y) color works well for me. It's not bad, but not great, either.

Love this concealer! My favorite, BUT it needs to be used in conjunction with other products. I found by itself, It did not have much coverage when spread out. So i concentrate the product only on the actual eyebag. But comparing it to others I have tried it definitely is at the top because it has ABSOLUTELY AMAZING pigment (you need no more than a pinhead size, but even that sometimes is too much!). I usually use make up for ever's lift concealer first, all over my under eye area, between eye brows, tops of cheek bones and sides of my nose. Then I use the bye bye concealer directly onto the bag and dab (not smear!) it in with a concealer brush. Then use a teeny bit of translucent powder as it has quite a gel-like finish (bit shiny). As I said compared to others it is excellent!! But like all concealers, it has it's flaws. Definitely would buy again.

I LOVE THIS! It really covers everything.I have had it since may and use it 4 days a week and even though I used it once as a foundation the tube looks like 90% full.
I have real serious bags and have all my life and this product makes them go away not covers them up sort of. This makes it look like they were never there and leave bright young skin in there place.
Even though it's 30$ it;s totally worth it for the results and for how long the tube last.
I think I will always have this on hand because I don't see how anything could top this.

I Love it when you fine a beauty product that actually does what you expect. Not only that but makes my skin look younger and healthier. It does take a little work, because everyone has different need. But if coverage is important, and those of us who need moisture, this is one I tell my friends about. My HG concealer. I used it after I apply sunblock. Then a powder bronzer( Laura Gellar)

Applied poorly (with too much), this does terribly, but applied correctly this covers like a dream. On the back of a hand, apply a dot about a grain of salt in size, and apply this to the undereye area with a brush that gives you some precision. I've used a MAC 217 in the past, but I've recently picked up a Stila #2 undereye concealer brush, which allows me to draw very carefully down the line of the darkness. It's very opaque, and doesn't settle into lines. If you're finding it's doing that or getting cakey you're using way too much. My only gripe is that it goes on shiny, which I can mostly combat by setting with powder with a tapered blending brush, but it can sometimes show up in flash photography.
I also like that it has collagen and vitamin K, which are supposed to help with undereye darkness. It's expensive, but when you consider how little you're using it should last forever.

I am iron deficient so I have terrible raccoon eyes and this is the only product that works for me. I've tried drugstore brands (l'oreal, revlon, almay) as well as Tarte dark circle defense.
I am very fair with blue undertones and so got the lightest color. It is even a bit light for me though, so keep that in mind. Also be sure to keep the cap on really tight or else it may dry out a little and not work as well. I really disagree with the reviewer who called the consistency "gummy" and "flaky." This concealer lasts all day and is super soft.
The cream has tons of pigment so a little goes a very long way. It goes on really smooth and doesn't settle into the creases. Lasts all day! Thank you thank you thank yoU! I just hope it doesn't ever get discontinued.

Hot. Damn. You guys this is the best concealer I've ever tried. I have the color "Tan" and it turns out to be a pretty good match for me. It has a tad bit of a salmon color mixed in that really cancels out the blueness in under-eye circles. It's sooooo creamy, but it has hold and doesn't move around with oils. I have particularly oily skin, so using it to cover blemishes is fine, but I did get quite shiny. But it's not meant as a whole face concealer. It works phenomenally as an under-eye concealer. I will have to buy this before I run out. There's also no weird plastic smell, like, erm, some brand names I've come across. And there's no working your fingers in the product to warm it up (Benefit). It comes out of the tube as the perfect consistency for application. This very well may be HG material.
This concealer is amaaaaazzzzing- MORE amazing than the "Amazing Concealer" you can buy at Sephora! It is very opaque, it doesn't look cakey, doesn't enhance dryness, doesn't become stiff when dry.
It's simply excellent.

I have mixed feelings about this. It covers pretty well BUT it's thick and gummy! If I put a moisturizer under my eyes first and then dot the concealer on and spread it FAST, it looks fine. But it's not the best I ever used. All the best ones were discontinued, of course.

I was prepared to love this concealer based on reading posts here and the ingredients. The color (medium) was perfect. But the consistency... Yikes! The stuff is super stiff and gummy. I cannot get it to spread. It dries almost instantly and then looks flakey. Sadly, I am still searching for my HG concealer... or just one that works reasonably well.

This is the first review I've ever written but I love this concealer. It makes your skin look flawless when you put it on under your foundation. Just a little bit covers a large area. It does not settle into fine lines. I will definitely buy this again.

I wish there was a maybe option for "would you buy this product again". This was on my christmas list and my lovely mom gifted me 2 tubes in neutral medium.
I did watch the QVC presentation like a lot of people and the one thing they presented which stood out kinda got me curious. They compared swatches of high end concealers on one hand to this concealor showing how all the others settled into fine lines, look dry and flakey. I do have that problem with a lot of concealers, they always leave me flakey eyed, dry and they settle. This one, they said was supposed to glide on smooth and not settle or crease or look flakey and stuff. It looked super creamy on the swatch of their hand in comparison to the others.
After using this numerous times, I do believe it does what it says. It melts on contact with your skin, leaving it looking bright and fresh without the flakiness and settling that the others do. But I think I think the coverage fades a little bit after application. My dark circles still show through a teeny bit. It stays tacky and doesn't dry to a powder finish, which is why you need a finishing powder. The cool thing that also was given to me, was a sample of Bye Bye Pores. This stuff is really good but I think the cheaper version would probably be Silk Naturals Blur powder. But back to the buy it again, I might if I can't go back to Cle de Peau. I know I didn't give Cle de Peau a really great review, but after testing others, I think that might be the one. Will prob update Cle de Peau's review LOL.

I'm not really sure where to start with this review. I sometimes Iike it, almost love it, and sometimes I dislike it enough to wipe it off and start over with a different concealer.
First of all, the coverage is just O.K. It starts off quite dense in pigment, but quickly spreads out and loses density as it melts. I have concealers that are dense in pigment and stay that way even as you blend out, I was expecting the same from this concealer. This feature is good for some, but just not "there" for my fairly intense hereditary circles.
Secondly, the finish. It's a high shine oil/grease finish. I love a more moisturized look under my eyes, but this takes it to a level of which it doesn't look natural. I also have puffiness under my eyes and this accentuates them when having an exceptionally bad "eye" day.
Finally, the color. Some people express that it's a peach/orange color, but neutral medium looks much more pink in comparison to correctors/concealers manufactured specifically for correcting "darkness". I don't feel it neutralizes/corrects as much as I'd like and therefore the color pops out on my skin a smidge. I'd almost say that a slightly more yellow concealer would've corrected even more than a color like this, and I'm semi opposed to using yellow under my eyes.
I'm going to work with this more and update. It does work amazing with mineral products, so if you're a lover of BE well rested or any under eye minerals, this concealer works great as a base.
