YEEEEYYY!!!! This bronzer is amazing! I wouldnt touch Laguna or Casino because they were scarily dark/muddy for me. But this...is......brilliant:

1. Its a nice golden terracotta colour, thus its perfect for my pale skin tone. And as I get tanner in the summer, this bronzer picks up beautifully.

2. Very versatile product. I use it with a big powder brush like the 134 usually in the winter or during the day for light sunkissed look, or to define the cheek bones and to build the colour up when im tanned i go ahead with the 182.

HOWEVER

1. This product is expensive. But a little goes a long way, and there is quite alot of product packed in there.

i'm a NC42, MUFE 153, and I'm completely in love with this bronzer, even though i do not use it as a bronzer, i find it to be a golden orange with the right amount to shimmer to it, so far i been using it over and over, i personally would not use this as i bronzer just because of the color, i will buy a back up of this product♥

I'm going to have to disagree with the reviewer who said this won't work on olive skintones. I'm about as olive toned as you can get - completely neutral tones (NC30-35 range.) This "bronzer" gives a natural healthy color to the skin and will look beautiful on most skin tones. If you can wear warm/peach tones, you will definitely like this.
==
I'm not going to call this a bronzer, only because it isn't the traditional bronzing shade you are used to. No brown tones here! The user who described this as a caramel peach is right. A caramel/peach with some gold/terracota thrown in the mix. The reviewer IIse33 is spot-on: This won't make you look tanned - this will make you look healthy and glowing without the shimmer. Smashbox has a similar product and they call it a colour booster; This powder gives a similar effect.. it can work in tandem with your favorite bronzer to create an all-over boost to your complexion. It adds warmth and some color to the skin without looking obvious or like you tried too hard.
==
I also have to mention that this isn't entirely matte - it does have very small, faint shimmer that disappears once you blend it into the skin. In typical NARS fashion, the texture is smooth, soft, and very silky. It's also quite pigmented, so if you're very light skinned remember to apply with a light hand.
==
I use a fluffy kabuki brush (181 by MAC, or the 134 for lighter application) and gently sweep it along the cheekbones, temples, a little on the chin/nose. I like to wear this alone, or pair it with my Bobbi Brown bronzer in Medium.
==
I'm very glad NARS released this because I don't have any other color in my collection that resembles this shade. And don't you just love the name?! Irresistiblement. Yum..

5/5 and a definite staple for summer, although I can see myself using this year-round!

I was super excited to see this new bronzer from Nars but sadly it didn't work for me. Judging from my own experience and the reviews, I think this color might work best for certain pale skintones. I've never been able to figure out if I'm cool, neutral, or warm. I only know that I can't wear a lot of warm colors such as bronze, golden brown, and tan. A previous review described this bronzer as a caramel color and I have to agree. Caramel to me is on the warm side so it's a definite no-no. I'm an olive-toned NC 25 so I need to wear brown-based bronzers like Laguna. Irresistiblement was much too orange and bright on me. It's still a great bronzer though--pigmented, blendable, fragrance-free, and not obnoxiously sparkly. If you have lots of olive or yellow tones in your complexion, you might find this bronzer too orange.

Too orange for me. While it doesn't look bad, I prefer the bronze of Laguna for a natural looking flush. Or if
I actually get a lot of sun, I can easily use Casino.This reminds me of some of the Guerlain Terracotta's which have no sheen; I forget which number they are. I just don't reach for it nor do I feel it layers well under blush as it is too orange-y.

PERFECT color. I will admit that it looks incredibly orange when you look at it in the pan, but on the skin it is sublime! I am a girl that self tans, and I need that caramel color for my bronzer, not the red terracotta color that is common in other bronzers (I am anal about making sure that my chest, neck and face are all the same color). This bronzer HIGHLY exceeded my expectations. I love that it is matte, so I can still use a shimmery blush, and I love that it has such a large surface. It is very easy to buff into the skin (I use BB bronzer brush - new version), and I think it would be hard to overdo, because it kind of almost melts into my skin. I am BB Warm Beige for reference, and this looks like my skin! I have tried Laguna in the past, and I always felt as though it looked a smidgen dirty on me, but I do not have that issue with this new color!

Nars Irresistiblement Face Color Bronzer ($30)... This is a really nice all-over bronzing/tanning color product for a fair-light skin. When, where was this bronzer? Did Nars always have this or is it new for summer!? I just noticed this in Sephora and it is different than the other Nars bronzers. It isn't a true brown shade like laguna or dark like casino, but more golden/peach/caramel without a hint of shine or shimmer (think the guerlain terracotta bronzers, especially makeup artist 00- but this costs less $$). I looove it. It's like a peach-caramel matte pressed-powder that gives a glowy, lightly-sunkissed healthy radiant color to fairer, cooler skin tones such as myself. I think this would look great on medium or darker complexion for the apples of the cheeks used like a blush or work all over to brighten up the complexion.

It looks orangy in the pan, but goes on me to be a really nice, natural healthy-looking glow. It has a nicer consistency than the other Nars bronzers, and I like those too, but I like this much better. I am happy nars got this in. It has good staying power like the Nars blushers. Worth a try. I will repurchase when need be.

I've been waiting for NARS to come out with a matte bronzer so I was excited to get this. Luckily I love it on me, NC30, but it's not for everyone. As the other reviewers have noted, this isn't a brown-based bronzer. It doesn't really look terracotta on me (though I think it would on cooler complexions) but applies as a very glowy, caramelized golden tan. It's definitely something I had to try on to decide, since in the pan it wasn't very impressive at all. It gives me an incredible radiance and wakes my whole face up - this doesn't make me look tan so much as healthy and glowing.

That said, I think this would just disappear on anyone with a darker complexion and could go orange on some girls. I wouldn't advise buying this sight unseen. Hopefully one day NARS will develop a more inclusive collection of shades since they make such beautiful bronzers.

Soo I ordered this off sephora sight unseen. When it finally arrived..I was surprised by the color..Its very terracotta with very little brown or "bronze" to it. Its almost a lot like a blush on my MAC NC30-35 skin tone. When I swatched it on my arm, it was a matte, yet glowy peachy, orange, brick kinda shade. The quality is nice, it's just the color that imo is just plain Oompa Loompa ORANGE on me!! It's ok as a blush..but I wanted bronzer. Uuuughhhh! It's definitely not what I was expecting. FAIL NARS!!!

Irresistiblement is a mouthful, hehe. The color is a medium matte terricotta. Its much more matte compared to Laguna and Casino. Its also doesn't have that brown tone. It may seem a tad orange or dark in the pan, but once on its a very natural bronze color with a light hand as I am at my palest right now a NC25. Come summer this bronzer would rock with a tanned skin.
