I was really excited about this when I ordered it. It looks to have everything you would need when out and about. I like the fact that it had smokey eye colors.

When it came it had a fingerprint in one of the glosses. Ewww! The case is obviously ripping off Smashbox package design. I tried one of the lip glosses and it was hard to apply because the lip brush is soooo tiny. The gloss itself had a gritty feel. I still need to try the other make up items in the palette, but so far not as impressed as I thought I would be.


Usually I'm really happy with everything I buy from ELF, so I do love the brand and generally you get great quality for the money. I just wasn't really happy with this particular item.

Honestly, this little kit is everything I need to bring with me anywhere I go (except brushes, mascara, foundation and eyelash curler. But that's a different story).

It is so SO useful. The mirror inside is the entire lid. Everything is easily accessible. All the colours are brilliantly pigmented (LOVE the lip glosses) and so flattering.

Good Gracious, I love this little palette! I'm buying another to take with me, it's that good.

First, I'm not a big fan of any lip color, yet I find virtually all of these lip colors to be moisturizing, highly pigmented, and complementary to my light olive skin tone.

There's a big mirror included, taking up the entire back of the package. I've only briefly tried the included brushes/applicators, but even excluding them, these colors are gorgeous.

The blush color is stunning, and there's quite a bit in here. The bronzer/contour powder makes a perfect eyeshadow crease color, and the shadows are highly pigmented, long-lasting, and beautiful, modern shades. There's even a plum/red shadow which, frankly, looks great on me.

Lip colors are complemented by a single, large, sparkly clear lip color (top right) which enlivens all of the other colors and makes a great gloss.

And the PRICE, ladies, simply cannot be beat! I got this as a freebie with any $10 ELF purchase, but it's more than worth (in my opinion) it's regular $15 price.

Get one of these, I really don't think you'll regret it!
