While I loved the Black Royale and had no problem with it, the Black Emerald gave me a horrible allergic reaction, my first to any product ever.
The mascara itself was gorgeous, with a very subtle, yet visible, dark green shimmer that would be beautiful with brown or hazel eyes.
My advice would be, proceed with caution.

Not bad, works pretty well, it adds alot of volume to my lashes. Kinda clumpy every now and then but nothing serious. Only under certain lights are the emerald stuff visible and even then you have to look kinda hard.

This mascara adds a lot of volume and length to my otherwise average lashes. The green sparkle really isn't noticeable unless you squint in front of a mirror and are actively looking for it, but I somehow prefer this to the standard Lash Blast.

Love it! Often the only eye make up I wear is mascara so it's nice to find a good one. This lengthens nicely with a single coat, doesn't cake or clump or smudge. I don't notice much in the shimmer department, but I don't think I'd want my lashes to be too sparkley.

i would say, this product does everything a mascara is supposed to do. the sparkles are very subtle,but you can still see them. a slight green undertone to my lashes but it's very flattering to my eyes (also green eyes), but if you want a plain ol' black mascara i do not recommend for you. i actually got this on sale to 40 percent off. :D
i would say the average prices are $6-8 depending on where you live.
PROS:
- it thickens and lengthen in just 2 coats (sometimes 1)
- subtle sparkles is very appealing
- packaging is very cute
- makes my eyes POP!
CONS:
- there are NON! :)

I am not impressed by this mascara. It's black, and sometimes in the sunlight I can see sparkles on my lashes. I see no color difference otherwise. It does not work any better than my other mascaras, and I really find the brush rather inconvenient and clumsy without the benefits of such a brush: this mascara does not add a lot of volume to my lashes, nor a lot of length. I also find the packaging to be quite bulky--why do I want a giant tube of mascara in my makeup drawers? It takes up too much space for what it is. I could take it or leave it.

This is a great mascara. I don't use makeup too often, but when I do, I reach for mascara. This is one of my favorites; I've never had any problems with clumping (although I only ever use one coat, so I can't speak for any clumping problems that may come with that) or smudging. Theres a very slight green tint to it that makes my green eyes pop.

Bought this at a BOGO at Rite-Aid. The product is okay- I do notice the little shimmer of the green that this mascara plays up. If you are looking for major volume and curl I wouldnt suggest this. However, I do like layering this mascara over my other more volumizing mascaras to add a bit more shimmer to my eye makeup. The tube is REALLY big so its not really space effective for a little cosmetics bag.

i hate this mascara.. the wand is HUGE, and the plastic bristles are very, very short, so most of the mascara product ends up on the wand head, and when you put it on your lashes, it globs and clumps.. SEVERELY.
would not repurchase, nor recommend.

I love this stuff. The green shimmer isn't over-bearing which I like. I'm not a mascara junkie, but this really did it for me. There seems to be some "fallout" however, and it tends to irritate my eyes.

This is my favorite mascara! It made my lashes look longer and thicker. The green really made my eyes pop! The shimmer is great. I'm really looking forward to buy the other colors! This and the exact eyelights mascara are the best :D For me this works way better than the plush Lash and so on...

I like this mascara a lot! I wasn't expecting it to be a bright shiny green, so I wasn't disappointed. It looks like a black green and the shimmer doesn't translate, but it does emphasize the eye color in a subtle way. I love the thickening formula and the rubber brush separates well. I will probably buy it in black in the regular formula next time, but this is still a good product.

This was an average product, it didn't really do much for me. It really only volumized not so much lengthens. The emerald is not very noticeable on my eyes at all, but I have black lashes so that's no surprise, and also there wasn't much sparkle in my tube so that was kind of a let down. The tube is a really cute color, but I feel like it's too big to get into the small lashes in the corner of my eyes. Overall, I would buy this product again if I was in need of a mascara, but I think I'll be trying other things.

I bought this marcara based on the great reviews I read on this site, but I have to say I am pretty disappointed. The brush is too big, and it didn't thicken my lashes any better than other mascaras i've used, and it clumps. I do like the emerald flecks though, they are visible in direct light, but I wonder how safe this mascara is for contact lense wearers. After I removed the mascara (which was a bit difficult to take off) I noticed silver flecks around my eye area. If the flecks get under contact lenses, it can be pretty dangerous. Lash Blast was definitely a let-down.

I don't see any sparkle but this does make my green eyes greener and brighter. I lke Lash Blast overall but the Emerald makes it even better.

Lash Blast is my HG mascara, so when I saw the ad for Luxe I went out that day and got the Emerald. I have olive green eyes, so I thought this would be a perfect choice. The formula is traditional, so I give it a 4 based on that alone. The emerald is very suble, not enough to enhance my eye color though. Maybe another color would be more noticable like the silver.

I like this mascara because it provides soft, feathery, natural-looking lashes. However, not really sure that I can see the "emerald" on my lashes. I don't mind subtle, but I'd like to be able to see the green tint a bit more.
