This is a nice foundation. I am using the shade Creamy Natual (Light 05) and it looks very nice on my skin. I apply this foundation with my fingers (my favourite method for applying foundation) and the consistency is quite thick but silky smooth. It is easy to apply, easy to blend, and feels comfortable on the skin. It covers any imperfections and redness and also covers my pores very nicely. The finish is lovely and makes your skin look flawless and healthy. This product does not cake. It stayed on my face all day, even without powder, and did not oxidise, smudge or change colour. It did not dry out or irritate my skin, nor did it cause any breakouts. It did not clog my pores of feel too heavy or overdone. It is a full coverage foundation, providing more coverage than the similar Rimmel Stay Matte foundation (I would recommend this to those looking for medium-full coverage). This is a very nice foundation and is a very reasonable price.

I would recommend this product, however, as an aside - my mother did not enjoy this product at all, feeling like it made her skin look older, those of a more mature age may wish to take this into consideration despite it not being my experience (at age 21). As a whole, I would recommend this product.

I have used this in the past, not a bad product, easy to use and apply. Good finish on skin, not a thick foundation from what I can remember. Good drugstore product.

I picked this up on a whim the other day at walmart for $8. it literally makes my face look airbrushed! I have never had a foundation that looked so beautiful and natural on my skin. no sticking to dry patches, no total oil slick t zone half way through the day. covers all my redness. I can build it up on my red ares like my cheeks and chin without looking like a caked mess. it lasts my whole work day. I do still get shiny on my nose, but not to the point where it looks bad or like I feel like I should touch up. really impressed with this one.

I just revisited this foundation after years of not using it. I purchased a bottle in Natural Ivory Light 3. I recalled enjoying the pump but when I 1st tried it I don't recall the pump locking. Now it does! The shade was too beigey for me & my neck looked poorly blended even though I had spent a decent amount of time going at it w/an E.L.F Studio Powder Brush. I tried putting a little water on my hands & rubbing it on my neck to redistribute it but it still looked bad. I exchanged the Natural Ivory for Porcelain Ivory Light 1. I love it. It's a seamless match for face & neck & doesn't oxidize. It's very similar to my top dog Rimmel Lasting Finish in Classic Ivory & Cover Girl Creamy Natural in Outlast 3-in-1 & Clean/Clean Oil Controlling. Those products don't oxidize & provide good coverage. The Dream Liquid has the sheerest coverage under my eyes no matter what I use to place it there. Rimmel's coverage is excellent. But I use concealers & it's ok. I like Maybelline's price of $6-8, too. I think I'll wash & reuse the pump whenever this bottle is gone. Lasting power on my oily skin is really good. In the week or so I've used it we've experienced high 80s through mid 50s. This foundation didn't budge after being set w/Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless Translucent powder & placing Hard Candy Sheer Envy mattifying primer under it. That's the one in the baby blue tube. The pump dispenses product in very small dots. I felt as though I was using a lot of it & wonder how long the bottle will last. It has no SPF but I can mix it w/Rimmel BB Cream in Light for additional coverage plus SPF or Hawaiian Tropic Moisturizing Face Lotion. Speaking of coverage, the Dream Liquid provides a strong medium coverage w/full coverage if another layer is added. I tend to do one full face layer w/all foundations then add one more to the center of my face where my freckles are most apparent & ruddiness comes into play. Dream Matte is no different. It plays well w/the aforementioned products. It hasn't oxidized. I'm happy to have found a shade match b/c Maybelline is such a tricky brand to match for me. They need to expand their line to include folks who are darker & fairer than me.

While I love the finish and weight of this, I have to mix it with a lighter foundation like my Fit Me! Foundation or my Revlon colorstay foundation, that is why it doesn't have 5 stars. I like that it has a pump as it is easy to use and less messy than the foundations without pumps, also easier to get a small amount.
The first time I used it, I noticed that it gave a nice, sheer coverage which is perfect for skin that doesn't need much coverage, like my skin on most days although I do have days when I need a little more coverage.
I didn't have any problems with breaking out and I honestly would repurchase it, mainly because of the natural finish and easy blending.

I bought this because I have an addiction to trying new foundations. I think it does a great job: it offers light to medium coverage; it doesn't make my T-zone terribly shiny; it also doesn't highlight my dry patches; and it doesn't settle into fine lines. I apply it with a foundation brush and get nice coverage.

That said, I didn't feel like it was amazing. It's a good foundation at a great price, and I'm using it now while I decide what my next foundation purchase will be.

Im am extremely picky with foundations and this has become my new favorite. I randomly bought it on a whim not expecting much and i love it. I have pretty dry and splotchy skin and this looks so natural on me. Ive gotten so many compliments on my skin since i started wearing this. It looks like im not even wearing makeup and just have naturally perfect skin. I also really like the packaging.

I think I'm gonna use this from now on. Love the application and coverage. I wear classic ivory and it's literally a perfect match. My trick is that i keep those tiny Dixie cups by my sink and flip one over (usually the one I just drank out of) and use the outside bottom of the cup as my pallet while mixing and dabbing my foundation brush to load it prior to application. Works like a charm - then I throw the cup away and wash the brush. Easy peasy lemon-squeezie!
