I bought the five pieces set and so far this is my favourite out of all the brushes! It was so much fun to use, I dotted concealer on my face and then used the brush to spread/stipple it over blemishes. It turned out fantastic and it was so easy to do, the brush was dense and firm, but did not feel uncomfortable on my skin.

I adore this brush and received it when I purchased the 5-piece set (I figured it made more sense to review each brush separately). I agree with one reviewer that the bristles feel a bit stiff, especially when compared to the other brushes in the set but I believe this is something that will change when I first wash the brush or use it over time. It blends liquid concealer very well and I also use it to dab a bit of my powder foundation around the red areas of my nose and where old blemishes are. It is a high quality brush that feels light in the hand, but not flimsy. The price is also great considering the quality. I highly recommend this entire line.

Love the Ecotools brush line. Hate their packaging. (See my other Ecotools reviews for that rant.)

This is a review for the 1230 concealer brush that can be purchased individually. It is a bit larger than the brush that comes in the 5 piece brush set.

I use this to build a extra layer of my mineral foundation (Honeybee Gardens) over blemishes and around my nose. It's also good for cleaning up around my eye area. It washes up well with shampoo, although I wipe it with a damp washcloth after each use.

Iv never had a concealer brush this large before but im officially a convert! The quality is amazing (as are all the eco tools brushes) and covers wonderfully. I use this brush with my MAC studio finish concealer and its perfect. It picks up a little product and apply's a nice thin layer and gives it an airbrushed look.

I got this brush as part of the 5-piece set but I would not purchase separately. In fact, I love the rest of the set but through this brush away. The bristles are so stiff that they actually hurt my face! Plus it's a bit large for a concealer brush. Bummer, I like the rest of the set.

I received this from a swap and this brush comes from one of the 5 piece set. This is a pretty nice brush and to begin with, I have the Bobbi Brown's, Coastal Scents Synthetic bristles one and a random brand synthetic bristle e/s brush which I actully use for concealer.

Out of all I have, I like Bobbi Brown's over this when I need to cover some smaller face blemishes as it has a smaller brush tip than the Ecotools and allow more precise application.

As for undereye concealer purpose, Ecotool's wins out Bobbi Brown's for this being slightly softer and is good for blending my concealer our by dabbing outwards. However, the coverage is a bit heavier than the random brand synthetic bristle e/s brush I own probably becasue of the thickness. The Ecotools is thicker in terms of the bristles - mind you I'm not talking abt the bristle width span - try checking out the brush from sideway and you should get what I mean. I have to be mroe careful when loading the brush with concealer. On the bright side, because of the brush thickness, I can actually go into the eye corner easily with the brush sideway. Anyway, the Ecotools is not pricky against my skin, while the other one is pricky occassionally depending on the angle of application when using the stupid brush.

As for the Coastal Scents Synthetic bristles one, I think it totally cannot compare with any of the brushes I mentioned. The bristles is pricky on my skin. Also, it has a much wider bristle span the Ecotools. Maybe good for larger blemishes.

I like this brush because it's not miniscule like every other concealer brush out there. It's very full, not flat and is super soft.

This brush is of excellence quality. The hair on the brush is very soft, doesn't bleed dye, and doesn't shed. The brush itself it larger than most concealer brushes but it's great for blending concealer under the eyes and around the nose. For the price, quality is superb.

After years of being a devoted fan of MAC, Laura Mercier, and Chanel brushes,I have rapidly become an enthusiastic fan of this much more economically-priced line. Besides the concealer brush, I now own the Bronzer, Foundation, Retractable Kabuki, and Eyeshadow brushes, and have another LE set on the way. Like all of the other EcoTools brushes I have tried, this one does not shed, is sturdily built, green (yeah!), and wonderfully soft. As it says on the package, this brush is suitable for both concealers and cream eyeshadow. I purchased because my MAC 242 and Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage Brush (my two favorite concealer brushes) were starting to look a little sad after all of the love that I have lavished on them. I would have to say the while the Laura Mercier brush is still in no danger of losing its place in my heart, the MAC 242 now has some serious competition. The EcoTools concealer brush is every bit as good as the MAC 242 and the LM brushes, with one key exception: this is not a brush suitable for precision concealing in the least. The brush head is simply too large for that, and picks up too much product. So if you are someone like me that is very particular about concealers and likes to apply a very controlled, precise amount on specific areas on your face, then this is not the brush for you - LM's is a much better bet in that case. However, the EcoTools is an excellent choice for larger areas like the under eyes or eyelids (I personally will be using it just as I have always used my MAC 242 - to apply my Bobbi Brown Corrector under my eyes, or for applying emollient shadows that don't require very precise application). Would I repurchase, despite that issue? I would have to say yes.

I've been looking for a good concealer brush for a super long time. All the ones I found were way too expensive, so when I found this brush at Ulta, I was pretty happy. I brought it home, and used it with my MAC concealer, and it works pretty well. It's a very soft brush, and gets the job done 95% of the time.

I was looking for a larger brush that would be good for applying under eye concealer and cream shadows. This works great for that and blends very evenly. It is very soft and not irritating on the eye. I also have the smaller eyeshadow brush which i love just as much. This brush is also great for applying shadow into the crease and onto the brow bone. Definitely a good multi purpose brush.

I got this one in the 5-piece set and I have never used it so far because mine is cut the wrong way. The tip is a very thin v shape and the rest is also cut non symmetrically which makes the brush useless. I had no chance to return the set because Ecotools isn't sold where I live and I had to order it from usa.

The brush is a nice size; not too small, and the bristles are dense so that they pick up the perfect amount of product. Wonderful brush.

I really like this concealer brush. It's long and dense and easy to blend with. It's easy to clean and does not shed at all. It's very soft and I love how it's environmentally safe.

It takes a wash or two to get a few random stiff hair to soften up but other than that I see no flaws in this brush.

It is very dense and soft. I don't get any streaking with this brush which I have had problems with in the past. I use mush less product than with my other brushes which is really nice. I use to have to apply concealer and then pat with my finger or a sponge to even it out. I don't need to any more.

It applies great on the delicate skin under my eye and the product won't crease.

The brush is also very sturdy and I have yet to have any kind of shedding with Ecotools.

I love this brush. It's a great price and is one of the best concealer brushes I have used-and it's good for the environment at the same time. I would highly recommend it.

I normally don't wear concealer because it creases under my eyes and gives me what appear to be wrinkles. However, after using this brush to apply my concealer, I've noticed a drastic difference. The skin under my eyes is completely smooth and look like I'm not wearing concealer at all. Cheap, it works, it's soft...
