This is THE perfect brownish lippie for redheads. Seriously, if you have red hair, you have got to get your hands on this stuff. HG for sure. Simply gorgeous.

Ahhh! LOVE THIS! I'm a huge fan of matte lipsticks and was happy to find an affordable drug store brand in Revlon! The color is great, and works well on my Indian skintone. Though I think it would compliment any skin tone because it's such a neutral color. It gives my lips some depth and color and has a nice, creamy consistency. Highly recommmended.

After giving up on Nude Attitude, this is what I exchanged it for.

And oh my God, I'm glad I did.

What a flattering color, especially for warm-tones! I've put it on friends, my mother, co-workers, my boyfriend (in a fit of giggles) and they ALL looked great. This stuff glides on and unlike most mattes, doesn't suck out water so by the end of the day, you're feeling like you just spent a day snoring in the middle of the Dead Sea. The best thing is that it's matte, so you can add whatever you'd like on top of it. Wear it to work without gloss, touch up at night and add some glaze. It's a great base, so versatile. I would absolutely buy this again.

Wowsa. I bought the whole line of matte Revlon lippies.

I love them all -- but this one is one of my favorites as it is a nude/peachy shade which looks great on most skin tones. I was in my redhead period when I bought it... so it was particularly effective then.

I wear it with gloss or as a great nude matte lippie.. for the price Revlon kicks butt with their lippies -- especially the mattes.

I used to wear this color many years ago when it was just called cocoa, but it's very similar. I bought this after spending hundreds of dollars trying to find the old Revlon Cocoa matte that used to come in the long, skinny tubes. I saw this a few weeks ago and thought I would give it a try (every other Revlon lipstick with cocoa in it wasn't even close). Well, they must have brought back the old color that I have been searching for for years. I love this lipstick!!! I have Auburn/Red hair and very fair skin and this is the ONLY color that looks dramatic, yet work friendly and goes with everything. It's perfect for red-heads. It feels great and I have sensitive lips in which I hate the feeling of gloss or lipstick on my lips, but this is feather light. I am thrilled! A must have.

I bought this lipstck cause I read all the gread reviews about it on this site.. I must say, i'm a little dissapointed. My skin tone is tanned so I figure it would look good on me, but boy was I wrong! It looks too orange/bronzy for my taste. I do love Revlon's matte collection, but this color looked hideous on me. Will definately NOT repurchase.

I'm new to lipsticks, I tend to avoid lipsticks at all cost. I hate that thick feeling on your lips, the taste, that it looks like only old people should be wearing it or it'll look too sparkly and sometimes leans towards lip glossy. Revlon Matte lipstick has totally changed my mind. I absolutely love this lipstick, to the extent that these are the only lipsticks I own.
Cocoa craving is a gorgeous natural color, most people see it and think brown, but its like this autumn color, think dark maple leaf. I'm yellow-tan Asian, and this suits me really well, as an everyday (non-pink/red) lipstick. And it lasts, it doesn't even stain cups and can survive after meals. Its creamy, if you need the extra moisture though you can put balm underneath, but I don't even bother. I would totally recommend it

This could be close to HG.Wow.It is a perfect shade for warm toned redheads, kind of retro, doesn't go all funky colors and doesn't suck every last bit of moisture out of my lips.I used to wear a matte MAC l/s,Sepia,that I LOVED and of course like every MAC l/s I fall in love with it was discontinued.I loved it so much I had Three Custom Color replicate it for me,and while it was close,it wasn't the same. This looks super similar for a lot less $ (3 CC is about $25 per tube.) I will probably go and stock up on more (CVS has Revlon BOGOF on all items this week.)
I hope they don't d/c these; Revlon has a winner here.

HG for real. I have stayed away from mattes because they tend to be drying. Not so with this product. Such a pretty color too. Light brown, peachy, with staying power. I hope Revlon doesn't discontinue this line. I just wish there were more shades to choose from. I don't think this color could look bad on anyone. Perfect neutral.

This is the first lipstick that I've come back to after being a die-hard gloss/stain wearer for the past four years. I find this formula to be very feather-light, non-drying and a great neutral but distinctive color. I have been using it lately instead of my beloved Bobbi Brown clay lipstain pot of pigment--mostly because I don't need to apply it with my fingers (like BB) but get almost the same result at a fraction of the price. It looks great when I do a lipline of MAC plum liner and keeps it neat and crisp along my lipline. This is a winner and I intend to try another of the mauve-y neutral colors in this group.

LOVE the Revlon matte lippies, I think they beat MAC hands-down! (See my glowing review for the "Mauve It Over" shade). Cocoa Craving is warmer and deeper than Mauve It Over. I would describe it as a midtone peachy-nude brown with a touch of russet, quite similar to MAC Taupe. It works beautifully with my yellow-toned fair skin and red hair; while it is matte, it can be applied sheerly to allow the brown tones to mix with my pink lip tones for a very natural look. I would not recommend this for cool skin tones, but it's a soft and flattering warm brown that goes with dramatic eye makeup or no other makeup at all (midtone shades are awesome that way). And the matte formulation is *brilliant*: whisper-light, not drying, long-wearing, and almost transfer-proof. LOVE.

I didn't even know about this new matte shade from Revlon...I own just about every new color out there. This is a great matte medium brown, without looking dirty or flat on my lips. Great with any gloss, too, for that nude pout:)

Who wouldn't want another neutral lipstick in their arsenal ? I'm so enamored with the new matte lipsticks from Revlon, Cocoa Craving is a warm midtone matte brown, very 90's with a warm hit to it. It doesn't feather or bleed, it's really comfortable and practically weightless on the lips. My lips don't feel dry, it lasts really long and looks so 50's glamour. I've always loved Revlon lipsticks and this is no exception. I highly recommend.
