I haven't got a bad word to say about these - they are my favourite nail paints on a budget. The colours are always bang on trend but they still have classic colours too. Every time I wear a Barry M nail paint someone comments because they are so eye catching! I don't find that they chip like some people have said, as long as you add a top coat and base coat it will last about a week (unless your washing up, etc). They cost £2.95 and the range is vast; you will love these when you have tried them!

I love the various colours that are available in this line-Barry M always stays on trend and their take on shades is generally incredible.

However, I'm a person who wears painted nails every day, so I'm well equipped to judge polishes on staying power, etc. I find these polishes do tend to chip quite soon after application and they become lumpy after about a month in their bottles.

Still, the prices are fantastic so as long as you're not looking for classic red or some other shade you want to last a long time, you may as well purchase their varnishes for on trend takes on colour schemes!

My favourite brand of polish!
There are so many colours to choose from, they don't take too long to dry and the colour doesn't really chip much.

My favourite is 310 Mushroom, which I believe is relatively new.

Barry M is nail polish royalty, and they pretty much cover all bases.

I have just bought this in mushroom. A lovely light brown/beige. Good coverage with 2 coats. Smooth texture and does not chip easily. Great range of colours from classics to the latest catwalk offerings. Very well priced and often on offer at 2 for £5. Brilliant, you can't go wrong!

I have this in 119 Baby Pink. The colour looks like a pale milky neutral pink in the bottle but on the nails it's a massive head scratcher. It reminds me of the colour of punch. It has a warm base but with 2 coats it gets this neon-y pop with a hint of lilac. Complicated :)

It's opaque in 2 coats and creates a very pretty creamy mod look. This is one of thos polishes that make your hands and feet look extra tanned, I love it for the summer.

To make it a bit more office friendly I apply one coat and a glossy topcoat. This creates a pretty French mani effect without the brightness of two coats - this is a versatile polish!
Lasting power is average, it chips after 3 days (or a couple hot showers). It also dries a little slow, but for £3 I can forgive that. If Barry M came out with more conservative shades I'd definitely buy them :)

I adore Barry M nail polishes so much, the colour range is fantastic and they're really inexpensive compared to other nail polishes. The quality is also great and there's got to be at least one colour to suit every skin tone. My favourites happen to be pale purple, navy and grey.

Plus they're always on offer in Superdrug. There's no real reason not to try them :]

I love, love, love Barry M nail polishes! I have so, so many colours ranging from pastel to bright to glittery. I use both a basecoat & a topcoat & haven't had any issues with the polish chipping like some ladies have mentioned. I can get a good 10 days + wear with these polishes.

As with most glittery polishes, the Barry M polish can be slightly harder to remove than other polishes in this range, but I will make do with this because the polishes look so pretty on. My favourite is 297~Blue glitter. I always get compliments when I wear this shade!

You cannot beat the price of these polishes. They cost around £3.00 in the UK which for such good quality is fabulous. I would rather buy 3 of these polishes than one OPI where I feel the quality is very, very similar.

I will continue to buy these nail polishes over and over again. The price and quality is amazing! x

I have over 10 of these, they are cheap, pretty, longlasting, come in a large range of colours and easy to apply.
The only one that is really different in my collection is the red glittery one, which is the closest I will ever come to have Dorothy's red slippers!!! I love it on my toes, it lasts forever - but it is really a nightmare to remove,so bare that in mind if you apply the glittery formulations.
I personally find them as good as my OPI polishes, in fact better than some of them, plus and most importantly I never feel guilty about purchasing these.

I've used a few Barry M polishes, especially the coral but I don't use them anymore because I think that they chip pretty fast. They're such a good price though! and come in a ton of colours, like others have said. Especially their bright colours which are hard to find similar for the same price (drugstore brands).

BarryM nail-polishes are really nice - they come in loads of bright, opaque colours that really stand out, are not to thick and quite quick to dry. However, they do chip quite easily, and despite this I find them quite hard to remove with nail-varnish remover.

I bought one polish in grey while on vacation in London and wish I had bought more but I will definitely buy more next time. Wow! What a beautiful color and what is most impressive is the lasting power. This is opaque and not streaky. I wore this with Seche Vite as a top coat and it did not chip for 5 days - yes 5 days! This is my favorite polish right now. Love, love, love it!

I have about 10 of these, and think they're great. They're only around £2.85 each which is an absoloute steal as they give great coverage and the choice of colours is amazing - my favourites being Bright Pink, Coral and Mint Green. I do find some colours chip pretty quickly even with a good top coat, but that's my only complaint!

I love the BarryM range of polishes, there are so many different colours, from bold and bright to neutral and pretty.
Its really easy to apply, i have been buying them for years and none have gone gloopy or sticky.
The only problem is they pick off quite easily .

I have a few of these - off the top of my head: Vivid purple (love!), mint green, coral, cobalt blue, lime green, emerald green & a few others. I have to say I love them! Good range of colours, great value for money at £2.95 a pop, last for absolutely ages without chipping, even longer than some of my higher end polishes (though this may depend on your top/base coat) & they don't take too long to dry (a fast drying top coat can help if you're impatient). You need at least two coats to get even coverage, though I don't see this as a problem. My only problem with these is I have to stop myself from buying colours I know I'll never wear just cos the colourful bottles look so cute together!

I really like this nail polish. I only own one colour- bright pink but i will be buying more of these next time i need a nail polish. The colour bright pink 279 is so lovely and pretty. It is a real girly colour like a barie pink. I love the consistency of this nail polish it soesnt chip as easily as most other polishes i've tried and it feels really smooth on your nails. Also i believe the usually amount in most nail polishes is 8ml this one has 10ml so is slightly bigger than others. I really like the packaging, it makes it different from most other polishes. I would reccommend this polish and can't wait to try more colours :)
