Hands down the most effective mascara remover (yes even waterproof) that I have ever used. Sure, it smears a bit upon application, but I find that my makeup comes off very easily on the first go round. BUT-- why, oh WHY does Olay have to load every product with fragrance? I haven't found this irritating, but fragrance is inappropriate for use around the eye. This is great as an all around pre-cleanser for your face makeup. A initial swipe of this creamy formula will allow you to use less of your more expensive cleanser afterwards.
Update:
Although I find this effective at removing all types of mascara, the scent really turns me off. Olay really must stop adding so much fragrance to everything. It's so old hat.
This formulation also stings my eyelids sometimes. I'm demoting this to three stars.

I've been using this product now for almost a month and I'm still pretty undecided about it. It works pretty decent for my every day makeup (just a couple of colours eyeshadow and non waterproof mascara) but doesn't do much for my night time make up (which includes gel liner, waterproof mascara and darker shades of eye shadow). It smears all the black over my eye area and I have to go over it again with another clean cotton swap to make sure its all gone.
The product smells really nice but requires a lot of scrubbing. I will use this product until its gone but will probably be looking for a new product when it runs out.

I don't know if it's because my eyes are particularly sensitive or what, but I found that this stung my eyes badly. It sorta removes makeup for me, so it's good if I don't use it anywhere near my eyes I guess.

It takes every spec of my makeup off. I wear waterproof mascara and it takes most of it off but it leaves a little behind.

For my cover girl water-proof mascara, this remover is suck, seriously. I have to try very hard to remove it, and I don't think that's good to my lashes.
For the face makeup, I think it's so so, besides a little creamy feeling on the face.
Anyhow, I don't think I'll re-purchase that. :(

I don't like this makeup remover because it's a cream and so you really have to tug at your eyes before it removes any makeup. As well, it claims to remover waterproof mascara and although it does, you have to really pull and tug at your eyes for a long time in order to wash off all the mascara. And even afterwards, there will always be some left. Not a good makeup remover.

I like that it is a cream, but it tends to somehow always end up in a messy pile under the cap. Horrible packaging.

This product is complete crap! Not the biggest waste of $6.00 but pretty darn close. It doesn't even remove regular mascara so I would hate to see what it would do for water proof. I would have been better off with a dove beauty bar.

Smells nice, removes NORMAL makeup well enough, but my waterproof mascara claims another victim. Will definitely not repurchase.

I'm always on the lookout for something that removes waterproof mascara which I have to wear to keep the curl in my lashes that I work so hard to achieve. Sadly this product does not deliver on this aspect...not at all. WP mascara users, stick to the two stage removers like L'Oreal and Neutrogena which do a quicker job using less product.
That being said, Olay does dissolve and remove long wearing foundation quite nicely.....but then so do a lot of other products at a fraction of the price like Dove non-foaming for Sensitive Skin. Perhaps the Olay removes non-waterproof mascara really well...I did not test it for that. The package clearly states that it removes WP. I hate to disagree with Ohana below but my experience was far from positive.
