This would be great if it didn't have the microbeads in it. Somehow I just don't want to use a scrub product on my skin every day. Apart from that it is a pleasant creamy cleanser containing bha which my skin really likes. Unfortunately I can't find any other creamy foaming cleansers with bha in them, only fairly harsh ones.

This is my first anti aging cleanser, and i like it. I think the smell is nice and not to strong and im glad there's salicylic acid in there as well because of my acne prone skin. The micro beads are not to harsh and give a gentle exfoliation without tearing you're skin to shreds like other scrubs. Overall, its pretty decent for the price.
The only draw back is that when i checked the ingredients list SLS was near the top of the list. This kinda disturbed me because its a CREAM Cleanser! which has absolutely NO lathering at all. So i dont know why they need to put SLS in there, i almost didnt want to buy it; but since i had a coupon AND it was pretty cheap i gave in :/

I'm using a different face wash right now, I switch from using this. This made my face incredibly soft and it was incredibly gentle. It wasn't strong enough to help out with tough blemishes though so I took one lippy off. At the time I used this I didn't have a very good skin regimen so maybe if I had I would of loved it even more. I do recommend this to someone that just wants a nice gentle exfoliating cleanser and leave your skin incredibly soft. But if you're tackling blemishes, you'd need to bump up your treatments after.

i first bought this product because i'm a paranoid 26 year old with combination skin. i have to say, i will not be buying it again for the following reasons: it leaves a soapy residue feeling after rinsing, it did nothing for my breakouts, it leaves your skin feeling oily in humid weather, and the packaging sucks.

i didn't really see a difference, and i can't wait until i have an excuse to buy a new face wash. because it won't be this one.

I have only used this a few times, but so far so good. It is really creamy as the name implies and that's good for my dry skin. It hasn't seemed to dry out my skin at all and it actually makes it feel pretty soft. The smell is weird, but really nice, it's almost fruity. I like that is has salicylic acid in it. It has yet to cause any new breakouts, and the few blemishes that I do have seem to be going away.

Update: I don't know if it's this product or Olay complete moisturizer (since I started using them at the same time) or the combination of the two, but all of the dry patches on my face have completely disappeared after using these for a week.

I bought this because a friend recommended it to me and I had a coupon for it at a drug store. Man, I'm so pleased with this product, it's the one and only solution to my breakouts. I have oily skin and I used to have like 6-10 pimples around my chin and nose area everyday but now i have clear skin or at most one tiny one in a month. My skin is still oily by the end of the day though, but hardly any pimples. After each wash. my face would feel creamy and soft, and though it doesn't leave me squeeky clean, it doesn't break me out for the past 2 months i've been using it. Can't do without it now. Love the smell which reminds me of apples. I tried the daily regenerist cream wash and i find this two identical and couldn't tell the difference, just as good. Olay really impresses me with their products these days.

pretty good product, deep cleanse with anti aging affects. My face looks very renewed, fresh, and calm. I guess, changing my diet have a little to do with that. but overall, Im so glad I gave this a try.its good to start working on your beauty in your late 20's. This product works pretty good with my apricot scrub cleanser!!..I love this products, it makes your skin feel smooth afterwards. I usually leave it on for a minute or longer and you can definitely tell the difference. I have been using this product for more than a month now and I haven't seen too much improvements but I just like how it feels and it definitely controls my acne, I haven't been breaking out as much and if I do breakout they only last a day or two. Definitely give it a try, but I would reccommend the apricot scrub along ith it!

While I thought the smell of the product was going to be pleasant, and the promises on the tube looked, well, promising... it was not as I had hoped.

The smell was a little less pleasant once I had it on my skin.
I did NOT like that the formula doesn't lather, and I felt like I was putting something oily on my skin. It does have exfoliator beads that aren't too harsh, but on the flip side, I didn't feel like the contributed much to the overall effectiveness, either.

It certainly does feel creamy, and made my skin feel soft after a few uses, but overall, I did not like the way it was so creamy on my skin while washing, because I felt like I wasn't really doing much to actually cleanse my skin. This may be a desirable consistency for some, but since I already have somewhat oily skin, I did not appreciate this.

I really don't think this product did anything to help get rid of my breakouts, and I think if I had continued using it, it may be a pore-clogger. I know I spotted " sodium lauryl sulfate" on this ingredient list, which was also one of the big no-no's on a comedogenic/non-comedigenic ingredient comparison chart. Unfortunately for me, I only spotted this ingredient after I had the product home and had used it a few times. I won't chance more breakouts by finishing of the tube, so this ended up being a waste.

I cannot attest to the anti-aging aspects of the product, as I am in my mid-twenties, and I did not use the product for an extended period of time.

Maybe this formulation is better for dry NON-acne prone skin?

I read somewhere that after you hit 30 you need to let go of the lather up foamy cleansers for something else. This is the something else that I found useful. It's a cream cleanser with a few beads. So it helps a little with exfoliation which 30 something women will need extra help on every week as opposed to every other week back in our 20's.
I love how this cream cleanser makes me feel after I rinse it off. My skin feels very smooth and very clean. I don't much see any anti aging with this product but if the fact that it doesn't completely dry me out is there way to keep me moisturized then that's it.
But you know how some eyeliners or mascaras are tough to remove? That you either revert back to the classic cold cream make up remover or these nouveau eye make up removers i.e. from l'oreal dermo or lancome's effacil? Well with this cleanser, I have to do a once over, then repeat around the eye area to get rid of the gel liner or some mascara or eyeliner that have migrated to my lower lid and or outer corner of my eyes.
I also wish that it came out in a pump action bottle instead of a tube.

This is ok...I liked the fact it made my skin pretty clean for the most part and never dried my skin out. I didn't noticed any anti aging benefits and I've been using this for many months...I'm thinking of going back to MK Timewise 3n1 cleanser after this is gone.

I bought this cleanser about three weeks ago because I had a coupon and wanted to try something new. I wasn't sure if it was going to work well for me since my face is very oily but can dry out incredibly easily, so cream cleansers aren't always the best....but I was wrong! This is a great cleanser. I love the smell, it's light and fresh....it gets rid of all my makeup, and makes my skin so soft. Within a week, my skin was clearing up and I didn't have as many blemishes. In the past two weeks, I've only had 2 blemishes, which is pretty good for me, seeing as I used to break out once a day usually.

This is slightly thicker than MKCC#2 but doesn't foam or rinse off very well, it's probably meant to be used with a washcloth. I find it to be very fragrance and greasy but oddly enough it didn't sting my skin like many other cleansers do. My skin is combination this time of year but peely due to overzealous use of Differin, very sensitive due to rosacea. I would recommend this for less sensitive dry to very dry skin, I'm sure it'd be great to remove makeup if used with a washcloth.

Overall this isn't a bad cleanser. I was looking for something more the consistency of Mary Kay 3 in 1 (you might be asking, well why don't you buy more of the MK 3 in 1? well it doesn't clean very well lol). This cleanser does seem to remove my make up very well and it does leave my skin soft. I have two somewhat minor gripes, 1). while i liked the smell when i lifted the top in the store and took a whiff, when you actually use this cleanser it smells like nair - or whatever they put in nair or some other hair removal cream that is supposed to smell good but really has a faint sour @ss smell to it. 2). my face fells slightly itchy for the first 30 min or so after i use it. Its working okay, i was just hoping to love it and find something more the consistency of the MK 3 in 1.

So far I have to say I really like this cleanser. Its not as thick as I thought it would be, but it does the job at getting my face clean and leaves it soft. It doesnt leave any film on my face or anything..all in all I'm not sure If I will repurchase this again. I'll use the whole tube first and then decide. I may try Mary Kay's 3-in1 cleanser next for normal to dry skin.

Over all not great, but not bad either.

EDIT: 5/6/2008 So after using 3/4 of a tube of this stuff, I've decided that its crap and I'm not going to ever buy this again! It doesnt feel like its leaving my face clean, and it doesnt feel any softer. Even after I use my toner, my face still feels like crap sometimes. and i dont even do that much at work! So into the trash it went. I'll stick to my Mary Kay.

This is Olay's cream cleanser for the (7 in 1 anti-aging line). The cleanser comes in a tube, and almost looks and feels like lotion when you squeeze it out of the tube. Immediately after I washed it off, my skin felt extremely soft and moisturized. My one problem with this was when I went to dry my wet face on my towel, I had a little bit of makeup rub off. I find this dissapointing, as the only thing I had on was powder. For a cleanser I expect it to get all the makeup (not including eyemakeup...i have an eyemakeup remover for that) off without having to use another product like a makeup removing wipe. I would expect a cleanser to cleanse the makeup off!! I'm a bit dissapointed, but I will continue to use and see if I get better results. I am amazed at how soft this made my skin...so I'm going to give it another chance.
