The smell, OMG, it is so awful that gave me nausea. Smell it before buying it.

I got this is the shade M1 (medium beige). I already own the Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme and I thought of getting this as a cheap alternative so I won't easily run out of the Revlon one. Unfortunately, this does not keep me matte. I was oily within a few hours of wearing this foundation. It does not glide one as smoothly as the whipped creme from Revlon and it only gives a medium coverage. I will still continue to use this but this certainly cannot substitute for the Revlon whipped creme. One lippie off for not being able to keep me matte.

This is one of the foundations I used as a teenager, did it do the job? Yes. Would I buy it today? No I wouldn't. Not saying it's a bad product just I have moved on to different foundation types and different brands. It's easy to apply and is medium-full coverage. Only negative be careful choosing the right shade for you Does leave a white powder/cakey feel.

Covers up blemishes easily and keeps my skin pretty matte all day, even without finishing powder. I was somewhat surprised by the negative reviews but maybe one difference is that I apply this foundation with a stipple brush and then blend it with sponge. I'm not super acne prone but this foundation doesnt make me break out.

I only bought this because I was travelling to the big city for a few days and, due to a last-minute rush, forgot to pack my makeup kit. Not wanting to spend any more money than I had to but acknowledging that I needed to put a face on if I wanted to go out, I sucked it up and went to the drugstore.

Never. Again.

Wearing Dream Matte Mouse made me feel like I had regressed back to being an acne-ridden teenager, which was when I last used foundation this strongly-scented, chemical-laden, and cakey-looking to cover up my imperfections. My pores immediately felt clogged, my face started to itch, and I could practically feel my skin screaming "NOOOOOO!!!!!!"

Of course, after starting to use mineral powder foundation, you never go back. This experience just confirmed it. Just looking at the ingredients -- "Cyclopentasiloxane! Dimethicone! Squalene!" -- made me shudder. Looking at myself in the mirror made me shudder even more. And throughout the two days I wore this foundation, I felt extremely conscious about the way I smelled. Good thing it was only temporary.

Farewell and good riddance, emergency Matte Mouse. I'm glad you were only a Dream.

TERRIBLE formula! the idea of the dream mousse sounded so nice but its very patchy. you apply it all over your face then there are parts left darker or lighter than others. just weird. offers pretty average coverage but it doesn't last.

I loved this foundation at first. It covered my blemishes well and controlled my oil. But a week after using this, I broke out so much, even on my cheeks and chin where I last had an acne when I was 16! It would have been fine if those acne were just small zits but no! I developed cystic acne that forced me to go to a dermatologist since they would not go away. This does not oxidize and does not make me ashy. But I would prefer it to do those than cause breakouts. I have three of this jars because the makeup store had a buy one take one promo and my sister gave hers to me since it also caused her breakouts. I am still trying to look for a way to use this or at the very least block my skin from this foundation since I dont want to throw all 3 jars! If you have any tips, please tell me :(( you can comment on my blog if you have any tips. I am that desperate!!!!

I saw someone saying it was like this was designed for people new to foundations, and I must agree. I don't really see how you can enjoy this when you've tried a bunch of different foundations. The texture felt promising at first, all fluffy and smooth, but it goes on incredibly thick and cakey rather than light and airy. It doesn't sink into the skin at all, and the result doesn't look natural in the slightest. You also don't get much in a pot like that, making it not worth the money.

We all love a good drugstore foundation to save us a few wonga. But this is not it.

Mousse foundation has never been a win for me but I've tried many better than this product. This does not glide over the face and is way too thick and clumpy. I feel like this foundation was specifically made for 14 year old newbies who don't really know what they're doing! The colour choice is very limited too. I love the texture of mousse on the back of your hand but is totally different once it's covering your face, too cakey and you feel like it is just sinking into every pore.
The price is very inexpensive but I would not pay more than the marked price for this product. The only pro is the way it feels on the hand and the packaging is quite sophisticated compacted into a little glass tub, even ideal for travel and will fit into any make up bag.

Really disappointed with this product and will not bother repurchasing.
