Mixed views on this.I can achieve a very sooty dense black lash effect with this.. but my lashes feel dried out, crispy when its on/ and when i finally get it off, with clinique take the day off,i lose lashes and i always feel like the ones i have left are damaged.not worth it at all.

Best brush of any mascara.Shorter wand, bristles allow you to get all the way to the base of the lash, but they are separate enough to get the right amount of product on the lash.
No smudging, no flaking, no smearing and I live in semi tropical climate ANd have mucho oily skin.
Super black and glossy and stays that way throughout the day.
Comes off very easily, with warm water.
No lash loss.
Absolute mascara I have ever used. I was using doll eye, but this is better. 14 bucks at the clinique counter.
So so so so so happy.

My new favorite mascara. Switching from fiberwig. Better because:
1. Cheaper by quite a bit
2. Easier to apply IMO
3. More thickening and length with a single application
4 Like Fiberwig, no smudging or smearing, tear-proof, and comes off easily with water
Love it and it WILL be my new HG.

I really like this mascara! If you like tubing mascara or have wanted to try one without paying $25 for Kiss Me you should consider this one. After being spoiled by Kiss Me I only use tubing mascara now and try any new ones that come out. I don't get great length or volume but I also don't like the look of all that mascara that so many seem to love so for me this is just perfect. What I really love is that there is simply no smudging which used to be a huge issue for me. Of course tubing mascara comes off easily and this is no exception. (Those who are having trouble must be new to tubing mascara. You don't use a remover. They don't work. You simply rub your eyes lightly with warm water and the tubes slip off the lashes. Very simple and easy. )

This mascara does exactly what it says it will do. Tears are 98.6 degrees; it's waterproof to 102. It can be as subtle or dramatic as you like, depending on the number of brushstrokes. The occasional smudge or flake is almost unavoidable with any mascara, but I've experienced very few with Lash Power and I think it's healthier than Gentle Waterproof (which I used and loved for many years, but was drying out my lashes - see my review of Talika Lipocils). I'm now on my fourth or fifth tube. Although I'm blonde, I've never worn brown mascara in my life because my lashes are quite dark, but accidentally bought a tube of Chocolate Kiss and now prefer it for daytime (still black at night, of course). I wear contacts and often sleep in them - no problems at all from this product. That said, certain ingredients may irritate different people and no product can work for everyone. For me, it's a great find.

This is my favorite mascara. I have tried many, ranging in price from 3 to 25 dollars, and this is still my favorite. I have naturally long lashes, but they are blond, so I must wear mascara, but I have no need for lengthening, so I can't comment on how it works for that. It gives me the volume I like my lashes to have, and it darkens them nicely. It really isn't too dramatic, but it works for daily use. My favorite part is how well it fits into my lifestyle. I don't like spending a lot of time removing my makeup and I usually take my showers at night. At the end of the day, I just jump in the shower and my mascara comes right off, in clumps, but that doesn't bother me. Since it requires warm water to be removed, I don't get the raccoon eyes that I usually get with non waterproof mascaras, but I don't have to take time to use waterproof make up remover. Sometimes I try new mascaras, but I always return to this one for daily wear.

This mascara has a smaller brush that I use as a sort of finisher to help get all those baby lashes along the inner corners of my eyes. Works great!

I agree that this mascara can be difficult to remove. However, it stays on without smudging!! For those of you who end up with raccoon eyes by mid-day, try this mascara. Even waterproof smudges on me. But I use this on my bottom lashes only, then a waterproof formula of the mascara I love on the top. That gives me the lashes I want on top (most important), and non smudging on the bottom. This works well for me!

My initial reaction to this wasn't so good. I hated to not use it, as it's not like buying a $5 tube of drugstore mascara. I now really like it a lot. I have always had horrible luck with Clinique mascara. I never purchased any from them, just tried the ones that came as a gift with purchase. This one I decided to buy, because I have a hard time with raccoon eyes from mascara. I didn't find it to be thickening enough at first. But after messing around with it, I find it is very buildable, and I don't have a problem with it getting spiky or clumping. I don't get any smudging at all with it, even after a long day. My biggest challenge was figuring out how to get it off. The sales associate told me it would wash off, but I couldn't make that work. Eye makeup remover didn't work either. I went back to the counter, and she told me the key is to use warm enough water. That has made a difference, but it still is a little odd the way it comes off, kind of in flaky clumps. But I am willing to deal with that due to the lasting quality of this mascara. I still really like Max Factor 2000 Calorie, but this is more smudgeproof for me.
