I love my Talika but decided to get this to layer (cause I am a greedy greedy girl ;)) and I must admit that they worked divinely for me me together. I have longish straight black lashes, a bit on the sparse side and with a bit of thinkness to them, but I like the extreme natural look that these two have given me. I have a nice curl to my lashes now that I didnt have before and they have gotten significantly longer, softer, stronger and just plain marvelous!!! Its like getting the best of both two products.

I was very skeptical about this product - but decided to give it a try anyway. I am so glad I did!! It honestly, really, truly - no lie - makes a difference. My lashes are longer, thicker, and mascara seems to 'stick' better - I had pretty decent lashes to begin with, but now I swear it looks like I'm wearing false eyelashes. Definitely worth the money and the two minutes it takes every night to apply. I found it at http://www.metrobeauty.com , and it only took two days to get the product.

I don't know if it was supposed to lengthen my lashes through consistent application, but it most certainly did strengthen them! I wear wp mascara daily because of the humid weather in Singapoe, so removing is a pain in the a**. Tough tugging and all that, so lashes were really brittle and dropping like nuts (woe be me...) Friend recommended me this product, she said it would make my lashes GROW!. heh. It did grow. I am not sure if the lashes grew longer, however after a month of usage I could see *small* short lashes at places lashes never grew before. Niceee. But after finishing 1 bottle I didn't go back to it...... Now the lashes are weak again. Think I'll try Talika next! :)

Like Mayra below, I have thick, long lashes, but also seem to lose a lot of them, specially during wintertime. I had previously tried Talika Lipocils, which not only made my lashes brittle and hard, it did absolutely nothing to stop their sheding or to encourage growth. Having heard about Mavalaīs formula (which is much more affordable), I decided to give it a try, specially with winter approaching. Iīve been using this over a month now and can definitely attest that my lahes feel and look fuller and stronger. Actually, they look just as if Iīve applied a coat of my beloved Maybelline Full NīSoft mascara in black brown! I barely notice any sheding anymore; Iīd say about 50% less lashes fall off. Another thing is I have very sensitive eyes due to seasonal allergies (sometimes even water iritates them) and this formula hasnīt given me any problems.

Okay, this product probably doesn't make your lashes any longer or thicker. But it does make them soft and strong. I notice since using this for 3 months, I am not losing so many lashes. Plus, my lashes feel softer and my mascara goes on prettier and glossier. I will probably repurchase.
EDIT: I stopped using this when I finished that tube/jar. But I purchased again and I'm so glad I did. Maybe that one was a dud?! Since using Double Lash again my lashes are longer and more plentiful. They are still not thicker, but that's okay. Even my husband noticed the difference in a month.

I use this product to condition my eyelash. I didn't expect it to grow longer or thicker like it advertised, because I can't buy that fact. I choose this brand out of other brands because of the ingredients. I'm a person that is picky with a products ingredients. After going into chemistry and doing bioengineering, you can say I became very selective.

After using it for a month, my super stubborn eyelash [I have thick hard eyelash that only goes straight up, and hardly will curl without apply some kind of mascara base to soften it =( ] got softer and curl up a bit more by itself without the help of an eyelash curler. Beside that, my eyelash grow even thicker and longer, which is nice =). I also use it for my eyebrows too, just to see if they can grow any thicker, and they did!

I suggest it for those who have weak eyelash that break down easily, sparse, short and wish it can be longer, or stubborn eyelash like mine. It helps, and I personally think this is the best brand out there in this field. www.folica.com have the best price available for it, 13.50. It's the lowest I can find, because some places will sell up to 20.

Ok, let's start off by saying that if there was a contest for the most sorriest looking eyelashes, I would win hands down. My eyelashes are short, thin, straight and sparse. Without mascara you cannot even see my eyelashes. And with mascara, they are only mildly better. That being said, after 1 month of using Mavala Double Lash, if I look at my naked lashes, I do not notice much of a difference. However, when I apply mascara, I notice that the mascara "takes to my lashes" a lot better. The mascara glides on more smoothly and less clumpy. When I use a primer or a mascara with fibres, the fibres extend beyond my natural lashes more. I think that this product acts like a lash conditioner (like hair conditioner) and makes the lashes smoother and gives it a healthier texture. So after a month of using this product, if I apply mascara I would probably be eliminated from the "sorry-looking eyelashes contest." Worth a try. It's about $11 Canadian at drug stores.

i have mixed feelings about this product, i think it made a tiny difference in the length of my lashes but maybe its just my imagination hoping this is a miracle product that will make my short eyelashes grow:( blah..i dont think it really helped ..maybe conditioned a little bit...i might buy this again, its cheap and keeps my lashes somewhat conditioned? im not sure... i'll update it if i see anything wrong with it..so far i've used it for 6 months..hmmm

=== EDIT ===
OK girls, i've finally used this bottle up. I really don't notice a significant difference in my lash length, but there are times when i look in the mirror and say" oh..my lashes kinda look longer" but that could be my brain tricking me, because i hoped this was that *miracle* stuff in a bottle thing. I don't think i'll be re-purchasing this in the future.

I bought this b/c my eyelashes turned dry and brittle after taking Accutane for 6 months. I don't notice my eyelashes being any longer or thicker than they were, but this product is a great lash conditioner. I can definitely tell a difference in the way my mascara applies since I've been using this product - it's smoother and less clumpy and my eyelashes look much glossier. I'd buy this again, but I'd also like to find a product that really does make your lashes grow and thicken?

I have long thick lashes so I'm always looking for products to maintain my beauties. :-)(if I may say so myself, lol) I Wanted to love this but in turn gave me a small irritation on my eyes. This stung for some reason and I'm sure it should not have. Mavala makes excellent products. I use most of their hand and nail line and have never experienced allergic reactions or problems and recommend it wholeheartedly. This however, I do not. :-(
