I wear waterproof mascara. This is the only product that gets it off, first time, every time. AND not oily film left on my eyes. I love it!

I have been using these for well over a year and I am in love! They take off every trace of make-up, even waterproof mascara and those long lasting foundations that can be stuborn. They dont burn or irritate my skin at all! Sometimes when I am feeling lazy, which is alot more often than it should be, I use these before bed instead of doing my normal routine and I wake up with wonderful blemish free skin. The packaging is alright, I have no complaints with it although it could be better. I have repurchased these over and over again and will continue to do so until the end of time!

I used to use Dove Pre-Moistened cleansing towelettes and I loved them, but of course they are now discontinued. So I hit the streets trying to find another makeup removal towelette that I could take my makeup off with (before working out or touching up my makeup after work) so I tried the Neutrogena towelettes. To my dismay they leave a greasy residue behind like many of the others do, so I end up having to wash my face after using them (which totally defeats the purpose). So anyone looking for a non-greasy towelette probably won't like this one either. I read some reviews on the Almay makeup remover so I think I'll give that a try.

I was really looking forward to using these for the convenience and the lovely smell to them. However they are not for me. The residue they leave on your face is oily and yucky and the smell really bothered my eyes. I could even sort of taste it! Too bad. Neutrogena makes the best products as far as I am concerned, but they need to refine this product.

These work better than all the other cleansing towelettes I've tried for removing makeup. They take off all my waterproof mascara and are very convenient since you only need the towelette and it will remove everything on your face. I've always followed it with another cleanser though, so I don't know how it feels like to clean your face with just that. The packaging doesn't seal very well so if you leave them out without using them for a long time, the towelettes will dry out a bit. But if you use them regularly, it will be no problem. Would be very convenient for traveling too. It is quite expensive for what it is though. Even a high-end makeup remover in a bottle is more economical than this.

They only had the refill packs at my store. These removed makeup pretty well, but I still had to follow with my regular cleanser. These REALLY aggravated my eyes--itching, burning, redness. I tried once on 2 separate occassions and it happened both times. Too bad, it was a nice concept. I have sensitive, sometimes acne-prone skin. The reviews are good, but it just didn't work for me.

I originally bought these for nights out when I didn't want to carry my cleanser, moisturizers, etc. around w/me. It's portable and easy to use, which I love, and really does take my make-up off effectively. I don't feel as clean afterwards as I do using my whole cleansing line up, but in a pinch this works great. At first the residue it leaves behind bugged me...I felt greasy and kind of clogged up. But it does seem to sink in after a while and makes my skin feel softer. No breakouts or irritation either. I have a hard time finding products I don't react to and I'm happy this is one of the few new peoducts I can use with no problems. I did take one lippie off b/c I can't use them in the mornings...the residue makes applying make-up afterwards a problem.

I love this product! I don't understand some of the bad reviews - for me, it works great. I've tried ALL the other makeup remover towelettes and these are the gentlest of them all BY FAR, and do a great job of removing all my makeup. I use them at night, then I rinse ( even though the package says there's no need to) and follow with the Neutrogena fresh foaming cleanser - this routine really improved my skin. No more breakouts cause by left-over traces of makeup! It's so gentle too... and you only need about half of the towelette (I just cut mine in half with my hand - it's very easy) and save the other half for later. These are the best makeup remover towelettes in my book.

These remove everything fast and easily, except for mascara, they get some mascara off but not all. They do work better than other similiar towelletes on removing the rest of my makeup. My skin feels nice after using them, conditioned and clean.

This is a good makeup remover, i've been through many, some that make my skin too oily others that make it too dry but this removes my makeup and leaves my skin feeling soft. the only thing i didn't like is that the wipes aren't that wet, they could be moister. the packaging is good.

At first I thought these were great because they did the job and were easy. But after a few days, my skin has broken out horribly, when it has been clear for months. I think the semi-greasy film left behind is what clogged my pores. These probably aren't good for people with acne prone or oily skin. I also had to use several of these to see a completely white, makeup free cloth. One alone left a lot of makeup behind. And because they irritated my eyes, I won't be able to use them as an eye makeup remover. These are going in the trash.

I haven't had much luck with other wipes; Ponds are too dry, & the Olay express wipes sting my eyes something fierce! These are great--no eye irritation, takes off all my makeup easily, and a nice scent. I'm on my 4th or 5th package!

I ran out of my MAC Demi-Wipes when I saw Neutrogena's version so I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. The towelettes are thicker than demi-wipes and remove all my make-up just as well. Definitely impressed. Love the convenience of these too. Edited: It doesn't remove my mascara as well as MAC's so I had to deduct some lippies.

I had a package of Ponds Towelettes but I was not happy with the result, so I bought this. In comparison, the price is higher but this one does a better job in cleansing. Also, my skin feels great after using it. Also, this is highly effective in removing waterproof eye makeup.

I have norm/dry skin that can be sensitive so I was hesitant on trying these. I didn't have a great experience w/ the Ponds wipes at all (very dry) but did like these. These wipes are perfect for those lazy, "I can't wash my face the right way" nights. I was pleased w/ this product! Did not break me out, my skin felt very soft but not greasy. I like the packaging which looks OK to leave on the vanity and hopefully will protect the wipes from drying out. I didn't even use moisterizer afterwards! Cons - I don't particularly like the slightly perfumey scent and the wipes can't get my MAC zoomlash mascara off which drops this down to 3 lippies - that is a huge factor for me. Overall decent product that I plan to use on occasion. May or may not repurchase.

Okay. I have only used this on my eyes because I was told that Neutrogena came out with an eye makeup remover so I went to buy it. Well, I grabbed this thinking it was the eye makeup remover since that was all i saw on the shelf. Needless to say, this still works great! I have not used it on the rest of my face because i break out from anything but around the eye area it works wonders! It completely removes all my waterproof makeup and doesn't leave a greasy residue behind. I also tend to get little white heads from any product that touches my eye area, but amazingly this hasn't done it! I love these and would repurchase. The only suggestion I have is, if you want to use these as just eye makeup remover cloths to cut them. One cloth is HUGE! I know it's intended for your entire face, but I just like them as eye makeup remover cloths.

I'm on my third round of these. I got them after I was out of my MAC make up removing toweletts, and I'm hooked on them. They take off eye make up wonderfully, which in shower cleaners never get all off, so I usually use them to get that stubborn mascara left on the lower lid. I have sensitive skin and these caused no break outs. My sister is also hooked on them. They are great for when you get in late and are feeling lazy, or just to get those last bits of stubborn eye make up off.

this wasnt the best cloth cleanser i have ever tried Noxema cleansing clothes are much better. to me it smelled nice but it didnt do a great job of totally cleansing my face and it was too dry to really get anything done. and ok product but i have found better.

update: i actually have come to like these. During the winter, these are gentle and moisturizing.I like more deep cleaning ones for hot summers though. Although i do like wetter ones these have not irritated me. If i cant find Olay Sensetive Skin face wipes or the Noxema i will be very happy to get these.

update: This has become a staple for me, use them every night and I felt like they weren't cleansing enough, but I've learned that squeaky clean skin eventually leads to irritated, dry skin. I do use a my J&J head to toe to make sure all the makeup is off.
