Let me begin by saying I hate mascara as a rule...I don't like the way it feels on my lashes and b/c my lashes are fairly long on their own I often think it makes them look fake...but not good fake, bad fake. Anyways I always try the sample ones I get w/ GWPs and none of them ever thrill me...I've tried Chanel, Lancome, etc. I tried this one after reading through all the positive reviews here and it is quite nice I'm happy to say. It looks natural and stays soft on the eyelashes. I usually constantly notice mascara when I wear it and have to suppress the urge to touch my lashes so I don't screw up the mascara and get flakes but with this I actually forgot I was wearing it so I caught myself 2x touching my lashes to itch or whatever and realized "oh damn, I forgot I had on mascara today"...so this is not irritating, to me at least, which is impressive in itself.

I have to agree with the review below mine that while this does give soft instead of crunchy hard lashes it does not deliver for fullness. If you have naturally abundant lashes you will love this. If you don't look elsewhere or use if you like thin spider leg lashes.

I must say this mascara did not work for me. Yes, it made my lashes soft and they didn't flake but that was it really. I like my lashes to be thick and full and this just did not do it for me.

I am in love with this mascara. I have been searching for a great mascara and have found one. I love this mascara for full healthy looking lashes. This is buildable and does not smudge or flake. I have been using it for about 4 months and really like it! this is the mascara i go to when i am looking for volume. the price is so cheap too. The downside, it can really flake in humid weather...and i mean FLAKE!

I've used this product for years and I really like it. It works well with my lashes since mine are short and thin! I think for the price it is very good.
Although, I've recently switched to Dior DiorShow which works wonders for my skimpy lashes!
Okay, ever since I've switched to higher end brands, I find this one very lacking. If you were blessed with beautiful thick lashes and need something to make them pop a bit then this one is for you. NO clumps, very natural, love the color, but it just didn't do it for me. Soft lashes and a little bit of lengthening.
I have very thin straight lashes and this one doesn't hold a curl well and not much thickening unfortunately. Super cheap though, as I bought this at CVS and they're having a buy one get one free sale for all their maybelline mascara products (minus the pulsing one). Bought two mascaras for $9. Dirt cheap! compared to my lovely diorshow for $28+.
I'm still in the lookout for a comparable mascara that i can find a the local cvs.

I've been using this for 8 years. One of the best out there and the least $$. I try other mascaras occasionally to mix it up, but always come back to this one. I like how it doesn't make your lashes stiff and clumpy, just soft and natural. Add more and it can get a lot more dramatic. If you've never tried this one, where have you been? Go get one.

I am not as impressed with this as I hoped to be. I believe there may be another product out there that produces better results for me. I found that it's missing that "wow" factor for me. I feel this does have some good qualities for the price. I like that it did lengthen, added some volume, and it did make my lashes feel soft, but for some reason the blackest black still looked a little too "blah". I also noticed mascara on my upper lids, which I can not stand! I would most likey not buy again for these reasons, but it's by far not terrible either. I just think I have seen better. I may spend some money and purchase Lancome or Chanel. I have read good things on them also.

I like this stuff a lot, I just wish the formula was more consistent. I've bought this a couple times and the formula has been weird and too runny. Other than that.. it does live up to it's name!!

I have tried all kinds of mascara high end and drugstore...this is by far one of the best quality mascaras I have tried! So pleased my lashes look natural ....no clumps.........wondering why I had not tried sooner.....wil definitely repurchase....This mascara is better than most the high ends I've tried!

This is, so far, the best mascara I have worn - and believe me, I've tried MANY different kinds. Maybelline's Full n Soft lives up to it's name, as it definitely gives you full lashes, without clumping, and leaves your lashes feeling very soft - not hard or brittle. It hasn't caused any of my lashes to fall off yet and is harmless. It is a very pleasant mascara and looks somewhat natural. It is not too intense, and gives your lashes a nice, soft look that's noticeable. It has evened lengthened the look of my lashes quite a bit which is nice. Overall, this mascara does what it says and has made my eyelashes look great! I love this product.
