This is wonderful product to have on hand to smooth over freshly cleaned and damp skin and I don't have words to tell you how soft your skin will be afterwards. I also use this oil for one of those back woods, country, southern homemade beauty tips that I learned from my mother. I put approx. a teaspoon of granulated sugar in my hand, moisten it with baby oil, rub this concoction all over both hands, then wash my hands and I am left with satiny smooth soft hands. This is the best hand exfoliator I have ever used and I thank my mother often for passing on these old school inexpensive beauty tips to me so I am paying it forward.
I always have a bottle of HG product on hand and IMHO so should you.

For the record, (cause people seem to love this product) it isn't any good to me. I used this to remove waterproof eyeliner and it took me friggin long for the eyeliner to disappear. I think some got into my eye, and guess what... I had a stye! I'm never putting it near my eye ever again.. I still have a stye, thanks to this product. and no, it isn't because I didn't wash my face. Of course, it also felt weird after cleaning my eyes with it. My vision looked blurry too. If you love this product, just always make sure to avoid contact with your eye or mouth.

I agree with most , that baby oil is great for removing mascara, heavy makeup and for retaining moisture in your skin but please be aware of how dangerous baby oil or even bath or massage oils can be to young children if swallowed. Most people don't know that many young children die every year after ingesting baby oil as it causes them to vomit and breathe it in. Please, if you have young children, keep it out of reach and not in your shower or unlocked cupboards.

This stuff is great. I was using Oilatum Bath and Shower Oil as a recommendation from my derm, but after I looked at the ingredient list, it was predominately mineral oil. Oilatum was about double the price, so I decided that I would give baby oil a shot. Years and years ago I used it to shave my legs, and I remember liking it except it made my razor hard to clean. I now use this right after showering, apply it to my damp skin and towel off. I have such dry skin (from my eczema) that after it absorbs I apply lotion on top. This has really helped my legs. I get itchy very easily, and baby oil has gone a long way towards helping it. I would definitely buy again.

Why oh why did I allow a girlfriend to talk me out of using this product many years ago? She hated anything with mineral oil while I blithely used it everywhere and had no problems. So I went through my thirties and forties using all kinds of lotions and weird potions, the costs becoming ever higher because my skin always seemed dry. I reverted to EVOO which worked okay but it always went rancid in the bathroom and appying a fine film was not possible.
Two weeks ago I decided to give the good old baby oil a try. My cracked elbows and scaley knees are now super smooth and soft without needing to be exfoliated every other day. My legs are soft to the touch after just rubbing in a fine film of the miracle oil.
My daughter cannot go near mineral oil so if you are one of the females whose skin freaks out from it, well, to each her own and I hope you find your own. But I love this product. The bottle is a tricky thing -- you need to apply just a small amount of pressure for the oil to come out, but once you get used to using it, no spills will occur. I will say, however, that when I dumped the baby oil wayyyy back when, it was to use EVOO during my pregnancies, and I have to admit that I have no stretch marks. I was laughed at quite a bit among the Lamaze gals but I did my thing anyway and so should any female regarding what works for her skin. I have good skin genetically but the olive oil is good for skin going through severe change. I prefer the baby oil now because it really does baby me in the nicest of ways.

Sooo wonderfully convenient to use in the shower, instead of bothering with lotions or creams afterwards. Such effortlessly beautiful and glowing skin. Can't believe I didn't try this before. Granted, I'll probably only get away with 10-15 applications from a bottle, but it's one of the cheapest things you'll come across, so I think I'll manage. GLORIOUS.

I love this stuff! You apply right after you shower onto wet skin, and pat or wipe dry with your towel. Your skin is so incredibly smooth, and it is much easier to apply than lotion. It lasts a long time, I have been using a 3 oz. bottle everyday for a month and it is almost halfway done. You need 2 handfuls for your body. I use one for my legs, and one for my arms and the rest of my body. The smell of it is nice and clean, smells like baby powder. I would buy again over and over.

LOVE IT! Best moisturizer ever. The longer you use it the softer your skin becomes. I can't beleive how baby soft my skin is. Much easier than applying lotion with a much greater pay off! Following the directions on the package, apply to damp skin and pat dry..AMAZING!

i always use this in the shower after i cleanse. while my skin is wet or damp, i put this on, so much easier than lotion, no need to rub in and i would have baby soft skin even in the winter times. a stable in the shower. this would help to lock in moisture. althought this is greasy, im determine to use it cuz the results are worth the drying tmie.

Baby oil is a beauty staple. I use it to moisturize, remove makeup and to remove wax that's stuck to my skin. Works wonders.
