I'm a fan of this mascara. My friend of mine swore by Falsies so when I went to Target and saw they had it on sale for below $5, I swooped one up. It does have a bit of clumpage toward the end but maybe thats why its "black drama?" Overall, it does a nice lift of my lashes and coats it well.
I've tried Diorshow, Bad Gal and for the price of this, I like it! It lifts and gets the job done if you curl your lashes!

ill start by saying this product is a NO GO. the price is around 7.99 and thats expensive for this mascara that doesn't work very well. i saw the commercial of it and decided to try it out, it doesnt hold a curl, makes your lashes look the same but just blacker. do not waste your money on this stuff trust me

I really wanted to like this mascara and I did for the first hour I had it on.
When I went to the mirror I looked like a racoon. So the search for a decent mascara is on again.

This mascara gives lots of volume and length, but only because it becomes one big clump of eyelashes. My mom made me take it off cuz it looked so bad. Also it was like trying to remove glue even with my makeup remover that is supposed to remove water proof makeup.

its just an average mascara. it gives good volume, i guess, but it doesnt separate my lashes well at all. i wont repurchase.

First let me say that the commercial for this mascara sets me off every time I see it...the model (who is CLEALY wearing Lambchop-ish falsh lashes) crumples a pack of false lashes because (they want you to think) she doesn't need them. Gimme a break, Maybelline. We all know she wasn't born with it, and it's definitely not Maybelline.
On to my review and a slight rant with no spellcheck in sight. ...don't say I didn't warn you.
I noticed a difference. At this point in my life, i am tired struggling to make myself look like I don't have practically clear, very thin, sparse lashes, I am not going to spend 10 minutes trying to make sure every lash is in place. I just want to put it on and be done with it. Life is too short to fuss with eye lashes. I am tired of SAs with perfectly thick, lush lashes ask me if I "have tried a primer/their magical mascara/blah, blah, blah" , all while batting their eyes at me. Yes I have tried those things and no, they didn't give me lashes like yours so just save the sales pitch. I have come to accept that you can't change anatomy. I just want to look like I have lashes. This makes me look like I have some.
So, there ya go...it does its job.
UPDATE: Gotta bump the stars down. While I don't expect a miracle, I DO expect to not look like a junky that is coming down off a bender a couple of hours after applying a mascara. Smudgy McSmudgerston!

I'm not blown away by this mascara- I don't see any of the little fiber things and my lashes end up looking clumpier and stumpy. I'm not sure if it's just the way I'm using it so am reluctant to give it less than 3 lippies since it makes my lashes look fantastically thick and I love that. Will keep playing with the brush until I figure it out, but for now im not sold.

I've been using the normal Falsies ever since it came out and I love it! But I thought I wanted to try something new from this line so I picked up this product inwaterproof formula at target the other day for about $6~$7. Honestly, I think the normal falsies is a lot better than this product. I didn't notice the "black drama" and the color was the same thing as blackest black in normal falsies. I feel that this product clumps up more easily than the normal one and it is kind of messy. I think this product is ok but I was slightly disappointed because I thought this was supposed to be new and improved version of falsies mascara. So if you are trying to decide on The Falsies (normal) and The Falsies in Black Drama, go for the normal one!

I have the waterproof and the regular.
the waterproof does add a lot of drama to my lashes but it is a bit clumpy and sticky. it is also extremely black. for someone pale like me, with light eyes and light brown hair, the color is just too much.
the washable formula sucks. it really didn't add much to my lashes at all, besides clumps.
i am surprised this is part of the falsies line. the original falsies blows this stuff out of the water. the packaging may be almost the same but the products are nothing alike, the regular falsies is WAY better, buy that. this stuff gives a bad reputation to the entire falsies line. especially the washable version

This is really great if you have relatively short and thin lashes like me. The mascara really makes the eyes look larger. The extremely dark color makes brown eyes pop. Update: 02/26/2012, this mascara flakes like crazy when it starts to dry. It has a very short shelf life. Too bad because the first few uses result in beautiful, long, thick lashes.
