Since we don't have Benefit here in the Philippines, I had my BFF purchase this in Malaysia. I'm loving the color on clean skin, sans any powder or foundation. Powder alters it's cool pop-pink color & makes it peachy! It's not color-true after a couple hours' wear. But when applied freshly, It imparts an innocent, bubblegum pink that is so fresh.

I love this cheek and lip stain! It is expensive but it lasts all day and the color is beautiful so its worth it. I actually have a powder blush thats similar to this color by MAC called "pinch me." I love the color but I thought the powder accentuated any pores or flaws I had that day and you know I dont want to do that! The posietint gives a very natural look on my NW45 skin. I chose this color because I like more of a natural kinda look and when I glam it up I like more of a barbie/babydoll look ( bright eyes lots of lashes natural slightly glossy lips) Anyway I love this product , I suggest you try it on first because unless you have really fair skin the cosmetologists will often direct you to the redder version but it looks unnatural on my complexion although I am chocolate brown :)......... Go ahead a pay the $28 you'll be pleased with the product and you'll look happy!!

I haven't completely made up my mind about this product just yet, but I think the verdict is that I like it. I have NW25 skin, so not very dark, and upon application it looks like its not going to show up. So I apply some more, and before I know it I look feverish. So then I put powder foundation over it and it looks pretty and fresh. On a bare face I would probably have trouble getting it to show up without over doing it. The texture is much different from benetint. Benetint is runny and thin and Posietint is creamy. You do have to blend very quickly as others have said or you will have pink stripes on your face all day, cause this stuff really stays put!

I got a sample size of this free as a promotion at Sephora. I was skeptical at first, because of the weird nail-polish brush and the runny consistency, but if you blend it right after application, Posietint provides a gentle, girly pink glow that lasts at least 6 hours. I love the color and its durability--I would buy a full-size if it wasn't so expensive.

I really like the blush - it is a gorgeous perfect colour on my pale skin and is long lasting - HOWEVER i will never buy this again until they change the packaging, because the metallic pink on the bottle flakes off in your make up bag and sticks to everything and then sticks to your face!!! so you have glittery pink dots on your face all day - dreadful!!!

Hurray for Posietint! This is the only blush I use. It gives a lovely, girly, fresh pink tint to the cheeks. I love putting some on my lips too, although it doesn't last forever. It's non drying, doesn't clog pores or break my out, and doesn't make my face oily. Super! At first I was skeptical of the nail polish like bottle and brush, but now I have gotten used to it and enjoy putting it on. The small brush allows you to apply it precisely on your cheek in little dots, then blend in with your fingers. This works fantastically for me and is the only way I can successfully apply blush - I am really inept with powder blushes and it always ends up all over my face rather than just my cheeks. I guess I am saying I like the control this gives you when applying. I really recommend this!

I am self tanning with BE faux tan and I use the Posietint on apples of my cheeks and it looks like I have a little "sunburn". Very effective and natural looking...LASTS and lasts too!!

This is the best stuff ever. recommended to me by a makeup artist who specializes in weddings. I was going to go back and buy my NARS orgasm blush, but decided to try this out instead. When applied correctly it leaves a dewey, fresh, healthy glow to cheeks. It stays on a long time, too. I will def. be using this for a long time to come!

Love love love this stuff. I am a fair neutral tone (BE 1.2 or summer bisque if i'm "tan"). Regular Benetint is too purple-y for me, it shows up kind of a medium eggplant hue on me. But I love tints and stains. Until the last year, for whatever reason, most of the stains were the same purple-ish family and just didn't work for my skin as much as I wanted them to. I've tried other stains (lips or cheeks) and some were okay, none were perfect.
Benefit Posietint is PERFECT. It is girly-pink, not so unlike the pink on these MUA borders, but blends lighter or builds up. The brush it comes with is ABSOLUTELY USELESS. It's a nail polish type brush, and for the life of me I just end up with a blotch when i use it. If i had to use it with just that brush, I'd give this product a 2 or less, because while beautiful it would be impossible to use with any success.
Instead, what I do is take a larger flat taklon brush, and brush the brush (wipe the taklon brush on the nail polish brush to pick up some tint). I then dab something plastic* to even out the tint on the taklon brush (for instance, I usually swipe the taklon on the side of a bath dixie cup), just sort of swiping and picking the tint back up, on the taklon, evenly). Only then do I swipe the taklon brush on my cheeks, building up as needed with whatever product is then on the head of the brush or the cup, and then blend with the taklon when done. It sounds like a pain, but it's actually not, it takes an extra 5 seconds, and applies perfectly and even. You can apply where you want it, smoothly, and with accuracy (not just a rub and a smudge). It gives me a pink natural glow that is natural-but-better. It is bubble-gum pink, but doesn't look visibly bright pink on your skin, just looks so natural, pretty, but visible on paler skin. You can build the color up to be as visible as you want it to be. I don't have the patience nor time to build up the color for lip use, but it would work well for that otherwise.
Using as described above, I've used up a bottle in 2-3 months, which is faster than i expected, but does illustrate how usable this product is once you find an alternative application method.
(I also tried using a foundation sponge to apply. That worked better than the nailpolish type brush, but not as well as the taklon, and absorbed a lot of pricey product in the process..) Packing got 3 lippies because of the terrible brush.
I have used this successfully on top of regular foundation and also on top of MMU foundation. If you apply it with a heavier hand on bare skin, and use your MMU foundation on TOP of the tint, it looks great too.
*You COULD pick some tint up on your taklon, and swipe it on the back of your hand to even the amount on the head, but: 1) it's tint, so you'll end up with a stain of pink on the back of your hand and 2) you will "lose" a lot of product that way.. with swiping it on the plastic, it doesn't absorb any of the product, and I can go back and pick the rest of it up on a second swipe. (hope that makes sense)

While I do love the color of this product, I absolutely hate the brush application. For that reason I would not buy again. It is totally inconvenient and makes application a bummer. What were they thinking?

Being a makeup collector of sorts, although I didn't have high hopes this would show up on my tanned skin, I still had to have it. And I was pleasantly surprised when it not only showed up, but actually gave my tanned cheeks a gorgeous pink flush which lasted all day! So of course I tried it on my lips with the same results...although it didn't quite make it all day. It's fun to blend since at first it seems to disappear in my skin, but when I move my fingers away the pink color is there! And IMO the thicker texture makes it easier to blend. The price is a bit on the high side but since you only use a few drops it will last awhile. Also, this looks great under a bronzer/msf on cheeks and a shimmery lipgloss (I used Chanel Sundress glossimer -- stunning!)

i am really in love with this product! as a fan of Benetint's original stain, i was psyched when they came out with this cute, bright pink color. i am extremely fair skinned, so the color shows up very nicely on me. and i don't wear foundation or powder, so i can't attest to how it applies over makeup, as some others have.
anyway, i think the color of this stain is perfect for me, and i actually think the texture is perfect for application. it's thicker and more gel-like than Benetint, and doesn't dry as fast, which i appreciate.
to apply, i dab a bit on my finger tip, then smile (sounds goofy, but it's what i do when i put on blush, to see the apples of my cheeks), and rub it on the apples of my cheeks in a circular motion. it's very easy to apply. then give it maybe 10 seconds to dry.
usually i wear this alone, but it looks good topped with Dandelion or Thrrob as well.
i've put this on my lips a few times- i like the color a lot, but i do find that it highlights dry spots on my lips, and it's not really something that's easy to re-apply to the lips throughout the day. so i think i'm going to try mixing some with a lip balm and will see how that goes!

I really like Posietint, especially on my lips. It is a very light petal pink and I think it looks good on lighter skin tones. I think it wouldn't show up as well on those with darker complexions. I just dab a bit on my finger and dot it on my lips and cheeks and then just blend out. It is a nice, healthy pink glow that brightens up your face. The only thing is that it wears off unevenly on lips, so if you're not careful you can end up with patches of pink, especially if your lips tend to get dry. Overall though I definitely recommend this product.

This is merely OK as a product.
The shade is a candy/petal pink shade which would probably suit most people however it's most likely going to be too light for those with MMM and upwards shaded skin. What I don't like about it is that it is a very runny product. If you want to apply this over sun protection/a face cream/foundation etc it degrades the product underneath. The shade isn't strongly pigmented enough to apply it to bare skin and then apply sun protection and foundation over the top - if only it were. I could just about deal with High Beam and that is much more gloopy than this. When you put a drop on your finger and look at it, there is a white part of liquid and then the pink is in the middle. It's as though the product separates. Ideally, the texture I'd like it to be would be like Stila Convertible Color or MAC cream blush or perhaps even drier than that like a Guerlain bubble blush. I like to dab elegantly and artfully with a cream rather than apply three stripes with an awful scratchy brush and work fast to rub it in before it dries as those distinct stripes.
So essentially it would be much more convenient to be able to whip this product out and apply it if it were in a compact form. Another problem with the liquid is that you can't really touch up midday with it if you wear powder as it will make a mess or sit in the pores of the skin. Neither could you apply it very well if you were in a dimly lit cab at night as the liquid would be too messy and if you were going out to a club or restaurant using just a small clutch handbag, the bottle takes up more room width wise than a slim compact would.
With regards to the design, the metallic painted bottle is rather tacky looking to my eye, you can't see how much you have left, it would be hard to get to the remains of the bottle and the brush is crude
Does it have any good points? It's long wearing when applied to bare skin. Best suited to those of fair complexions.

I used Benetint and liked it at one point so bought this as an update.
The pink is a fresh gorgeous colour.
There are several problems however:
1) It only looks good on me during the summer when the light is bright and it makes your face look glowing naturally.
2) In winter and autumn when the light changes I can't use it all as i need more colour and look as if i have nothing on when i use it. So it just sits in the bottle unused and i feel i wasted my money on something i can only use for about 4 months of the year. Even in springtime it's not going to show up.
I think it would probably work best on paler skins than mine although I am only medium-light.
The consistency is ok a liquid very light gel on the cheeks that you have to spread quite quickly.
However i'm not crazy on the lips because it is not enough on it's own and tends to dry out. You definiitely need to wear gloss over or a balm to keep them moisturised.
I think it is too expensive a product with not much payoff.

I do love the light soft color of this blush, but i can't for the life of me get it to go on even! i've tried blotting it on my skin with the brush, i've tried a sponge, and my figers too but my skin does not wear this color evenly.
I guess i'll continue to try, but its not easy applying it.

I like Posietint very much on my cheeks and lips. It makes me look instantly more healthy, it's a pretty and natural pop of colour to my pale face. When you apply it it looks scarily bright at first, but that quickly subdues to a light wash of colour. It may take a few times to know how to apply it best though.
The one thing I don't like is the packaging. The shiny pink foil is starting to come off on my bottle, and I'm afraid it would leak when traveling. To make sure I'd put it in a little plastic bag. Other than that, it's great!

Gorgeous colour, perfect for my very fair skin. Much nicer than benetint. It lasts all day and looks very natural IF APPLIED PROPERLY. It took a while to get use to applying this and a lotttt of bad applications. I reccommend using a foundation brush to apply this otherwise I find it looks splotchy and very fake. I selected 'No' to buying again because this cost AU$58 and I prefer more effortless blushes. Overall, a great product though.

The PRETTIEST PINK I’ve ever encountered. The color is completely natural and sweet. Benefit has an impressive knack for offering products in one or very few colors that seems to work on most everyone. I’m ASIAN-American with fair-medium skin tone and the pink just looks EFFORTLESSLY ADORABLE. Paired with fluttery eyelashes and you’re good to go.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the color begins to set rather quickly so I recommend dotting and blending one cheek at a time. The texture is creamier and more opaque so it’s less of a wash and more of a gloss consistency.
The major drawback is the packaging: it’s not particularly travel-friendly and the outer covering of the bottle will eventually chip and peel.
@ $28, used daily, a bottle will last about a year.
