This mascara was awful. My lashes stayed clumpy even after running a lash comb through. Tube dried up after a week & I had to throw it out. Overpriced for a mascara, I would much rather use Loreal Telescopic, my HG which I will never stray from again.

I went out and purchased this mascara after seeing how high it ranked under "MUA Top Picks". I have fairly long lashes so most mascaras do a decent job. This product was okay, but certainly not the miracle working formula that I thought it would be. My current mascaras (Bobbi Brown Lash Glamour Lengthening and Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express) work far better for me to both volumize and lengthen.

Got this online when it was marked down for $7 CDN.
I like the overall design of the tube.
The formula consists of lots of little fibers, and they build on your lashes which is what makes the lengthening effect.
I really want to love this one, but it flakes on me and I do get dark prints on my lower lids after about 4 hrs (this is always a problem with me and mascara due to my oily lids)
Overall, it's great for lengthening, but flakes a little on me and does not solve the raccoon eye problem.
The hunt for perfect mascara continues~

Although I will not repurchase and will be returning mine to Ulta... this mascara is OK. It makes my lashes look super black and elongates them, but the only problem is it's so heavy it weighs my lashes down and the curl doesn't last. *SIGH* on to the next mascara...

This mascara lengthens my eyelashes and is easy to wash off. The packaging isn't as nice looking like other mascara tubes, it dries out kind of fast, and there's not a lot of product.

After shedding tears on learning Max Factor 2000 calorie mascara was leaving this market, I was on the hunt for a great replacement.
THIS is it!
You will get a false eye lash effect fast, with one or two swipes.
LOVE this mascara ( with the crazy name).
NYX maybe harder to find but worth it.
In Canada, I got it at a downtown Toronto Pharma Save.
Its not cheap, but if every time you use it, it looks great, then thats worth the money.

This is some amazing stuff for a $10 drugstore mascara! I like a soft look (no spiky spiderleg lashes) and this really delivers the goods...glossy black, LOTS of length and no crunchy, stuck-together lashes. I've had no fallout either. I am a big fan of Korres mascara (another more natural-looking product), but it dries out very quickly. The odd-shaped brush of the NYX does a great job at getting the corner lashes, too. If you want long, beautiful, black lashes, this does a great job. Not a dramatic look, just really pretty.

I am always on the look out for a good mascara, and this is a great one!
The brand recently (6 months ago) came to the PharmaPlus near my work, and I was curious. I asked the cosmetolgist what she thought of it, she said she thought it looked 'goopy' and didn't recommend it, but yet hadn't talked to anyone who had purchased it.
They were 30% off, so I thought I would give it a go.
The brush is nice, goes on well.
The colour is an intense black, which I adore.
I found it added quite a bit of length to my lashes, without clumping them all together. Kept them separated.
It made my lashes quite stiff, but I didn't notice any flaking, which is great.
Came off easily with my regular face wash.
I rather liked this stuff!

This is a really fantastic mascara. I wonder if this could actually replace the Hypnose mascara which I've been using for a while now.
Edit: Jan. 12/10 - Well no, this could not replace my Hypnose by a long shot... but it's still a relatively good mascara - not a 5 but perhaps more of a 3.9ish. I've not fallen out of love with it completely (yet), but there was a situation at my chiropractor's office that made this into a very questionable product for me. So... picture this: I'm on my stomach and my eyelashes are pressed against a sheet of paper that my chiro places in front of my face while he's adjusting my back... I get up and I feel like my eyelashes are feeling 'funny' (not a cool feelings in the slightest by the way) - thank goodness for the mirror in his office... I have a peek and to my dismay my eyelashes are all stuck to each other going to the one side - like someone had brushed them all outwards -- all of them!! The horror! I found out that if you apply this mascara and don't mess with your eyelashes (meaning nothing touches them) they will be fine... BUT if by any chance you have to be in contact with anything that might press against your face then you might be in trouble! I can see how this could be tricky had I worn it during the holidays when everyone wants to kiss and wish you a 'merry this- and a happy that" but I've not worn it since the chiro office incident... just not worth the trouble.

While I do like this mascara, I think it's not quite as good as it's "sister" NYX's Volume mascara. Long Lash does give me some length and a little thickness, but it's not as dramatic as the Volume mascara. (See my review of that one.) I also noticed a little bit more clumping and some of the fibers (which supposed to help add length) seem to cause some minor flaking, by the end of the day. While I'll use up the 3 tubes I have (- and got at a sale for cheap) I probably won't repurchase, unless NYX were to d/c their Volume mascara.
