I got this in a mini size sample at Sephora and am so glad that I did not purchase it and waste my money, what a joke! I tried using it as a lip and cheek tint to no avail. I could barely see it on my lips and on my cheeks the color faded as soon as it was applied. Benefit apparently spends a lot more money on their packaging than they do their actual products. Everything I have tried with this line has been disappointing. There are drug store brands that are far superior to this line. That being said, I would not even think about wasting any money on this.

I always wear soft pinks on my lips and cheeks; its my favorite shade. Posietint doesn't disappoint. I don't mind the packaging; in fact I think the nail polish-like bottle is rather cute. Going by reviews, I was a bit nervous when I first tried this, because I thought that I wouldn't have enough time to blend this onto my cheeks, but it doesn't dissolve that fast. You should still blend it into your cheeks pretty quickly, however; it still dries pretty swiftly. Anyways, I love the natural-looking flush it leaves on my cheeks. The staying power is pretty good.
Edit: While I like using this on my cheeks, my lips look perfect with this...glossy pink but not overly shiny. This does tend to be a bit dry, but nothing that a little lip balm can't fix.

LOVE this on my lips! i wouldnt dream of even trying it as a blush- i dont think i could blend fast enough. but it gives me the most beautiful pink flush to my very pale lips. i was going for the lipcolor of Olivia on Fringe- and I got it! Any pink lipstick that I've tried always comes across as too matte, shiny, bright, or pastel-y. This pink gives you that transparent-but-still-opaque tint that looks very natural.
easy to apply- i either swipe the brush across my lips then blend with my finger, or just turn the bottle over on to my finger and pat it on and blend. one layer is great, just enough to give me some color. two layers is perfect though! three starts to get a bit too bright.
like i said, i have very, very pale, non-pigmented lips. i've discovered that stains are best for me so i'm not reapplying lipstick all day. with PosieTint, I just apply in the morning and then use clear chapstick all day. It lasts through talking all day long, eating, drinking, everything. I have dry, cranky lips and this doesnt dry them out or aggravate them in any way.
Works best on clean dry lips. After letting vaseline sit on them for a few minutes, I rub them with a washcloth before applying. However, in the store I did apply over a light layer of chapstick and it worked well also, i just had to use a bit more. Still lasted just as long.
I'm not a huge fan of the packaging, but it could be much worse. I hope they come out with a PosieTint lipbalm like they did with Benetint. I read the reviews below that all said the metallic flakes off the bottle, so I've wrapped my bottle with scotch tape to prevent any flaking.
Price was expensive for me, I'm mostly a low-end gal. But the bottle will last a LONG time so it was worth it to me to get perfectly pretty pink lips!
ETA- i tried this on my cheeks and was actually pleasantly surprised! I like it quite a bit. probably won't become an every day blush, but for when i want just a bit of a glow it'll be great. I've found it's much easier to wipe a clean finger on the brush and then rub it on to my cheeks or lips than to actually swipe the brush on my face.

I must be doing something wrong here. I bought the more reddish version of this, put it on with the applicator, spread it with my fingers and VOILA! I had nothing on my cheeks....it seems no matter what amount I put on it just disappears. I'm not that dark nor am I really fair. My skin tone is light beige with golden undertone. Even after putting on foundation and powder it still just completely disappears right away. I also found the liquid too fluid to really give any colour so I'm surprised no one else has had this problem.

I got this in a sample size (insider sample from Sephora) and I LOVE IT!
cons: -application can be tricky as most have noted. i find that using a primer on my cheeks makes application smoother and less "permanent" i.e. you can't see the dots i used to apply the correct amount.
-i'm not a fan of the brush application as it doesn't strike me as hygienic (same problem as benetint and highbeam).
- the price is insanely high. i'm glad i got a sample first.
-drying when used as a lip stain. but i have this problem with all stains and is not limited to this product.
pros: -the color is perfect for my NW15-NW20 skin tone. i never receive blush complements and this product has won me quite a few! very nice "healthy" flush.
-perfect for the humid kentucky summers when i don't like to wear (and subsequently sweat off) powders.
-staying power is phenomenal
-the finish is great and strikes a nice balance between dewy and matte.
-although not a selling point for me, i think the packaging is cute.

Yeah this is a great 2- in 1!!!
I love to use it as a a cheek color but love it even more as a lip stain. It last at least 6 hours, it doesn't dry your lips out like other long lasting lip products. It gives a nice matte look that works well with any gloss to add some shine.
As a blush it is good too. I didn't have any trouble with blending it. My only concern is it can look a little dewy/oily on the cheeks so I usually layer a powder over it or make sure to wear a primer.
But other than that I love it!!! Yeah!!!

Did not like Posietint at all. I gave it two lippies, only because the color is pretty. The packaging is not good at all. The metallic finish on the bottle chips off all over the place. Also, when I applied it, even though I blended it out fast, the color grabbed more on the places I applied it to leaving me with a blotchy look.

I bought this on a whim, never having used a liquid cheek stain before, and I am so impressed. It was not cheap.. about $30 from Sephora, but worth the price. Posietint provides a nice pink flush to my cheeks (with the amount that the instructions specify) that looks natural and lasts for at least six hours before beginning to fade. Just be prepared to immediately blend the product into the apple of your cheek upon applying as it stains VERY quickly. You get a decent amount of product and it should last 4-6 months. The product also doubles as a lip stain, which looks gorgeous.
I think that my very pale skin tone/dry skin is probably ideal for this product.
Overall, I highly recommend this product. It is sure to give you a glow and provide tons of compliments from friends.

Benefit products are overpriced here in SG! But i'm glad i bought this at a steal from Sephora in the US :) Love the pink rosy finish it gives my cheeks. Easy application, 3 strokes and rub to spread. The light pink is enough for my fair skin tone. I use this on days when i'm opting to go for a more natural, light look as compared to days where i'd use the blusher for a more made-up finish. The colour stays on my cheek long enough even after an entire afternoon of shopping. A good product for natural looking rosy cheeks!

when i've first opened the bottle i was shock to find a fluorescent pink blush, but when I've tried it on the cheek it actually looks very natural, I looked flushed from exercise.
If i had to choose between this and benetint, i would prefer benetint, cause it lasts longer.
edit: I've been using it for a few more days, and i have never gotten so many compliments for my blush, i guess this really suits me, and therefore I've added another lippie for it

I LOVE the color of this product. It's the best pink I've ever found...but I don't like the application or the bottle. If I do the dot method and blend like the bottle says, you can see where I dotted it no matter how fast I blend. Instead I brush some stripes onto a sponge and apply that way. I still have to blend blend blend with that sponge but the color is beautiful. Unfortunately, I don't find that this stays on my oily skin. I have to use a powder blush over.
Also, I have the problem with the label flaking too. I keep this on a shelf in my bathroom and I still have the flakes of metallic label sticking to my hands/face. Yuck.
So...I have mixed feeling. Bad appication, beautiful color...I'd buy again unless I found a good alternative.

I have very mixed feelings about this product. It's much easier to blend than other cheek tint/stain products. The color is a lovely creamy bubblegum pink and looks very natural on me, at least when I can get it to show up. But! There are several big drawbacks that mean I won't be purchasing this again. The packaging is terrible: It's a nail polish bottle and the tint is applied with a little nail polish-like brush. So when you open the bottle, there's a lot of very thin liquid slopping around in a container with a relatively wide opening, ie, enormous potential for spills. The color is quite light and is nearly invisible on my Aromaleigh 3YL/NC25ish summer skin. The texture seems kind of creamy and sticky, which I dislike -- the main reason I like cheek stains is because you don't have to feel them sitting on your skin.
The product gets a 4 because the color is so pretty and I think it would work very well on someone who is fairly pale and has dryish skin.
I'm going to hang on to this and try it again in December, when I'm paler and drier. Will try to remember to update my review then.

I really like this baby...
In all honesty, I prefer Benetint, but this is a really good alternative. Its a lot thicker than Benetint, and kinda looks scarily like Pepto Bismol...but it gives my super-fair skin a lovely fresh pink glow. It gives my lips a lovely colour too, and I just slick a wee bit of clear gloss on top to finish.
The ONLY problem I have with this product is the packaging. The outside of the bottle is sort of painted with a foil, which unfortunately chips off very easily...making a mess of my makeup bag or my hands if Im holding it. But other than that, this is a really great product, and a bit of a makeup bag staple for me!

For some strange reasons, this product does not work well on me at all. I tried blending this product in again and again on so many occasions, and while Benetint works like a dream on me (read sexy flush), Posietint looks kinda awkward on me.
Maybe it is my skin tone, which is NC30-35, and somehow Posietint refuses to look natural on my cheeks.
Posietint also dries my lips too much, so I have no idea what to do with my bottle of Posietint.

I have always been hesitant to buy Bene Tint since I thought I would not be able to apply it right but when I went to the Benefit counter yesterday I saw Posie Tint and thought I give it a try. I really like it, it's a great blush for dry cheeks and really does last throughout the day. It goes also wonderfully with That Gal. I'm not much of a everyday makeup wearer, mostly just blush and lipstick so Posie Tint + That Gal combo works great throughout the day and especially in this country's hot weather, that goes a long way!
Only question, what is the best cleanser or make up remover for this great blush? It seems it's still there after my usual cleansing routine. Thanks in advance for any advice!

By far one of my fave BeneFit products, I use this on it's own and in conjunction with Thrrob blusher if I am wanting a stronger look. Also works on the lips. I prefer to the original tint as it is softer on the skin.

So... really excited about this product and, I've had it for a while now, but havent used it much. To be honest I think its really difficult to apply satisfactorily. I don't wear a whole lot of base makeup and maybe that's the problem, but on following the advice of dotting the tint on and patting in I find that it often stains those first areas more than other areas and post-blending it can look blotchy. I also think the pink doesn't compliment my skin tone much - it looks artificial.
On the lips - I don't think it has the emphasis that is could, and again, it looks unnatural.

Ever wondered around the cosmetics section of a department store at lunchtime looking for a self-reward product to buy, well knowing you don't need anything ? Well, I do this every so often and have ended up with many weird and unused things.
Posietint, a shocking pink liquid blusher in a nail-varnish like container seemed also destined for the dusty shelf. Instead I have been getting a lot of use out of it and find it perfect for my office drawer as a pick me up when I look a bit gray.
I love it both on lips (best results if you apply a clear gloss on top) and cheeks and I find it easier and more forgiving to apply than Benetint, of which I am also a fan btw (place a few dots on the apple of the cheek and blend with your fingers).
The effect reminds me of a fab cream blush in a little pot by Red Earth I used to own, which was also fluorescent pink but gave a gorgeous healthy rosy/apricoty flush to my mediterranean skin.
I wouldn't choose if I was doing my face proper for a big event, but as an everyday fresh look it is perfect, even if you are past 40.

OMG i think im in love with this product. <3 I was sucked into buying this when I saw my friend using it and it looked amazing on her. I resisted at first because of the hefty price tag at first because I was not used to using cheek stains. But in the end I gave in and I have been using it almost everyday since I bought it. It looks so pretty on the cheeks and lips. Perfect monochromatic makeup. ;) I also bought Benetint and love it as well although, as what the description says Posietint imparts a cheeky flush and Benetint gives you a sexy flush!
