i've finally found the mascara of my dreams! i have tried nearly every maybelline mascara and many others brands and this one is the absolute best. not only does it give my thick, luscious lashes, they don't get that awful crispy feeling or flake. it wears well and is easy to remove with a make up wipe. for the price and results i'd recommend this and i will definitely be re-purchasing!

My favorite mascara is Full & Soft, mainly because it is easy to remove, doesn't look fake, and doesn't make my lashes stiff.
This one is hard to remove and makes my lashes stiff, but yes, it looks good and feathery...at first. I have only had success layering this over the full and soft or volume express, and I have also had trouble with it gathering in soot under my eyes, then going to the bathroom and scaring myself in the mirror. I don't have time for those types of touch ups, and although I will wear Urban Decay shadow primer on days I teach or have important things going on, I don't want to have to wear it just because I am wearing this mascara.
I mainly bought it because the Christy Turlington ads were irresistible and I am always attracted to a big brush.
The waterproof version might be OK, but I will need to read reviews first to make sure it doesn't flake.

I bought this product when it first came out. I was incredibly impressed at first, but i am a big lover of the maybelline mascaras. But after using this for a while, i began to love it. I've noticed the difference it makes dramatically, its a really volumized and black look which i love. I would definately recommend it. It is quite pricey but i think all maybelline mascaras are pricey. My blog - blusherandbronze.blogspot.com

I love this mascara for it's natural look, like when I don't feel like having makeup on, or when I just want to have a fresh looking face. If you want your lashes to be more dramatic and have more volume, don't buy this. It makes my lashes long and fluttery and flirty, but not over the top. I don't get the "gross and clumpy" feeling because of the gel formula, which is also a plus.

I'm an owner of pretty much every single Maybelline Volum' Express mascara and this one is my least favorite. The problem with it is that the wand tends to clump my lashes and make them stick straight up like sticks. I actually enjoy the gel formula but it just doesn't hold the curl in your eyelashes. I wish it would hold the curl but unfortunately it doesn't. The price isn't bad though and the packaging colors are very bright and cheerful though!

It wasn't spectacular. I wore this twice in 2012, and the mascara just made my lashes black. When I bought this, I was looking for a lighter formula and knew that the model was wearing false lash inserts in the ad. The mascara was thinner and wetter than most formulas. The flexible brush didn't really make much of a difference. Since the brush was a bit stiff, it just separated my lashes like spreading your fingers out from the palm of your hand. That was what my lashes looked like when I went out for the night. It didn't run, thankfully. This is not a statement-making mascara.

This is my new favorite mascara for a natural look. No clumping, flaking or spider lashes. I like that the mascara doesn't feel crunchy on my lashes. I did not give it a 5 because it is somewhat difficult to remove.

I believe this product met my standards when it came to searching for a mascara, but alittle more was expected.

Bizarre! I can't think of the last time I used a new mascara and had it make enormous black smears both under and OVER my eyes. I tried it pre-shower this morning on one eye, just to see how it looked-- very nice. Soft to the touch as promised, great length, adequate thickening. I put off applying it until half an hour before my concert performance (i.e. 630pm tonight)-- then was really impressed by the look. Sang the concert (80 minutes). Went for a drink with my colleagues. No sweating at any time, and no humidity in the summer air. Before I left for home (11pm), I hit the restroom... and HORRORS! Big black blotches under my eyes, and numerous black specks where the lengthened lashes touched my brow bone. I honestly can't recall that kind of smearing within this CENTURY. I don't use an oily concealer. I use power eyeshadow. I'm 54, and no longer have oily skin, so it's not that... it's just a terribly flawed formula. I can't believe it was ever tested on a living person! Unusable, in my opinion. I got it at Walgreens yesterday, and shall return it tomorrow; and I'll be writing to Maybelline about it. BEWARE!

Not my favorite but I don't hate it either. I use this on low maintenance days. It's very VERY hard to get off
