I have been using this for a couple of weeks and haven't really noticed last growth; BUT - The eyeliner (I got it in Ultra Black) is fantastic! The brush glides on smooth and stays put all day! I used Kat Von D's tattoo liner before this, and let me tell you, PF lasts longer! I highly recommend this!

This is the BEST eyeliner and I have also been having great results with it making my lashes thicker. I wouldn't say that they have become much longer but definitely thicker.
The brush is fantastic and for someone like me who has never been able to apply liquid liners well this is one of the biggest selling points. This lasts easily thru the whole day and night til I wash it off.
I couldn't be happier with this eyeliner.

Great applicator. Got the dark brown. Colour intensifies if you go over it a couple times. Easy to use. Stay all day for me. Awesome packaging. A little pricey. Love it! Will definitely re-purchase.

Love love love this eyeliner! I don't wear this enough to say that it makes a difference on my eyelashes but the felt tip liner is great. I recommend getting it in ultra black. I got it in black and it shows up sort of grayish over shadows. Price is a little high for drugstore but would gladly repurchase.

I've been using this for over a month and haven't noticed any change in my lashes, BUT this is a GREAT felt tip eyeliner - the best I've ever used. Stays put all day long without flaking, smudging, or fading. The tip is perfect for tightlining, and it's wide enough at the base to use on it's side for a wider line with great control. $10 is a lot for a drugstore liner, I think, but this one is worth it. If it gives you longer lashes - BONUS!

This is my hg eyeliner, I used to use smashbox gel liner, but that would smudge. This stays put all day (about 13 hours for me), even through the gym! I only apply this to my lash line, I lay the brush sideways and drag it along the base of my lashes, (I have found that it doesn't come out well if you draw like a pencil with it) The packaging seems wasteful to me, but maybe that's to prevent theft? As for the claims of lash growth, I haven't noticed anything yet, but they definitely look good when I'm wearing the liner.

So it is very easy to apply as everybody mentioned. I got it in Ultra Black and I have to say, it's a bit more sheer than I would hope, so you have to go over it a couple of times to get a rich black.
Another thing, even if you let it dry, if you use a curler afterwards for your eyelashes (I need to, I'm Asian and suffer from stubby straight down lashes syndrome), it comes right off!! It's rather annoying. I didn't prime my eyes so this might've made a difference (but I wasn't applying eye shadow so I didn't feel the need to go the extra step). And applying liquid liner after your lashes have been curled and have mascara on, isn't the easiest thing. It comes off easily with just face soap.
As for length, I did buy the clear serum originally and have used it for about 1.5 months, I did notice slightly longer lashes, but being Asian, it will never be va-va-voom amazing.

fantastic liner, excellent staying power! the tip is super fine but stiff enough to make thin or thick lines. Have not really seen noticeable new lash growth, but my lashes do seem much longer after about two weeks of use! will definitely buy again

I bought two, black and clear. I have been using for about two weeks and have noticed some growth. My lashes had broken at the ends following use of harsh mascara. It was quite noticible and no matter how much of my Precious Cells I used, you could still see a gap. I started with the clear. No burning or stinging. Bought the black. Quite comparable to HE brush applicator brush style liner I have used. I prefer this style to felt tip anyway, I feel that I have more control and can draw a thinner line. The black is awesome. I am in love! The thinnest line so close to the lash line possible. I use the clear before bed or days I use my Lancome Quint/Dior Quint or go bare. I also love that it is CHEAP! I can buy three of these for one of the Dior ones, and these baby's go on sale! So happy I found out about them on here. Thank you MUA!

this stuff is lovely!! i'm going to buy the clear serum so i can use it at night, too, after reading all these reviews. i literally just got it, so i'll update on if it helps my lashes grow or not, but at least it helps them LOOK longer...my mom glanced at me today and asked if i was wearing fakes.
it's SO easy to use...the easiest liquid liner ever. the tip is so thin, i can get a totally perfect line-it reminds me of the close-up of kate winslet's eye in titanic when leo is drawing her nude. will definitely buy again.
ETA: changed my rating to a 5. my lashes look better than ever, and i wore the black liner swimming and snorkeling on a trip and it didn't smudge! only tiny complaint-sometimes the clear serum irritates my eyes a little. i think i put too much on, though.

Read reviews so purchased. This is a very nice eyeliner. Easy to apply, stays on all day and best of all doesn't bother my sensitive eyes. Can't speak to the serum as it will take a while to see any results but the eyeliner itself is why I purchased and I am very happy with the application. Will repurchase, its about 1/3 of the price of the last brand I used and actually stays on better. Purchased brown and it's a bit darker than I would like but still nice all in all. Note: After one week I have to say this is not working for me, to dark, and to defined (for lack of better word) I need a softer look.

LIFE-CHANGING! I almost cannot believe that for ~$7 at the drugstore I can get my hands on such an innovative, effective, and truly high-quality item. It comes in a sleek, silver pen with a secure cap and brush-like applicator which gives you precision and effortless control. It is ridiculously easy to apply my eyeliner in the mornings now. Before this product, the hassle of gel liners (which always smudge) and other liquid eyeliners (with horrible applicators) made me dread my daily routine. But this liquid liner goes on flawlessly and easily, and doesn't smear, smudge, budge, or leave me with raccoon eyes. The only negatives are that this is not the most opaque black liner I've ever tried, and it does kind of fade after long hours of wear, needing a touch-up. But even touching up is convenient! Finally, the BEST thing about this is that it WORKS. I mean, it actually has boosted my lashes to the point where I no longer even feel the need to wear mascara. They are longer, fuller, and fluttery beyond my wildest hopes. Most amazingly, I've recently noticed a DOUBLE-ROW of lashes starting to grow on top of my lashline where I apply this liner daily. The new lashes are tiny and sparse, but nonetheless, it's a second row of lashes!!! It's crazy. I am in obsessed. I picked up 2 backups.

I bought this in clear and ultra black. I have only used the products for three days and three nights, so I haven't noticed any new lash growth. Regardless of whether or not the serum works, I will repurchase. The brush applies product like a dream, and each day I've worn it (10-12 hours) I haven't noticed any flaking or peeling. Great product! I'm hoping the PF comes out with some different colors.

I have been wanting to use liquid eyeliner forever but I know you need some experience because it's easy to mess up, as it is I rarely use eyeliner and if I do I use Mac's Eye Kohl in Phone Number, I purchased a liquid pen from Mac which I was not happy with because I could not make a thin line, I tried several times and I just could not achieve a thinner line. I picked PF up because with a coupon it costed me $7bucks so I figured let me try it and practice and learn once and for all LOL! I did not care for the serum part because I have naturally very long pretty thick eyelashes. After applying I was amazed and this is coming from a totally unexperienced liquid eyeliner person and if anyone is going to mess up bad it's going to be me, and I couldn't mess up even if I tried thats how good the brush is, I picked it up in the black color because I figured on my very fair/cool complexion this would not look harsh and it looked like a charcoal black which was good. This is really a great eyeliner and really easy to apply, it's hard to mess up, great for everyone with or without experience, you can control the thickness of the line and not a lot of product comes out so it's really hard to mess up like I said Im really inexperienced. This is a wonderful eyeliner which did not irritate my eyes and stayed put and it's inexpensive, Im really amazed, good job Physicians Formula! For reference I dont use their products except bronzers which are also great. Recommend for all women who are looking for a quality liner for a fair price, for reference I also own Lancome's Artliner and it's a good liner but in all honesty this is very close in quality, Lancome's is more matte and gives a sultry deep black line but I shouldn't compare because I own the black and the PF black version is really more of a charcoal, so Im assuming that the ultra black is much darker. Bottom line this is a great liner it stayed on all day, literally 12hrs, my high end liner will be Lancome's and this will be my "cheap" liner, both liner are excellent, and will repurchase in a heartbeat.
UPDATE 3 weeks later...........Im so in love with this super easy to use amazing quality liner that I went out and picked up the Ultra Black which is a true deep super shiny black and will be great for the nite time when I want more of a dramatic look, again excellent quality and superior staying power, also for the serum part.....I noticed my lashes grew a bit, so it's a wonderful liner and the serum does work.

I hope to god that they never discontinue this stuff!!! I am completely in awe of this product! Now let me start off by saying that I could care less if it makes my lashes grow, I wanted to try it due to the pen-brush aspect of it and it is over and beyond what I was expecting.
I purchased the black with a bonus clear in the package.
It usually takes me a good ten minutes to get my liner right due to wearing the wing everyday. With this, FIRST TRY, I got a crisp thin perfect wing in one stroke, this has never happened, EVER! I can't say enough how impressed I am with this liner, it's held up all day, 12 hours so far. No cracking, no peeling, and the color has not faded one bit.
I can honestly say that I have found my be-all end-all eyeliner. Please PF, don't take this gem away from us.

Love this eyeliner! I have used both pencil and cream eyeliners before and they just didn't work for me. This liner on the other hand is super easy to apply and I don't make mistakes with it! Big thumbs up!

This is a great eye liner! I've never done well with either pencil or liquid eye liners. I can say this is the best eye liner I've used and and I am even thinking about buying several to give to my mom and sisters. It's that good. The staying power is great and stays true to color all day. I got the ultra black probably, since it is a true black and is super pigmented. I can't say whether my lashes have benefited or not, whether it does or doesn't, it's a great find!

Hands down, without a doubt the best eyeliner I've ever owned. I read the reviews here and I was still very skeptical. So I gave it a shot and since it was BOGO at Rite Aid, PIcked up the black and brown. First off- the brush. Stiff, yet flexible. Soft, yet hard. Try it- it makes sense. Application? A freakin unbelievable dream! It's hard to make a mistake with this. You can write with a pen? You can use this liquid eyeliner. Nuff said. Beautiful, buildable color. Easy to get a razor thin precise line, or fatten it up and wing it out like Marilyn. Go ahead and try it- I dare ya! Get your liner on! And if you didn't quite catch it from this review- yes- I freaking love this eyeliner.

Product - Liquid eyeliner in a pen. I got this in plain Black instead of Ultra Black because the Black had a full rebate offer attached to it... The color is more a soft ashy black or charcoal grey-black, and definitely not as black as I'd hoped; for my AAB/NC25 coloring, I generally prefer rich black or brown-black liner shades. Applies nicely - very smooth and liquid, not too watery/runny, and not too thick; dries reasonably quickly with enough time to correct mistakes with a q-tip if needed. Drawing a line is fast and easy, assuming you have steady hands, but it can look obvious; I find that dotting this on at the lashline between lashes (sort of like tightlining) looks more natural, though requires a little more patience and a good mirror :) This product claims to be "long-wearing, water-resistant and smudge-resistant." I have oily lids *and* watery eyes, and this did not hold up long against watery, rubbed eyes... On its own, it didn't smudge or smear, just disappeared within 2 hours in the affected areas, and a 2-3 quick swipes with a wet q-tip pretty much took the rest of it off in small flakes. After more experimentation, I have found that layering over this with powder shadow definitely improves the wear time. I can't report on the lash-boosting claims yet (I'm generally skeptical of such claims though).
Packaging - Long pencil-sized brush tip eyeliner with shiny silver exterior and snap cap. A band of color on it represents the shade inside. The snap cap lid has a spring-loaded insert in it - I think to help seal the brush tip from the outside drying environment. If you shake the pen you can hear something rattle inside - like a ball in a paint pen. The brush tip is not scratchy like the hard felt tip types, and not floppy like some other brush types... it's very sturdy - think of a firm Asian calligraphy brush head - and it's surprisingly precise. I can draw a very very skinny line or angle the brush more for a broader line. Excellent, excellent line control.
Overall - Love the precise, firm brush - just wish this were fully waterproof/budgeproof. Would recommend this as a liner for gals who don't have watery eyes, though.
