An okay powder with SPF and buildable coverage. Better than tinted moisturizer for an oily complexion. But personally, I think the Benefit packaging is kind of tacky and the brush it came with was poorly made (I use a Bare Escentuals brush instead and it works much better) though I imagine it would be good for travel. This was also too orange for me, and I have neutral undertones.

This is the best foundation I've ever used. I have tried everything from Bare Escentuals to NYC. I use the sponge that came with it for application as the brush is wasteful. It is expensive imo, but worth it. I have moderate rocasea and this is the only thing I've found that covers with minimal effort on my part and without looking cakey. HG for me!

This Powder is incredible! I put it on after the Benifit Play Stick, and it looks marvelous! I have oily-ish skin, but I never have to re-apply this powder! It truly makes me "Flawless"!!!! If you are thinking about buying this product....DO IT!

I was using a mineral loose powder before with a veil and hated the mess it made and the coverage would fade. I bought this product and use it with a brush. It has great coverage and brightens my face immediately covering any imperfections. What a great product, I just went online to buy my 2nd one!

I really dislike this product. When the sales guy tried it on me in the shop, he put lots of dr feelgood on underneath and then carefull layered it up and my skin looked great. Fast forward to me getting home and putting it on - to be fair I can't judge this product acurrately as he gave me powder which is 2 shades too dark for my skin and looks ridiculous - he matched it to my bronzer, not to my actual skintone. It looks heavy and horrible. What a waste of money.

I bought this for myself years ago and have hardly used it -- I just recently tried it again (Champagne color) and must say that since I am older my skin creams and sunblocks are more moisturizing. When I use this it quickly covers my melasma.
I use the Shiseido Face spf55 for face and this powder seems to love it.
It is quick, easy and applies like a full face of foundation. I find that I do have to mist it with either Fix or Avene in order for it to look more dewey.
It is a good -- but not great powder foundation which requires some good buffing before you head out the door.

I read and heard great things about this product. Unfortuantly it didn't work for me at all. It didnt give me any coverage at all and it also looked very... well powdery on my skin. It is too expensive to be just an ok powder. I dont know how ppl can use this as a foundation. I tried using it as a setting powder too and that just made my makeup look very cakey. Not impressed with this item at all.

i use 'ivory/i love me"which is the lightest shade of hello flawless, only available in asia. (i think they have a new one out that is an even lighter shade)
i got mine on the way to nz in the airport and was a bit skeptical at first about all the hype about this product.
but i have got to say.. it is
the BEST powder ever!
i have very light freckles and although this doesn't cover them up completely, they do get lighter.
also, IT NEVER LOOKS CAKED ON!!!!!no matter how much you put on(not that u need a lot anyway).. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the first powder foundation I've tried, but I think it's great. It gives good coverage and gives you a nice matte finish but still has a nice natural sheen to it which looks good.
The lasting power is excellent as well, as it lasts a full school day on me with my oily skin with no touch ups or anything.
I'm on my second one of these, but might see if there's a cheaper just-as-good option after I'm finished with this one because it is expensive for what you get. My first one only lasted me about 3 months (I can usually make a foundation last about 6), and I hit the bottom of the pan really quickly. However, it is a good foundation and I would reccomend it.

THis is the best foundation i've ever used. i've been wearing it for over a year now and i have no complains whatsoever. The color Honey matches my skin color exactly!!! it comes on smoothly and i never break out while wearing it. I was wearing get even before hand and it never gave me the coverage and glow that this product gave me. the color selection is a huge plus! This stuff never falls off of my face throughout the day. these last me quite a while, but some people (like my roomate) go through them rather quickly. Mine lasted a good 8-9 months before i bought another one. I love the packaging, I love any foundation with storage for my sponge! I never use the sheer applicator, because the stuff never looks heavy on me. All in all this product is sheerly amazing :) this is an HG product for me!
Edit: 6/21/2012: This is way too expensive now that I have a life and pay rent and food and all that jazz. I have found much better products for cheaper since then! Sorry Benefit...I do love this product but I cant buy a new one every so many months

ive used this product in the past and i loved it so therefore i bought it again... its like MAC's Fix It powder but better for your skin so you wont have to worry about breaking out if you have acne prone skin like i do... it gives you full coverage.. its light on your skin so you dont feel weighted down... and it gives you a matte' flawless finish ..i couldnt be happier. the one thing im sad about is that it runs out quickly... and that its a little bit pricey as opposed to going to your local drug store to get powder. but ill be a returning costumer and buy it again each and everytime i run out :)
Much Love

This was my first department store foundation. I fell in love with it. I have acne and it surely made my face flawless, i used a sponge to apply it. This is good foundation for a light to medium build-able coverage. The only things that caused an issue for me was the color match was a bit too orange (i bought "I'm cute as a bunny honey")and it only lasted me about two months! I would buy it again for only special occasions because it's kinda pricey for only lasting two months. But, I would definitely recommend this, I love it!

This review is going to have a number of caveats. I'm lazy, okay? So the minimizing the number of products I need in the mornings is what I want. It's a light-feeling powder that helps even out my skin tone, and if I want it heavier for more serious coverage, a near-foundation-ed look, I just use a sponge to apply the product. Using a brush gives me the light, barely-noticeable-as-make-up-but-better-than-yourself, look I like to have. So I like the versatility.
That being said....the brush included sucks for anything other than touch-ups during the day, but it's not bad for that. Unfortunately, one does have to watch for powder everywhere. A pain when one wears as much black as I do, which is why I marked this a 3 for packaging quality, even though I like the compact itself. I like the little mirror, and separation of the sponge and brush from the powder.
The amount of product to price ratio also hurts a little, $34 USD for 7 grams of product? I'm torn on whether or not I would re-purchase this once it's gone, because I feel like one ought to get a little bit more product than that, and part of the price is probably just for the packaging again. If I knew that I could just refill the compact with a pan of the stuff I'd probably veer towards yes, I would buy again. Yet, really, let's face it. I generally buy whatever I can find that matches my skin best at a given moment/season. Tanning at the merest brush of the sun can really suck sometimes.
ETA: 4/7/12 - no, I've gone back to using Bobbi Brown powders, $34-35 for 11grams. Much better deal.

I'd really like to give this a 3.5...It isn't my favorite, but it has its own special place in the abbreviated make-up kit I keep in my desk for those days when there's no time for make-up before I dash out the door. That's when I love to be able to reach for this product...a full foundation (the sponge, girls) in thirty seconds. And the color is pretty darned good!

This stuff is okay, I would buy it again if it wasn't so expensive for just an okay product. Didn't break me out though, so that was good. And it didn't look too powdery, and it also looked pretty natural. I do like it, I just don't think it matches it's price tag.

BeneFit has been one of the saddest disappointments for me. They're so expensive, so they should be the best, right? Nope, and by the way, third time is not a charm. While this powder is heavy, which I particularly like because heavy powder usually stays on better and longer, there was not a big enough difference between this and a really good drugstore brand. AND you don't get as much powder. After this and my other 2 BeneFit purchases which were all done at 3 different times, with much hesitation, I will not be purchasing anymore BeneFit products. Way to expensive for just mediocre quality. I am really so disappointed. I had such high expectations.

Wow its been a while since I've found anything at Benefit that I think I will continue to buy. I was a bit hesitant buying this powder t first because it was pricey- $ could have gotten some better powder for cheaper! But I was drawn to the Benefit counter because a gf of mine shared with me the new lipstick Benefit had that I decided I needed. I browsed and the makeup artist told me about this new powder that was supposedly better than Get Even because it could be applied heavier or lighter. I like that I can use this with a sponge for more coverage and the little brush that they provide for a lighter dusting of powder. I have found that this in fact DOES keep oil at bay for a while with my extrememly oily skin! I use it as a finishing powder after I'm done applying my makeup. Downside of this powder is the price and for that price you dont get much product.
