My hair has never felt softer or healthier. I have long straight hair which is very prone to breakage but I have noticed a huge difference since using it. I used it with the conditioner and hair serum which I was worried might weigh it down but I was WRONG! I actually have tons of body. Would definitely buy this again.

I am really impressed with this shampoo/conditioner/treatment set. The shampoo smells good and doesn't leave my hair remotely greasy or weighted down. I have very long, highlighted, straight hair. This really suits it for the winter when I'm combating static and fly aways. I wouldn't use it every day, but it's great to throw in the mix!

Smooth Down contains Macadamia nut oil and a few other oils and waxes. I was nervous that this would be too "rich" for my fine, highlighted hair. Surprisingly, my hair seems to absorb all of the ingredients, and actually seems to feel cleaner and healthier than before I use it. I am not sure if long-term use leads to buildup - but I always alternate shampoo and conditioner during the week anyway. Nice soft fragrance that leads to nice, shiny results! Unfortunately, this did nothing to protect my hair from the frizzy and puffy effects of humidity.
UPDATE: This seems to weigh my hair down & contribute to oil. I have stopped using it.

Love this shampoo. I have thick, straight hair. Used with the conditioner, my hair is smooth with loads of body.

I used this with the conditioner and other two Smooth Down products (Butter Treat and Heat Glide serum). The line is designed for dry and unruly hair and I would say it is like a combo of Sleeklook and All soft. The shampoo is clear and has the better SLS in it. It smells like nutty and orangy and it kind of a honey color. It lathers well and rinses clean but doesn't leave your hair feeling squeaky, tangling clean. I also follow this with conditioner so I don't know the effects of this alone. The end result on my hair is great- the product lives up to promise of moisturized and smooth hair. I have long, straight, dry hair and would recommend this to anyone with dry hair or that uses Sleeklook.

This shampoo lathers well but doesn't strip your hair and has a delicious smell. It also keeps my cuticle flat and makes my hair shiny and smooth.
