I'm very satisfied and glad I purchased this. I never even looked into the original Naked that much because I'm super cool toned and the original palette was just sooo warm and coppery all around...and that means on me, i'll get a lot of dorito-orange toned eyeshadows. Not cute. But the Naked 2 has several absolutely GORGEOUS shades. I've been using it everyday to create pretty, effortless eyes :) I especially like using verve(lid)/busted(crease), tease/busted, and suspect/snakebite. The two lighter shades mixed makes a great highlight color. Also these are hands down the highest quality shadows I've ever used. They blend absolutely beautifully, even with the included brush - and I would usually chuck out any "included" brush or applicator after first use. The palette itself closes tightly, very secure and travel friendly. This is an all around winner, 100% recommend.

I was very excited to buy this product, but I have found that I only use two of the colors. They aren't as richly pigmented as most of the other Urban Decay shadows I have tried and they don't go on nearly as well. These shadows seem to be very powdery in comparison to other Urban Decay palettes I own. Bootycall is a great highlight color for my skintone, and when used with a primer, it has okay staying power but the palette itself isn't something I would purchase again.

I fell in love with it when I saw the colors but I bought it without trying. I have very dry lids and these eyeshadows are too powdery for me. Even while getting it on the brush, it gets too powdery and it doesn't stay on my lids even with primer. Therefore, the colors don't show up. After putting it on, all the colors look same, colorless actually. I think all this glittery, shimmery colors should have been a bit more creamy. I have to put Patina before putting UD shadows.
I would rather make a MAC or Inglot palette.

I love this palette. I use most of the colours and my favourites are Bootycall (I use this on the inner corner of my eye and as a highlight in my brow arch) and Tease (a great matte crease colour). Most of the colours are very usable and I think the application is smooth and pigmented. I also think the cost is reasonable when you take into account the amount of colours you are getting and their actual size.

I use this palette almost every day, and ever since I have purchased it, I have no complaint.
I personally love Urban Decay because their pigments are strong, and the quality is outstanding when it comes to their eye colours. NAKED 2 also follows the strong pigments, and lasting quality, and I was far from disappointed.
Personally, I think that the price was a little expensive, although you are getting a lot of good product, and the value is great. If a luxury brand offered something like that, it would probably cost over $150. Also, Urban Decay does not test on animals or use any parabens or GMO's in any of their products. Some of these eye shadows in this set are also Vegan.
Love this palette. Worth every penny for me.

Lovely selection of shades, I use most of them. Half baked is never used as its too gold for me. But really pretty, I found I can take this on hols and use it night and day! A great spacesaver as it has a highlight shade as well as transition crease colours and black for liner. All great colour payoff and last well with UDPP eden or painterly for me. The brush is fantastic, its one of my faves in my pot. Use it with most shadows.

When this palette came out I was very reluctant to buy it, due to the fact that my original naked palette has sat in my collection practically unused. The original naked palette is just too warm for my cool undertones. It always made my eyes look tired and I found that the colors did not blend well, normally making a muddy mess. Step forward the Naked 2 palette, my first impression of naked 2 was that it was definitely geared towards the cooler side. While it is true that you could not exactly call all of these colors cool toned, compared to the original palette they are a lot cooler.
When I swatched the shadows I was underwhelmed, I understand that these shadows have the new formula however I don't think that formula is very refined yet. These shadows are not as pigmented or smooth as the shadows in naked one. I found that some of these shadows looked muddy particularly suspect. Would I buy it again? Probably not, I have never been overly impressed with urban decay's shadows and formula so unless they bring out a completely matte palette (which I really hope they do) I wont be buying any more of their shadows.
edit: I have changed my score on this product due to the fact the more I use it the more I dislike it. I just really do not enjoy the texture of urban decay eyeshadow..I am sad that now I have 2 naked palettes that I wont use. Lesson learned, I wont buy urban decay shadows again.

this is my absolute favorite palette! although it is pricey, i would buy it all over again because it is defiantly worth it! all the colors apply evenly and have a light shimmer that makes them stand out from other ordinary colors. LOVE THIS SO MUCH! BUY IT, YOU WONT REGRET IT!

NC25 Chinese. 5 lippies bc it is easy to wedge out any pan from the UD N and N2 with a paring knife and mix the palette of colors I want into this great travel hard case! Best of both worlds!
The 15th set was much harder to remove...I would recommend letting the palette sit in a hot car or garage for an afternoon to soften the glue. :)

I've heard that this was UD's first palette with the new e/s formula, which totally makes sense because these are the only UD shadows that actually crease on me. I've tried every primer and colored base I own and they still fade/crease.
With that said, I still really enjoy the colors and continue to use the palette. I have dark hair, hazel eyes and a warm skintone but I feel like I can pull off most of the colors quite well....*gives shifty eyes to verve*...
I've also repurchased this as a gift to a friend of mine who has completely opposite coloring from me (blond, blue eyes, cool skintone) and she adores this.
My favorite colors are tease, snakebite and pistol.

So, I bought this after returning my original Naked palette. The colors in the original were simply too dark and not something I could see myself wearing on a regular basis...and lets be real, for the price I was looking for a good go to palette. After looking at tons of reviews on the two of them, I found that the Naked 2 palette was a little bit more complimentary to what I would normally wear. I have pale skin, and sort of down turned eyes, so super heavy colors tend to weigh my lids down and just don't look good.
Since getting this palette, I have mixed and matched so many different looks and styles. The possibilities are ENDLESS. I lalalala loooove it. The shadows wear all day, and dont fall out much at all. I def like the packaging alot more than the original palette as well.
My only complaint is the brush. Its alright, but I actually prefer my ELF brushes. The brush seems like its lacking density to help with blending. I love the free lip gloss that tagged along. Looks great on me and I love the minty scent.

I am seriously impressed with this! It took me a while to eventually purcahase it but a month ago I had some extra cash and made the plunge. I now use it everyday without fail. Also great for night time! I find this is best for those with cooler/fair skin tones than the original. The original contains shades that are a lot darker and the fact that you still get a couple of the same shadows that are in the original palette you really don't feel like you are missing anything.
My grips with this are that I would love an extra matte shadow or two that are on a lighter shade scale on top of the others because sometimes you may not feel like a shimmery eye shadow and bar foxy i feel you dont have the option with a lightish pure matte eye shadow. No matter though because this is just fantastic and a real investment IMO. You can always pick up the likes of revlon vintage lace or something similar (or even slightly darker or or on a slightly different shade scale than neutral) for pretty cheap and pair it with the shadows from this. Simple remedy really. You will definitely get the use out of this and therefore definitely get your moneys worth. On a side not: I dont like the double ended shadow and blender brush that accompanies this though. The shadow brush i find a bit useless and the blender brush is too scratchy for my liking. They do an alright job though.
If you are wondering whether or not to this or are wondering about which one to buy, i say definitely buy it, and especially this one if you have fair skin

I prefer this to the Naked 1 palette but only slightly. The colours are more suitable for my cool skin tone (15-20). I prefer the packaging design on this too - it is heavier but the case is more suitable for travel.

I love my neutral colors so when urban decay said that they were making a naked 2 i was skeptical but when I say it i knew i had to get it.i love both palettes and would buy them again if it ran out. I love that it has a matte black but i dont like the fact that it doesnt have any brown colors to blend with. The first palette had naked and another brown colors. But overall i love the palette

I bought the first Naked palette and loved it, so of course I was excited when I heard they were making a second one. I love this one even more! The shades are more gray and silver based instead of bronze and gold like the first one. They're highly pigmented and last all day long without creasing when used with the UD eyeshadow primer. Definitely worth the price.

This was the first palette I bought. I wish I'd bought the original Naked palette, as it has more warm colours, but this one ain't so bad. It's very versatile, because it does have both warm and cool colours, as well as a matte black and matte highlight colour which comes in handy for someone who doesn't like too much shimmer.
The shades Chopper and YDK have flecks of glitter in them and whenever I'm wearing these shades I'll always notice sparkles on my face and it drives me nuts.
That's my only complaint. It's a good palette! The packaging is amazing, and the shadows are long-lasting (provided I use an eyelid primer).

So much better than the original Naked palette. I was not quite impressed by the original one, too warm toned and too glittery for my taste, I didn't find it was quite "naked" or "nude", because for a very fair complexion like mine, the colors remained a little bit too deep for a natural look. (BUT the great point in Naked 1 was the eyeshadow Naked, this one I love to pieces I must say.)
Naked 2 is more on the cooler side, which suits me better, and the shimmery side is like toned down to make it more wearable, the big plus is there is a good matte black eyeshadow. The colors are all wearable, I use them all, whereas I use only a couple of shades in Naked 1. I was disappointed there is a repeated shade though, and moreover not my favorite, Half Baked. They should have repeated the eyeshadow Naked imo.
Naked 1 was so disappointing to me and remained practically untouched, whereas Naked 2 is a winner hands down. I've been playing with it on a daily basis since I bought it, this is truly a gem, flattering and classy, I'm in love with it ! Would definitely buy again.
I have a dream that Urban Decay comes up with a Naked 3 palette made exclusively of matte eyeshadows....... will my dream come true? :) time will tell.
