Bought this on a trip to a much hotter climate and needed something to keep shine and oil to a minimum. I have to say, this is one of the best powders I've used. It's very finely milled and completely natural looking match for my summer tan ( I bought 'All the World's a Stage' beige). It feels light and comes with a 15 spf rating as well so it seemed like my hg. But after maybe a day of using it I started to break out terribly! I've been blessed with good skin so it was really strange to just break out, all over- the reason why this didn't get five lippies. But I don't know if it was the climate change or the powder so I'll just wait and see.
This is overall, a great product so I hope it's not the cause of my skin problems... : /
Update: No, it was definitely the powder doing all that damage. I blame the oxybenzone- Should've checked the ingredients. One lippie.

Great powder! It is lightweight and truly does hide flaws. However, it doesn't seem to last as long as other powders I've tried. Make sure you bring it with you so you can keep reapplying all day. Would definately purchase again.

i was a bare minerals girl, but i felt i wasn't getting the best coverage for my oily, acne prone, sometimes reddish face. i picked up this foundation at sephora in desperation and was skeptical that it would work. i thought it might look 'fake' and make me break out - two of my biggest fears with any foundation. also panicked when i opened it because i thought it did not come with an applicator..well, i have been using this for 3 weeks and i could NOT be happier. It even conceals my under-eye dark circles and stays put all day.
(and does NOT clog my pores...YAY!!!) i love it!!!

No oil control at all, it wears pretty well and looks natural. However my face greased up 2 hours after application. Not what I'm looking for in a powder foundation.

Packaging is cute

I used Hello Flawless! in Champagne I believe. It's a great powder, very soft and finely milled. I love that you can use a sponge for medium to full coverage and the brush for touchups or sheer to light coverage. It didn't cause any breakouts on my skin and kept my face relatively matte as well while looking pretty natural.

But now the downside: the reason I won't be buying it anymore is that it runs out too quickly. Also the brush they provide is not the best; the bristles are pretty stiff and it adds to the accelerated use of the powder by creating too much excess. So while the product itself is great, I didn't much care for the execution.

It lives up to its name, that's for sure! My skin has never looked smoother than when I first apply a thin coat of Hello Flawless.

I'm pretty pale, and "Me, Vain?" Champagne has the right tone for me for summer, ever so slightly darker than my normal complexion, but not so that I get the dreaded orange line at the edge of my face (oh, it blends well, too!), just so that I look a little more lively and my blemishes are evened out better.

Holds up decently to hot Texas summers, if not perfectly. At the least, I don't get clumpy runs of powder if I sweat a bit, and it wears evenly so it's no more or less noticeable as I heat up. Doesn't clog pores, either, which is a huge issue for me!

As others have mentioned, the packaging is cumbersome in relation to the contents, making it too big for my regular makeup bag — though I do love the big mirror and I'm fine with the sponge for heavier application. I use a foundation brush instead of the included one, though. And the price is far higher than I'm used to, but I don't feel ripped off.

Gram for gram, this powder is more expensive than MAC's Select Sheer (NC 40 is closest to Benefit's Beige, which I use). But it comes with a brush and a sponge, making it easy for touch-ups and full coverage. The Flawless goes on more opaque than Select Sheer, so I'd recommend it for those who have something to hide.
I like that it stays true and doesn't oxidise, as some powders tend to do. It lasts all day on the cheeks, but in my oily T zone, I need a touch up after about four hours. But I live in the tropics where EVERYTHING streaks when you're outdoors.
I don't know if I'll repurchase, though. The MAC does it all for less money. Benefit's clever retro packaging is fun, but ultimately it's just window dressing.

I'm not a huge fan of foundation in powder form but for some reason I love this stuff. I do sponge on the powder very quickly if I'm running out the door. If I want a full coverage I usually put my liquid foundation on first and then this powder over it to set it. It worked like a charm and lasted a very long night of Vegas partying (which we all know can be very hard to do) I didn't touch up once. The only issue I have with this powder is how little product you get. I don't use very much of it, and it lasted me a good 4 months before I had to buy a new one. I'll still continue to buy it because it's the only thing that really sets my liquid foundation.

I switched to this from MAC's Mineralize Skinfinish because as the summer was approaching, my complextion became darker. I wanted to try something different, and this was recommended to me on my Sephora beauty insider homepage, so I figured why not? It does cost more than MAC, but I imagine that's because it comes with a mirror, sponge applicator, and a brush applicator. They are both equally good powders and I would most definitely buy them again. But for right now I'm getting more use out of my Benefit purchase than my MAC.

Just so you know, I never bought this product. I tried it out in a Sephora store. The packaging and the promise drew me in but unfortunately it caused a negative reaction on my skin. It made my skin feel tight, red, and itchy when I got home and took off my makeup for the day. I wondered what had done it and then I realized it was the Benefit powder. Maybe this product works on others but for people with sensitive skin I suggest stay away because there's a likely chance you can have some kind of an allergic reaction to it. I certainly won't be using it again, that's for sure.

at first i wasn't very crazy about this product, then it started to grow on me. it really does make my skin look flawless. i use bare essentials and then over top of that i use the handy buki(or whatever) brush and buff it in and it lasts for a long time. i only have to do a small touch up throughout the day. overall i like it lotssss.

I have very oily skin and this made my skin very dry. It did provide coverage but after 3 days of wearing this your skin will be completly dry and flaky.

this powder is good if you already have good skin as it provides a light veil. I bough this as a finishing powder its not bad but i can see it on the tiniest of hairs on my face which i dont like.
it does not cover imperfections like it says (using provided sponge) but I have to say it does not get heavy or cakey as the day goes on and i get a little bit oily, which is nice.

I would like to read other opinions on this product.

So far so good! I heard about this product from a friend who had complimented two girls on their skin and both had said they were wearing this. I haven't used a powder foundation in years, but this doesn't "sit" on my face, it disappears and just casts a lovely glow. I got it in Beige, and worried that it may be a little dark, but seems ok, at least it will be once my skin gets a little sun, and I did buy this as a summer foundation. It doesn't have fantastic lasting power, but I don't NEED to retouch (I like to look like I'm not wearing makeup) and only a little oil on my nose is visible at the end of the day. Most importantly, the first day I wore this I had dinner with my parents and despite weeks of little sleep and no stress they both remarked on how beautiful I looked, which I attribute entirely to this foundation. It's not perfect by any means, it is expensive for the amount of product and the packaging is horrible, but it does make you look naturally flawless and is so very quick to apply.

Agree with the person directly below me. I have combination skin. Oily T-zone and normal-dry everywhere else. I used this product a few days in a row to touch-up throughout the day and keep the oil & shine in check... well, it definitely did that. But it seemed to suck all of the moisture out of my skin, leaving even my oily parts really dry and patchy.
Also made me break out - now have ATLEAST a dozen little bumps on my forehead. It's gotta be from the powder, because I would only use it on my oily t-zone throughout the day.

I have combination skin and at times it can be a slight bit sensitive, but not severely. I ordered the palest colour as per the advice on the website. It was chalky on my skin, which was strange considering I have type 1 skin, the palest skin there is. I then ordered the next colour up which is seemed oddly yellowish. It wasnt quite as bad, but when applied was uneven and blotchy. I tried using the sponge, then the brush and finally both together, Useless, it was still blotchy. In addition, my skin dried out so much with this product that it took weeks of heavier than normal moisturisation to get it back to normal. This would not have been such an issue, but it wasn't just on the drier parts of my face, but also on the usually oil T-zone. This was a first for me and it was so dry and flaky that nothing could hide it. I will NEVER use their foundations again. Worst thing is that I had lost the receipt before I could return, so now I am stuck with 2 expensive foundations that are useless for me.

I was actually pretty surprised at how nice this was. I have a fairly good skin; my biggest concern is even skin tone. This evened my skin out nicely, made me look polished, and it lasted all day, even through a two hour nap. It also provided a good base for my blush. I had it in "I'm Cute as a Bunney" Honey. I normally wear Bare Escentuals in Medium Beige or Laura Mercier Oil-Free Foundation in Sunny Beige.

Oh my god I got the Honey "Cute as a bunny" and its perfect match for my NC37 skintone!! It does look powdery when I first put it on, but I spray some moisturizing makeup mist over it, and it looks like melt in your skin makeup, gives my skin this glow. It has spf 15 which is even better. I'm rating this a 4 because it has a light medium coverage. Only important down side of this product, its not long wearing.

An okay powder with SPF and buildable coverage. Better than tinted moisturizer for an oily complexion. But personally, I think the Benefit packaging is kind of tacky and the brush it came with was poorly made (I use a Bare Escentuals brush instead and it works much better) though I imagine it would be good for travel. This was also too orange for me, and I have neutral undertones.
