I bought this product a few years ago and more recently and i still find it fantastic.
Pros: In terms of coverage, it provides this fresh look on your face, with a hint of shimmer (i used #701 and #702) and sits as an awesome setting powder on your face. i would use it for nights out clubbing and my skin in photos would turn out flawless.
The product smells great and the packaging is cute.
Cons: My skin felt quite clogged and didnt prevent shine after a few hours. Touch ups were required. Also travelling with this powder was a pain, there was no secure lid and i have lost count how many times i have actually dropped or spilled this powder. It creates a mess and ruins your powder buffer.

I got this as a gift. First reaction was that I love the packaging. It's just so pretty. You can't take it with you like the twist top ones but you can always transfer some to a small container.
I have the one with shimmer. Made me look fat when I tried using it all over my face, glowing like the full moon. But then I discovered that this works great as a highlight under the eyes, high on the cheekbones or dabbed on the forehead.
I still have loads left but I imagine I will repurchase when I'm out.

Usually i use my Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre, but sometimes i would use this loose powder in #200. The purple glittery loose powder really does even out your skin tone. This actually was a birthday present from my aunt and at first i thought she got my shade wrong because it was so greyish and... ewww(!!!) i really hated it. Besides, all the shimmering made it even worst. My ex-colleague even asked me why is my face in this colour and i was too embarrassed to answer his question! I left this loose powder in my drawer for a month or two, until i got a powder brush from Hong Kong. I decided to give this loose powder one more try and.. Voila~ After applying it w a brush it looked so much, mark my words, SO MUCH BETTER. Of course, there is still shimmer in this loose powder, but at least the greyish cast didn't appear. I am not sure if this loose powder is suitable for warm skin tones tho, because my friend who has a warm skin tone tried it on and i thought i doesn't really suit her.
I don't really recommend this loose powder for everyday use tho. I just thought it won't be the MOST appropriate for work or school (i would use a loose powder without shimmers instead), but it is good for partying or a night out w your girlfriends! If you really want to use it in daytime, i feel that it can be used as a highlighter instead. We all know the pinching pain when we can't finish a pot of expensive loose powder but yet we have to throw it away due to hygiene purposes.

I love the scent of this product. Although the packaging is beautiful and the puff is soft, thick and large, I have accidentally dropped the case two times and spilled about 1/3 of the content. That was such a waste. But still, it seems to last forever. I usually just pat a few times on my face but it instantly bright up my skin. It is not too glittery at all but gives me a subtle glow. It makes my makeup stay in its place for the day.
This is a bit costly for me as I am not a every day makeup type of person. I have a love and hate relationship with the packaging itself but it seems to last long enough and the results on my face is nice.

I'm writing this review targeting the #200. it's the purple shimmering loose powder. Personally I love this product. At first I regret buying it. Until one day... I dust it on my face like drawing a "C" from the temples to the cheekbones. DO NOT SWIPE. you have to dust it lightly with a loose powder brush. I also dust a little bit on the smile lines cause the shimmer reflects light therefore your smile lines will be less noticeable. I do this instead of applying it on the whole face so it gives me a natural glow also brighten up the whole face. I usually finish the look with a LIGHT swipe of blush.
I really recommend trying this instead of applying it to the whole face which does make you look grey. Of course, try using it as a body shimmer if you really don't like it on your face. no one should hate this amazing product ;)

I have this in no702 which definitely dark for my nc20 skin however I use it w my super fair/light foundations to set it. I love this loose powder! The powder is so fine. If you're worried about the rose scent please don't! It's not that strong fragrant rose smelled! It's just mild and light scent of rose and that's it. Another thing I love is the packaging! Sooo darling! The purple puff is so fluffy and soft! Definitely worth Sgd65!

Completely mismatched skin tone in day-light condition although the sales lady claimed the color is right for me. Nice smell and beautiful box, that's about it. However, it is difficult to carry around or for travel purposes since the box cannot be sealed.

I love the rose scent on Anna Sui's products. The packaging is so adorable. The powder kept my makeup in place for hours and goes on very smoothly. It makes a great gift as well!

This powder is my go-to powder for setting my foundation. I don't see a glitteryness to this powder at all like some other reviews have mentioned (did I get a different kind?). It's very matte. When I first got it, I thought it might appear too dark on my skin (I got the 702 I believe?) but on my skin it seems like a perfect match. I'm a light to medium skintone with lots of pink undertone so the powder does a good job of taming any pinkness that my foundation didn't get and the color provides a nice bit of dimension to my face. I've been using it for a few months now and it's never been cakey on me, but that may be because I only apply a very sheer layer of it.

Beautiful Packaging as has been established and goes without saying for any Anna Sui. Have to say I am completely in love with this product- The purple puff application is so lady-like and delicate. It made my skin glow and shimmer and I have quite dry skin so I expected a possible patchy result. But it's smooth and subtle. Very classy polish to anyday and really makes one of those bleugh mornings better. The rose smell lasts a very long time and I get comments from only one sweep. Really do recommend this to anyone who wants to give themselves a treat.

Packaging pretty and that's about it.
Actually powder makes my skin look like I ran into the glitter fairy and while she was at it she tried lightening my skin tone. In the store it looked like it was the right colour but it definitely isn't. My Makeup forever HD loose powder is SO MUCH BETTER not the mention cheaper. If you want to spoil yourself with the packaging okay but other wise it's not worth it.

I consider myself a collector of Anna Sui's cosmetics because of her gorgeous packaging. I can never rave enough on the packaging in all my reviews of her products! But this is a must have from her line. Just looking at it is worth it, but the product is good too. I love the feeling of using the purple poof on my face and smelling the rose scent. It's a luxury item for sure. If you like to feel ladylike and pampered, this is your product.

I love the packaging! I have the gold box with the rose on top - so adorable! Looks extremley pretty on my vanity! The only downside: non-portable. :(
I have the light skin color
This smells rosy and nice, and it gets rid of shine - I just need a little and it's been lasting me a long time. I like to dust it over my TM - it makes me a little pale but I like it.
The finish is smooth and creamy-matte. I'd repurchase if i could get it - (im in the US)

i have to admit - the packaging is what initially attracted me to buy this, but the quality is awesome. i got 700 since my skintone is relatively pale for an asian, and i apply this after my liquid foundation, and the result is so natural and flattering it almost looks like i'm not wearing any foundation. it's not cakey at all and i'm sooo in love with the rose scent, which is standard for any anna sui product.

Love the package. I've got this in #200 (purple) with nice scent. But I choose the wrong color....my bad. This color makes my face look gray. (I'm yellow under tone) I love the glitter. It reminds me of fairy tales.

Too beautiful to be true, the packaging is inevitably what attracted me to purchasing this product from the very beginning! (I bought the mac blot powder before this product, but I still bought this on a shopping frenzy because of..it's packaging!!). I have the black-packaged one. I use the 700 for me NC20-NC25 skintone. It's wonderful rose scent is a signature Anna Sui thing..and the effect makes my skin smell rosy all day long~~ I don't use it very often though, because it doesn't work with my Micabella mineral foundation (which is also powder). Mixing powder foundation with this loose powder gives it a green-ish cake-y effect. So, i just use this product alone on my bare face. It doesn't do much for oil absorption for me as MAC's blot powder does..but overall..I just love this item for it's packaging...so minus one lippie! =)

I am using color shade 701 and sad to say, the powder is not fine enough. It does not last and create a cakey, dry complexion look.
