I absolutely adore that perfume! I tried some other perfumes for a change, but it's useless; Live is simply THE perfume for me. I often get complimented on it, it smells wonderful and it lasts for a long time (if I have it on and i'm hot or doing sports, dear god it smells so good!!). I am currently stocking up, just in case it eventually gets discontinued..!

This was my signature scent for many many years (about 5) which means I absolutely loved it.

I noticed I received many compliments especially from male friends or from my boyfriend all the time.
One of my friends in particular became so fond and familiar with my signature smell he told me he smelt another woman wearing it and his first thought was "Impostor!"

The perfume itself is very fun and flirty it is a very youthful scent which is probably why it was my signature scent in high school through early university.
It is definitely a smell made for the younger generation as there is nothing about this scent that says "grandma's perfume".
The perfume is pretty strong and so anything more than 2 sprays is overkill as it lasts the whole day as well.
It's vibrant, it's refreshing, it's floral and even the bottle is fun!

I've gone through 2 bottles and just ran out of my third a few months back and have been wearing la lune by D&G until I have a second to run out and find some more Live.
I used to find it at Winners pretty often and I knew Wal-Mart always carried it but unfortunately it has become hard to find the original Live and not the variations of it.

I highly recommend this perfume for the young and young at heart!

Suchhhhh a good perfume! It's so vibrant smelling and fun and flirty. Good lasting power. Absolutely love this one, and would definitely buy it again.

By far the best perfume released by Jennifer Lopez. My friend bought this for me for my 18th birthday and I absolutely love the scent and the packaging. This will be a regular addition to my perfume collection.

My coworker wears this. She bought it for $11 at winners and it is SO nice. Very fruity and fresh. Sweet but not cloying. I like it better than my coco mademoiselle.

When I first smelled this scent when it initially came out a few years ago, I didn't like it...I thought it smelled generic and just didn't blend well with my body chemistry. Now several years later, I've rediscovered this scent again after thinking that I liked Live Luxe much better. Now I prefer this fragrance much more, to my surprise. While Live Luxe strikes me as being a much more fruity-floral scent with sharp pineapple notes (no other way to describe it), Live has less of a fruit scent to it and is more sensual-smelling. Live is a scent for a woman who wants to smell fresh, sexy, feminine, and yes, sweet. I can't say enough good things about this fragrance...I just feel very sensual, sexy, and pretty when I wear it. It may still smell a tad generic, but so long as it smells good, who cares? Love this fragrance...On top of it, I think the bottle is really pretty and nice to look at. I think the woman who wears this fragrance is fun, sexy, and girlish.

The negative reviews surprise me!! I think this fragrance is divine!! It's pretty sweet but has a zest to it as well. Great spring/ summer fragrance!!
Update: what was I thinking? my tastes have really changed in the past year. When I first smelled this a year ago I loved it so I recently bought it but now I just think it's too sweet and annoying.

This is my HG fragrance....I'm a perfume lover and I'm proud to have a very sensitive nose and a sharp mind to quickly interpret them and I have suprised people.I have sampled, purchased, used, and gifted bottles and bottles of perfumes...This is my passion. There is never been a vist to mall which goes without sampling 4-6 perfumes. I spend my time in the shop sniffing on coffee beans and then various pefumes and if I get serious about any of them It goes home with me...irrespective of whatever...A lot of my hard earned money goes into this I'm not sure about whats right or wrong, but this perfume is THE RIGHT PERFUME for SOMEONE who isn't SAD.
This is my third bottle and I respect J.Lo for creating this affordable miracle which can make you so so HAPPY..People have stalked me and then stopped me to ask what is it I'm wearing that too.. and I'm not joking after 13 hours of wearing it!!! Amazing lasting power.
I bought this from a web site just because I liked the bottle.I thought it will unleash the ginnie and guess what.. it is so pleasing, fuity , citrusy and yet complex, and sophisticated. I can smell diiferent things at different times which makes it a mood uplifter in a mysterious way. Forget about people you will keep wondering...my my..I have got something so unique.Over all you can smell Citrus..Sweet Orange..Bergamot.. Pineapple..Candy Blueberry Licorice...
The first time I tried it .. it was ok..a sharp burst of blueberry candy stung my nose..but the mystery of this perfume will unfold during the day.. and you will get several several compliments. It's a perfume of a self assured, inherently happy, fresh and a positive woman irrespective of her age..plus for me its fresh fresh fragrance far better than those expensive, snoooty, smokey, giddy snobs waking up from a hangover from last night .. claiming to be rich..but they are stale and sad
Sexy has to be fresh and Live is fresh
My recommendation please try this pefume you will smell fresh, happy, sexy, mysterious, lovely, and very very contemprory..

The first time I tried this I detected cinnamon, but only at the end of a good sniff! I still get that but again, funny I only smell it at the end and then when exhaling. I also smell some citrus, but at the start of a good sniff;) Its a pretty scent to me, light, fairly inoffensive if you work around others or to wear to a house of worship. I find it interesting but not remarkable. This is really nice paired with BBW Orange Sapphire lotion. The citrus really comes out and the softness of the perfume enhances the citrus by making it less sharp for day.

I said no to repurchase simply because I have so many scents but when I am done or nearly done, will see if I miss it and revise my review.

I was shocked when I first smelled this perfume...because I LOVED IT and STILL LOVE IT...as a person whom is NOT a Jennifer Lopez fan...I have to say...she has good taste in scents...since my first bottle...this has been my signature scent...and I constantly get compliments on it...and people always wonder what scent it is because I refuse to tell them...part because I am somewhat embarrassed that its JLO and part because people need to learn to get their own style...however...this smells perfect on me....

First I have to say that the bottle is adorable. At first I thought that the fragrance was nothing special, it reminded too much those Escada's fruity-floral summer scents. Now I've changed my opinion. This is really nice soft and fresh scent. It makes my mood happier. That softness is what makes me like it. It is a good every day scent and I don't think it really irritates many people. My boyfriend asked wat is this good smell after I had sprayed it on.

I bought this on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart a few years ago, seduced by the $19.99 price tag. Mistake! Smells cheap and a bit reminiscent of men's aftershave - but in a bad way. Not a fan of her perfumes so far...

I believe that Live by J Lo is supposed to be a fruity floral (judging from it's ingredients) but to me, I am just detecting a somewhat generic white floral with very poor lasting power.
This is a nice unoffensive scent which can easily be worn to work. I would actually give it 3 lippies but the sillage is so poor. Within an hour of spritzing this, I can barely detect it. No lasting power at all.

I do love the baroque style bottle. Looks rather Russian. Lovely.

I can recommend this as a nice unoffensive pleasant generic white floral.

My signature perfume now. Every time i wear it i get compliments, and the bottle if beautiful... a very sweet musky fruity smell.... definitly buy again

Smells very fruity and very strong and therefore has great staying power, I can smell it the next day on my clothes and it's gorgeous. I always receive compliments when I wear this fragrance, which is great. Would recommend to people that like fruity fragrances. Will definitel be buying again :).

THE biggest headache-inducing perfume I've ever owned! Too musky and way too intense! I've had the gift set for 2 years now. Never touch the shower gel or lotion (except when I rearrange my cabinets) and the actual perfume is lucky to be used 6 times a year, and that's a generous guestimate! I'm sorry ladies...IMO, I just don't see the point of suffering a migraine at the end of the day to wear this. It smells ok...nothing to "write home" about. Kinda reminds me of something you'd find in Limited Too or some other pre-teen store. The only positive I can give this: the bottle is absolutely gorgeous, so colorful and chic!!

I love this perfume, fruity and flowery at the same time.
I have and will repurchase it, however, i wish it had a better staying power.
This scent, to me, is very youthful and young.
